Amari Hua Hin

I was traveling with my parents, so I spent quite a bit of time choosing the right hotel. Looking back, I’m really glad I chose this place. The hotel itself was great, but what I’ll remember most is the people. Everyone on the staff was genuinely kind, and a few of them even told me I was handsome. I probably didn’t show it very well, but honestly, it made me pretty happy lol. I decided to believe them, at least while I was here. One of the restaurant staff especially stood out. Even though I was only staying for a few days, they remembered me and always made an effort to take care of me whenever we met. It was such a small thing, but somehow it made the whole stay feel a lot warmer. On my last day, I actually practiced how to say “See you again” in Thai because I wanted to say goodbye properly. But everyone looked busy, and I never really got the chance. That was probably the one thing I regretted about leaving. A good hotel is a place you remember because you were comfortable. But a hotel with good people is a place you find yourself wanting to come back to. Hopefully, some of the staff see this. See you again lol.

We stayed at Amari Hua Hin for three weeks as part of a travel group of 15 people. My own family consisted of two adults and three children, and we stayed in a Family Suite with a Hillside View. As expected, our room faced the road and the railway, so there was naturally a bit more noise than the pool view rooms. That wasn't a surprise and didn't affect our overall experience. Overall, we had a fantastic stay. The location was convenient, close enough to everything while still feeling peaceful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the pool area was excellent, the fitness centre was well equipped, and all the outdoor areas were beautifully maintained. The breakfast offered a great variety every morning and was always fresh and well organized. What really made the stay special, however, was the staff. Everyone we met was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Housekeeping also deserves special praise for being both efficient and thorough. The entire hotel was spotless throughout our stay. After three weeks, we genuinely felt at home. We wouldn't hesitate to stay at Amari Hua Hin again on our next visit to Hua Hin.

We had a fantastic 6 night stay at the Amari. Some of the highlights for us: - all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job every day too. - small kids room but had lots of different games in to keep the children entertained - our children loved the inflatable obstacle course in the pool (and that they could rent the sea scooters!) - the rooms were spacious and great for our family, as they set up the sofa into a bed for our child. - location was great, next to the market, opposite lots of massage shops, 7/11 and tops. 5-10 min drive to Bluport mall. - the breakfast had a good selection and service was always efficient - we ate at the restaurant one day and had a lovely meal. Our only feedback would be that the kids menu is very limited and no healthier options, such as egg fried rice or noodles (or even just offering some sort of vegetables with the meals!). For what we paid, we thought it was incredible value. We will return.

We would like to thank the wonderful hotel team for an amazing stay and outstanding service. Special thanks to Mr. Kod, Mr. Dom, and the wonderful chef, Chef Toom, who, as every year, spoils us with delicious food. Thanks as well to Ms. Supattra, Ms. Baily from the bar, Ms. Tonaur from the pool area, and the wonderful Mr. Ian Acosta, who was always there to help us. We would also like to thank Mr. Kitti Saesee for his exceptional hospitality and excellent management. Our apologies to anyone whose name we may have unintentionally omitted. This is simply a fantastic team, and thanks to them we return year after year. We have no words to express our gratitude for a perfect vacation. See you next year! The Gross Family

What a wonderful stay it was here. I only stayed 2 nights. The staff is amazing and the hotel is great. Had an issue my room and it was quickly resolved, and they even sent a gift for the inconvenience. The bartender was very great in the bar in the lobby top notch customer service. All around fantastic experience. Will be coming back longer next time.
