I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any questions or requests. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation. The facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing and enjoyable. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the level of service provided by the team. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay, and I would happily stay here again in the future. Thank you for the stuffs.

We have stayed at some top end resorts in Phuket in the past, and we were blown away by how amazing our experience was at Angsana. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, especially Victor the concierge! But the whole staff was fantastic and made us feel right at home, which is amazing considering the size of the property. The property itself was great. There was always a crew around, touching up paint, fixing grout, watering foliage… Upkeep in a tropical location is so important! The pools were immaculate and the way they wind through the resort is so cool. They have so much to do in the water as well. The fitness/gym facility is one of the best hotel gyms that I’ve seen! Well air-conditioned and lots of equipment. It was never too busy either, and we went at many different times of the day. The resort itself never felt crowded. The area is upscale and feels very safe. The hotel has security guards who were very friendly and helpful as well. Breakfast was a highlight for sure! The buffet has so many options and the staff is so sweet and helpful. I especially loved the omelette station and the pancake self serve! The spa is also incredible… They treat you like royalty! Everything is so clean and well thought out, and the massages and facial I received were the perfect blend of relaxation and pain haha…exactly what I requested! I honestly can’t say enough good things about this beautiful hotel. The facilities were fantastic, the location is unbeatable, and the people who work there really make you feel like family. I will be back, 100%!

Highly recommend for anyone seeking a peaceful, luxurious getaway. The service also was very nice. What really stood out to me was Ms. June at the Breakfast buffet, she was the sweetest person ever. Helping customers, playing around with kids. She was the mama of the buffet ☺️. Overall very good experience. Thank you so much.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Angsana Laguna Phuket. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming and attentive – nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The service throughout our stay was genuinely warm and professional. The rooms were spotless and beautifully maintained. You can really tell they take pride in cleanliness and comfort, which made it easy to fully relax. A huge highlight was the amazing seafood buffet at Seafood Market. The selection was outstanding – so fresh, so much variety, and everything was cooked perfectly. If you love seafood, this is an absolute must while staying here. The beach is stunning as well – clean, peaceful and perfect for long walks or just unwinding with the sound of the waves. Overall, a wonderful experience from start to finish. We would happily stay again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Phuket.

Here’s a Google Reviews–style version (clear, concise, and easy to read): ⸻ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent stay at Angsana We’ve just stayed at Angsana for the last 10 days and moved to another place and already miss Angsana as we felt totally spoilt and treated Like VIPs Friendly and polite staff who were always happy to help. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice for different nationalities. Pool and beach service were excellent. The buggy service was extremely helpful, especially as my husband found walking long distances difficult in the heat. The beach security staff acted very quickly when my husband fell and injured his ankle. Their prompt first aid and professionalism were impressive. Thank you to the Admin team for sending a Get well card and a huge fruit basket hamper. 🙏🏼 Canal Village was lovely, with a good selection of shops and restaurants. We ate at the Thai restaurant on our last day — delicious food, great ambience by the water, and they were happy to cater for vegetarian options. We also had couple of dinners at Azura which was excellent But disappointed at Bodega Grill where we luckily had a free dinger voucher otherwise would not be prepared to pay for such an expensive meal that was not to our satisfaction Special mention to Min from housekeeping for remembering our preferences, and to Net and Tak, the buggy drivers, for their friendly service. Highly recommended.
