If you book villa room then it’s direct at beach side, sansky or urban room is at opposite side, need to cross 2-way road to reach the other side. Beautiful, very clean resort with a stunning white aesthetic. The beach view was incredible, especially the sunrise. The resort offers great facilities including three pools and lots of complimentary items in the room. Service was excellent and very friendly, even providing staff to help guests safely cross the road. They also surprised me with a free mini birthday cake, which made the stay extra special. Overall, a relaxing and memorable experience.

Choosing to stay at Putahracsa Hua Hin Resort was definitely the right decision, and our experience here did not disappoint. From the very first day, we could feel the friendliness and warmth from every staff member. Everyone was welcoming and always greeted us with a smile — from the front desk, security guards, housekeeping staff, to the team at Oceanside restaurant. Their hospitality made our entire stay feel comfortable and relaxing. What we loved most was breakfast at Oceanside. The atmosphere was peaceful and never crowded. Sitting there with a nice breakfast, enjoying the sea view and listening to the sound of the waves was such a relaxing and heartwarming experience. As for the “Ob-Oon” restaurant, we felt the atmosphere was not quite as warm as its name suggests, especially compared to the excellent service from other departments. A little improvement in friendliness and overall ambiance would make the experience even better. Another highlight we absolutely have to mention is the spa. The staff were lovely, polite, and attentive throughout every step of the treatment. Khun May gave an amazing massage — honestly, the spa is the best part of this resort for us. We ended up using the spa service four times during our stay. Overall, the hotel was wonderful. Although the buildings are a bit older and there are still a few areas that could be improved, our overall experience was very impressive. We are returning guests since 2012 and have always liked Putahracsa for its atmosphere and excellent location. The hotel is well situated near restaurants and the beach, and the crossing assistant who stops traffic to help guests cross the road is a very thoughtful touch. Breakfast is also very good, with many fresh and healthy options. Unfortunately this stay was disappointing. The Oceanside Beach Club – a key facility and the main reason for our booking – was closed for 2.5 days due to preparations for a private New Year event, without any prior notice. As a result, the remaining pool became extremely crowded. Guests were reserving sunbeds with towels from around 6 a.m., and although staff were present, this was not managed, making it nearly impossible to find a bed. Our Silksand room felt dated, and the air-conditioning was noisy and blew directly onto the bed, which made sleeping uncomfortable. The hotel apologized but did not offer compensation. For a hotel in this price range, better communication and facility management would be expected.

The rooms & property are beautiful, but still overpriced. The breakfast buffet was good but the male server in the restaurant screamed at me for trying to take a juice to my room when I realized I was late for a call. I appreciate not letting someone take a plate of food, but a single glass of juice? Not 5 star service. Either way, yelling at me - especially as a solo woman - was uncalled for & unacceptable. I had also asked the front desk if I could receive a small credit to the restaurant since I had had to pay for 2 daily breakfasts for 7 days but was just 1 person. Most 5 star hotels are happy to offer something (a drink even). Not this hotel. Spa was expensive but lovely - special thanks to Kai & Molly for great service there. Hopefully service in the hotel will improve.
