The highlight of our stay was the bed, it was definitely one of the most comfortable bed (and beddings) we have slept on. Spacious room, well equipped and big bathroom. The breakfast buffet was also another highlight with big variety or of local and western selections. The gym is also nice- well equipped. There is also tennis courts but it was raining a few times so we didn’t get to use it. The executive lounge is also very nice with a lot of selections (food and beverage) for the 5pm aperitivo (and 3pm tea time) Our 5&8 year old absolutely LOVE the water slide at the pool - definitely the highlight of the trip for them! Great location (right by the beach, close to the train station, convenience store, many local restaurants. Highly recommend.

Wonderful stay with an excellent location and updated rooms! ​First and foremost, the prime location of the Hilton Hua Hin is its biggest charm, and the breakfast was exceptionally clean and well-prepared. ​Thanks to a room upgrade, I stayed in a Junior Suite. It felt recently remodeled—very clean, modern, and highly satisfying. The spacious bed also made the stay incredibly comfortable. ​The only minor downside was some noise and a compromised view due to construction work right in front of the room. However, the front desk team had kindly informed me about this in advance, so it was completely understandable. ​Although it was only a 2-night stay, I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Hua Hin. Thank you!

I would like to share my feedback regarding my parents’ recent stay at your property. I have been a Hilton Diamond member for many years and have consistently chosen Hilton properties whenever available during my travels. For this occasion, I booked the stay for my parents under my account, as I was unable to travel with them personally. Unfortunately, the communication and support I received throughout this process were disappointing. Initially, there was very limited assistance regarding whether I could use my own credit card to pay for my parents’ stay. It was only after I requested to speak with upper management that alternative arrangements were finally offered. I was informed that a secure payment link would be sent for me to enter my card information, and I was specifically told that the card would not be charged until final checkout, since this reservation was not a prepaid or advance purchase booking. However, once I submitted my card information through the payment link, my card was charged immediately — before my parents had even checked in or arrived at the hotel. Throughout the process, I communicated extensively with Ms. Jantima. Unfortunately, the explanations and commitments regarding the payment process were not clearly communicated and often felt ineffective or inconsistent. Additionally, the repeated emphasis on Hilton Honors points eligibility was unnecessary, as I had already acknowledged from the beginning that I would not receive stay credit or points since I was not personally staying at the hotel. My concern was never about earning points. Rather, it was about the overall guest experience, the clarity of communication, and how the situation was handled. The process was very different from the level of service and flexibility I have experienced with Hilton properties in the United States. That being said, I would also like to mention that my parents truly enjoyed their stay and had a wonderful experience at your hotel. I sincerely appreciate the hospitality and care your team provided to them during their visit.

I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Hua Hin Resort & Spa. The hotel's location is unbeatable, located just steps from the beach and within walking distance of local attractions. My room was fantastically spacious and offered breathtaking ocean views that made every morning special. The dining experience was another high point, featuring great restaurants and an exceptionally good breakfast buffet with a huge variety of delicious options. However, the absolute highlight of my trip was the spa. I booked an aroma oil massage with Noi, and it was hands down the best massage I’ve received in years! Her technique was incredible, making it an extraordinarily relaxing experience. I couldn't have been happier with my stay and highly recommend this hotel, as well as therapist Noi, to anyone visiting Hua Hin.
