Greatly appreciate that hotel restaurant didn't charge us for 1 meal due to food issue that occurred. Location: 7-11, inexpensive restaurants and 300 thb massage nearby, Low season i guess. Not many people during my visit Beach not so good but nice large pool

Overall, the accommodation had a really great atmosphere the sea view from every room was genuinely as advertised. I personally booked a standard room, but Foi, the front desk staff, kindly helped upgrade my room. I also mentioned that it was my partner's birthday surprise, and she said she'd note it down and help arrange a complimentary cake. This is actually my 2nd time staying here, and I'm really impressed with the staff's service, as well as the pool bar — the drinks were delicious and the staff took great care of guests. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to relax.

This hotel war the highlight of our stay in Hua Hin. The staff is so exceptionally kind and friendly. They always talk with a smile on their face. The kids club itself isn’t much, but the staff there actually play with the kids so my kids had a lot of fun. There is shallow section in the pool specifically for kids. The lobby is also really fun. My only issue is I wish it had beach access. View from the hotel balcony is phenomenal. There are lots of local restaurants and Thai massage places right outside. Also a 7-11. If I go back to Hua Hin, I will only be staying here.

My family and I stayed here on a weekday during a business trip to Hua Hin. We booked through Agoda, specifically looking for a hotel with activities for the kids. To be honest, I didn't expect much because of some mixed reviews, but our actual experience completely blew us exceeding our expectations. Although the hotel is a bit dated, it is exceptionally clean and still holds its luxurious charm. What really won us over were the thoughtful touches: the room's electricity stays on without needing a key card, every single room has a guaranteed ocean view with a balcony, and the breakfast offers a great variety of international cuisines. The rooms are also equipped with Smart TVs (Netflix, YouTube, and Disney+ included), and there’s a convenient store right in front of the hotel. The absolute highlight for us was the Kids Club staff. They had incredible energy, played games, and kept the kids entertained the whole time—my children didn’t want to leave! Overall, we had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back if we have the chance. 🫰🏻

The hotel needs refirbishment. But with the low price at the time, it could be worth it. Breakfast was decent and the pool area acceptable, however the pool prices for drinks is almost the same as Marriott and Intercontinental Hua Hin. There is no beach directly outside the hotel area as the ocean even in low tide as the sea reach almost up to the hotel beach wall. All hotelrooms are facing directly to the ocean which is a nice feature. AC and water pressure is good.
