Beautiful, very clean resort with a stunning white aesthetic. The beach view was incredible, especially the sunrise. The resort offers great facilities including three pools and lots of complimentary items in the room. Service was excellent and very friendly, even providing staff to help guests safely cross the road. They also surprised me with a free mini birthday cake, which made the stay extra special. Overall, a relaxing and memorable experience.

Choosing to stay at Putahracsa Hua Hin Resort was definitely the right decision, and our experience here did not disappoint. From the very first day, we could feel the friendliness and warmth from every staff member. Everyone was welcoming and always greeted us with a smile — from the front desk, security guards, housekeeping staff, to the team at Oceanside restaurant. Their hospitality made our entire stay feel comfortable and relaxing. What we loved most was breakfast at Oceanside. The atmosphere was peaceful and never crowded. Sitting there with a nice breakfast, enjoying the sea view and listening to the sound of the waves was such a relaxing and heartwarming experience. As for the “Ob-Oon” restaurant, we felt the atmosphere was not quite as warm as its name suggests, especially compared to the excellent service from other departments. A little improvement in friendliness and overall ambiance would make the experience even better. Another highlight we absolutely have to mention is the spa. The staff were lovely, polite, and attentive throughout every step of the treatment. Khun May gave an amazing massage — honestly, the spa is the best part of this resort for us. We ended up using the spa service four times during our stay. Overall, the hotel was wonderful. Although the buildings are a bit older and there are still a few areas that could be improved, our overall experience was very impressive. If we visit Hua Hin again, we would definitely come back and stay here. Stayed: January 3–9, 2026 Room Type: Oceanbed Villa (Beachside)

The staff was amazing, warm and accommodating. The room itself was amazing. I really enjoyed the jacuzzi. The restaurant was also amazing. They have vegetarian options and the breakfast was good and amazing views. I would definitely recommend.

We had an excellent stay at the hotel for over 2 weeks. We were taken such great care of by all of the staff from beginning to end and had a wonderful time. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious and the cleaning staff kept them nice and clean. Pool service was top, special thanks to Aod and Nun! We enjoyed beautiful ocean side but even more the quiet pool in front of our room, it was so relaxing and peaceful. Breakfast at Ob-Oon every morning was A joy, I especially liked the local delicasies and baked goods that tasted homemade. We also had afternoon tea there and the pastries were so fresh! Spa was so relaxing too and really pretty space. Extra mention I absolutely loved that there was staff to help us cross the road and shuttle service to the town those are such great services to have! Felt very safe. Also I have to say that all the staff were truly so helpful, sweet and kind througout our stay and the service felt very personal❤️ Over all we enjoyed Putahracsa hotel, the service, the staff and the experience immensely!
