Our first time staying at Angela suites though second time in Sissi.What a little gem! Cannot praise it highly enough! A real family feel about it which made it so special from the lovely card and welcome gift of wine on arrival, to the general exceptionally high level of customer service from all the staff. Accommodation was lovely and was kept beautifully clean as was the whole hotel.and grounds. Excellent buffet choice for breakfast. We rarely go half-board as we like to eat out. But everyone we spoke to.who dined there, praised the food.Great location too, a few minutes walk from the main street and beautiful harbour. Sissi is a beautiful village and we felt so safe...we will definitely return. This is not a 5 star hotel. Not even a 4 star and certainly not a boutique one. No coffee satchets etc in room and was advised by management to buy some which we did. Had to step into bath for a shower, plastic shower curtain. No robes provided etc. We had a balcony which faced a corridor so sitting outside with a glass of wine was challenging given the view. Breakfast was never replenished so all became dried up and warm. Lunchtime meals around the pool were good and the staff are friendly. The pool is small, the picture is very deceiving. The hotel is on a road with the beach 15mins walk away. All very disappointing. Our tui rep didn't contact us and didnt even inform us of our flights going home. All in all not good.

Both the main hotel and the attached apartments are a fabulous place to stay. We have stayed here many times (as do lots of people) and always love to return, the staff are the highlight of this place, they are welcoming, friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them to give you the best holiday possible. The hotel is not as big as others in the resort and thus is a little quieter which is great for a restful and relaxing time .

This hotel is lovely, staff are amazing, food is excellent. Won't suit everyone, we had a lovely holiday there at the end of June, start of July, hotel wasn't to busy, however, the behaviour of some guests leaving their towels on sunbeds from early on did cause problems some days,something I think the hotel should look at. Another point that influences my decision not to go back is that at times I felt that I might as well have been in Blackpool, with the numbers of English guests well out numbering any other, and their ability to drink so much beer and get louder as the day went on. We stayed half board, the food was excellent and great value, no more expensive than similar meals in Sissi. We had a lovely room overlooking the pool, garden and mountains, down side is as guests arrive back in the evening for a drink it can get loud (English Voices) . I would suggest a week to see if you like it ,if you do then you can always go back ,we met people who have been going there for 10 years. The Staff are this hotels greatest asset, from the moment you arrive until you walk out on your way home ,they make you so welcome.

Just spent a week at this hotel with my friend and we had a great time. We found all staff to be very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Hotel was spotlessly clean and so much choice for breakfast. Special mention for allowing us to keep our room on as we had a very late flight. That meant we had a full day lounging at the wonderful pool area. Can't fault this place and just want to thank all staff for a wonderful stay 👍
