We stayed in a pool access room this time and it was super spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. For the service, honestly, I’d give it 6 out of 5! The staff were so kind, attentive, and really went above and beyond for us. For dinner, we visited Let’s Sea restaurant. The seaside vibe was amazing, the food was delicious, and the staff took great care of us there too. Breakfast doesn’t have a huge variety, but the real highlight is the kanom babin. Make sure you ask for it. You don’t want to miss out on this little gem!!!!! You can walk to Cicada Market and Tamarind Market, both are super close and really convenient.

First of all, the service was outstanding — every staff member was friendly and welcoming, truly the best we’ve experienced at any hotel. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the hotel was peaceful, and the breakfast was great. The beach was just a short walk away, and we could also relax at Let’s Sea, their sister hotel. Definitely looking forward to returning.

Our second time staying here and already planning a return visit. It's like a home from home. Good to see some improvements such as some buffet options at breakfast instead of ordering everything via paper. Also, plenty of Thai beer always available from the 24/7 Caravan. All the staff from housekeeping, security, bar / restaurant and reception were amazing. Special mention to Minnie (Mouse) and Joy on reception for making us feel especially welcome. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always smiling. Hopefully see you next year.

I am looking forward to staying at this hotel in a day's time. However, due to the flooding situation in southern Thailand, we had to cancel the trip as we are travelling by land. Emailed the hotel to request for free cancellation and they had kindly agreed to it. We are grateful for that. But the nightmare is to complete the free cancellation. Been contacting Agoda & the hotel but for the past 4 days, we have been going back and forth with no cancellation confirmation. Agoda requires hotel to complete the cancellation via their website but hotel says they are waiting for Agoda's further action. And in the our booking app, it does show that its waiting for hotel's response. So, we are left with no cancellation confirmation up till now and our check in date is tomorrow. Multiple email exchanges but nothing has been resolved. I hope the hotel will do something as this is really reflecting the service provided by the hotel to customers.

A very nice and beautiful hotel. Super friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful rooms. Close to the beach. Sister hotel of Let's Sea, which is right next door. They share a great bar/restaurant by the sea. Spa for massages. Truly a wonderful stay here. Highly recommended.
