The hotel is amazing, but that’s not what made the experience truly spectacular. What made the experience exceptional was the service we received. There was something different about this hotel compared to anywhere else we’ve been—the staff makes you feel right at home, and that beats everything else. Beyond that, the hotel is beautiful, the facilities are amazing, and the restaurants are excellent. The location isn't the most attractive, but getting around is easy, so it certainly won't spoil the vacation. Amazing—we’ll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Anantara Lawana. From the moment we arrived, the entire team made us feel incredibly welcome and could not do enough for us. A particularly thoughtful touch was receiving a personal message from the manager, Fredrick, along with a great recommendation for a local running route. The service throughout our stay was exceptional, and the food was excellent at both breakfast and lunch. The breakfast team deserve a special mention as they were always warm, welcoming and exceptionally attentive to our needs. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable, while the beautiful beach was the perfect place to relax. The resort is also ideally located: close enough to reach the centre easily, yet far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet. We would highly recommend Anantara Lawana and hope to return very soon!

We had a wonderful 3 nights stay! While it’s often seen as a romantic getaway, we were surprised it’s also incredibly family and infant friendly. The thoughtful touches, including baby amenities, a bathrobe and slippers for our little one, and complimentary infant purée, made traveling with a baby so easy. We stayed in a pool villa and the pool water temperature was perfect. We love that they are taking good care of the furry residents at the resort too! Breakfast was the highlight of our day! Too sumptuous! Every staff member was warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind, making our stay even more memorable. We hope to be back ! Thank you!!!🙏

This was my first visit to Ko Samui, as well as my first stay at this resort, and overall it has been a remarkable experience. From the very first moment, the beauty of the place, the warm welcome, the quality of the services, and the high level of cleanliness all stand out, reflecting the resort management’s attention to the finest details. The staff are kind and professional, always welcoming guests with a smile and a friendly attitude, which makes the stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. As for the only remarks, the villa prices are relatively high, and the room size seems small compared to the value of the stay. Overall, the experience has been wonderful so far, and I would confidently recommend this resort, especially for those seeking tranquility, natural beauty, and excellent service.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but I don’t feel the resort offers good value for money given its price point. The biggest drawback was the lack of common spaces to relax outside of the room. Compared to other luxury resorts, there were very few areas where families or couples could comfortably spend time during the day, which made the resort feel quite limited. While the staff were friendly and the rooms were comfortable, the overall experience didn’t justify the premium price. For what you pay, I expected more facilities, better communal spaces, and a stronger luxury resort atmosphere. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t consider it worth the price and would look at other options in Koh Samui next time that offer better value for money.
