This hotel is really nice and well designed for families or anyone looking for a relaxing vacation. From the start the service was impeccable Bow was polite and very helpful from check in to check out. The rooms are comfortable and clean. There were always little treats waiting for us. It was a nice touch that all the treats were traditional Thai snacks. The beds were confertable and the house keeping staff was very attentive. The resort is well designed with relaxing pools and a children's play area. There are a couple eateries on the hotel ground all good quality. There is also a convient trabsport services like a shuttle boatwand covered shuttle.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Angsana Laguna Phuket. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming and attentive – nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The service throughout our stay was genuinely warm and professional. The rooms were spotless and beautifully maintained. You can really tell they take pride in cleanliness and comfort, which made it easy to fully relax. A huge highlight was the amazing seafood buffet at Seafood Market. The selection was outstanding – so fresh, so much variety, and everything was cooked perfectly. If you love seafood, this is an absolute must while staying here. The beach is stunning as well – clean, peaceful and perfect for long walks or just unwinding with the sound of the waves. Overall, a wonderful experience from start to finish. We would happily stay again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Phuket.

Just returned from a fabulous holiday at Angsana Laguna Phuket. We stayed here in 2025 and couldn’t wait to return; it didn’t disappoint! The hotel is fabulous. Large, airy rooms are cleaned daily. I used the gym facilities for the first time - fantastic, with everything you could want. Breakfasts are amazing, with so much choice to suit all tastes and diets. The staff are so welcoming, special mention must go to Meen who greeted us with a warm smile every day at breakfast, cooking and delivering eggs just as requested. Thanks also to Mr Victor and his team. We were given a room upgrade as returning guests, and even had cake delivered to celebrate my wife’s birthday! I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough - we are already looking at flights for 2027!

I had such a lovely time during my one-week stay in Phuket. From the moment I arrived, the hotel staff made me feel truly at home. A special thank you to Nu and Boy, the bellboy team, who were always so warm, helpful, and welcoming. Their kindness and friendly smiles made my stay even more memorable. The hotel itself is already perfect for a relaxing vacation, especially for families. The swimming pool is beautiful, and being right by the beach makes it such a peaceful place to unwind and enjoy the ocean. Everything about the atmosphere invites you to slow down and simply enjoy the moment. One thing that kept amazing me every day was the sky. The shades and colors were always different, and every sunset felt special in its own way. I found myself stopping just to admire it again and again. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. It’s a place that truly leaves you with warm memories, and I hope to come back again someday.

We had a wonderful stay at Angsana Lagoon and truly enjoyed our time at the hotel. There was a small misunderstanding with the towels, but the manager and the entire team were incredibly friendly, attentive, and did everything possible to resolve the situation quickly and professionally. Their attitude and willingness to help made a very positive impression. We were also deeply grateful for the unexpected birthday cake and candles prepared for our son. We often travel during the New Year holidays, and this was the first time a hotel team personally congratulated our child. It was such a thoughtful and touching gesture, and a truly pleasant surprise for our whole family. Overall, Angsana Lagoon is a fantastic hotel with a warm atmosphere and a genuinely caring team. We would be happy to return again.
