We had such an incredible time at this hotel! It’s the second time I’ve been and this time I brought my partner as last time was a girls trip. The staff are one of the highlights 🙏🏻 Rossuan was such a gem and made us feel really special. Moi & Muhammad were brilliant in the my favourites bar too. And there were so many more people that were great but unfortunately I cannot remember their names. We enjoyed the entertainment a lot, Mike and Gio were brilliant and kept the good vibes going. The hotel itself is stunning being right on the beach. I highly suggest you go with the my favourites club option as you get a very special breakfast view which is breathtaking. The drinks are always brilliant and the food was even better this time than last year. They seemed to have lots of great options and fun things to try that were new to me like scorpion fish, but also traditional Mediterranean Spanish foods, some international bits, themed dinner nights and always British bits too for fussy eaters (they regularly had fresh fried burgers cooked to order and pizza & chips). I’m an adventurous eater so loved all the choices. Thank you to the great team there, we will be back

We spent a wonderful week at this hotel, which impressed us with its idyllic setting, beautiful rooms, breathtaking sea views, and exceptional swimming pool with its stunning turquoise water. We also really appreciated the wide variety of restaurants, the quality of the food, and the excellent service throughout our stay. A special thank you to the waiters and bartenders, especially Mahmud, Farru, Pedro, Sarah, Laura, Paloma, and Camilla, for their warm welcome, kindness, and professionalism. Always smiling, attentive, and cheerful, they played a huge part in making our stay truly unforgettable. An amazing team that deserves to be recognised! With its beautiful surroundings, high-quality facilities, excellent choice of restaurants, and outstanding service, everything came together to make our week absolutely perfect. We leave with wonderful memories and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing stay with excellent service. We would love to come back again!

What a beautiful stay at AluaSoul. We booked 5 nights and really could have stayed for longer. We paid for my premium club which gave us access to a private lounge, pool, à la carte breakfast & fancy bar- highly worth it! You’re also in the quieter part of the hotel close to the lagoon which is beautiful. We didn’t use any of the 3 pools during our visit given that the sea was so beautiful. Many people had inflatables and snorkels- there’s so many fish! The food itself is also lovely. The buffet restaurant was ok, good food but for any meat you need to queue which was a bit of a kill joy, as well as having to wait a while for your drinks. Aside from that, this hotel is beautiful! A special mention to Moi who worked in the bars. He made impressive cocktails and always took great care in what drinks he made & presented!

All Inc, superior room with sea view for couple holiday. An honest review imo fyi. Lets go with negs 1st so we can end up on positives. 1stly, I didn't like having to shower or wash with salt water all the time although tbf it was said in other reviews so we were aware. Not to impressed with food for an all Inc. Imo the serving area isn't big enough to sustain 2 big buildings as we experienced when tea pots,milk pots and hot water was running out just for breaky a couple times. Long queues to go in for food unless u went early. Also, u can have any snacks until lunch time unless you pay or have upgraded for extra price and I thk that's wrong for all Inc. Sunbeds not too comfy either. Positives are rooms done good daily. Nice view if u've asked for superior room. Staff not unfriendly but not overly friendly. Themed restaurants were excellent and the bar area did excellent food from 3-6. Don't get me wrong, we had a nice time but expected alot better for what we paid...won't be returning.

Our stay at AluaSoul Mallorca Resort was absolutely incredible from start to finish. We stayed for 7 nights and although it’s taken us a little while to write this review, the memories are still so vivid. From the moment we walked into Reception, we were blown away — the first impression was spectacular. The hotel is stunning, and the beach is truly something special. It became one of our favourite parts of the trip: peaceful, relaxing, and the perfect place to unwind and enjoy Mallorca. Everything felt 10/10. This stay will always hold a special place in our hearts because my husband proposed on our very first night, just before sunset, on the beach. It couldn’t have been more perfect — the setting was quiet, beautiful, and completely ours in that moment. A huge thank you to Alejandra, who was incredibly helpful during the proposal. She captured videos and photos that we will treasure forever. Every member of staff went above and beyond to make our engagement unforgettable. We also want to mention Alexsis, who was so lovely and made the entertainment so enjoyable, and Nicolau at Reception, who helped my husband organise the beach proposal. Their kindness meant so much to us. The service throughout the hotel was excellent. We loved trying the different restaurants on-site, and the buffet was always delicious. The staff greeted us with a smile every day and made every interaction feel warm and effortless. The beach was amazing — we swam in the clear water and even saw fish. We also met so many lovely people during our stay who became friends, which made the experience even more memorable. Overall, it was the best experience we could have wished for and something we will remember forever. If we get the chance, we would absolutely come back. Highly recommended — 10/10.
