From check-in to check-out, our experience at Anantara Lawana Koh Samui Resort was truly exceptional. The resort design is beautiful, and the natural touches, such as the fish ponds and the presence of friendly animals, added a very special and charming atmosphere. Our room was outstanding, and we really enjoyed spending time by our private pool. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. The location is also excellent, as it is close to the airport and surrounded by many restaurants and shops. A couple of areas could make the experience even better. Since we spent a lot of time outside our room by the private pool, it would be helpful to provide more mosquito repellent solutions in the outdoor area and keep them running throughout the day. Also, while the resort is located by the beach, the natural terrain makes it difficult to enjoy snorkeling directly from the property. It would be a great added value if the hotel could arrange a complimentary boat transfer to nearby snorkeling spots. Overall, it was a beautiful, relaxing, and memorable stay, and we truly enjoyed every moment.

We stayed in the bungalow with a pool and swing. Rooms are clean and comfortable. We enjoyed just sitting on the lounge chairs by the private pool and realaxing. The food in the restaurants was delicious and the variety is outstanding. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Location is great, can walk to stores and market. Right on the beach, so you can take a dip or kayak.

We’ve just finished a 9-night stay at Anantara Lawana as part of our honeymoon, and we genuinely couldn’t recommend it more highly. Of course, the resort itself is beautiful. The setting, rooms, food, facilities, and attention to detail are all exactly what you would hope for from a luxury resort. However, what truly made our stay special was the people. Every member of staff we encountered was genuinely warm, friendly, and welcoming. We were always greeted with a smile and asked how our day had been or what plans we had. Before long, staff members had learned our names and would stop to chat whenever we crossed paths around the resort. From reception to the breakfast team, restaurant staff, housekeeping, turn-down service, and even the gardening staff, everyone was incredibly polite and seemed to take real pride in making guests feel welcome. It’s rare to stay somewhere where the service feels so genuine rather than scripted, but that was exactly our experience at Lawana. My wife and I could not have been happier with our stay, and it was the perfect place to spend our honeymoon. Thank you to everyone at Anantara Lawana for making it such a memorable experience. We had a wonderful 3 nights stay! While it’s often seen as a romantic getaway, we were surprised it’s also incredibly family and infant friendly. The thoughtful touches, including baby amenities, a bathrobe and slippers for our little one, and complimentary infant purée, made traveling with a baby so easy. We stayed in a pool villa and the pool water temperature was perfect. We love that they are taking good care of the furry residents at the resort too! Breakfast was the highlight of our day! Too sumptuous! Every staff member was warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind, making our stay even more memorable. We hope to be back ! Thank you!!!🙏

I visited with my family for a week as part of a tour of Thailand. Honestly a small paradise on this earth. I wish we could have stayed for a month! For those traveling with kids, the Kids Club was great for spending time in during the hottest hours of the sun (my kids are 2 and 5). The golf buggy service around the resort is great too. The rooms immersed us in a relaxed but luxurious vibe, the food was generally good, the location was a 5 to 10 minute grab ride from everything, or a leisurely stroll up the beach. We spent many hours chilling by the pool, where the staff are very attentive. We ate frequently at the restaurant where Irene was a top host. While there were so many highlights, I wanted to specifically thank Fern on the front desk, who made my two daughters feel like royalty every time she saw them. (All the staff were great, but she definitely stood out). The girls loved feeding the fish! If we come back to Koh Samui, we will definitely stay here again
