Such a fantastic hotel! An incredible pleasant experience. The front office staff is amazing and so smiling. They welcome you with a refreshment during the check-in and they take you to the room explaining everything in a simple and perfect way. During our staying they were always available to help giving many information making our holiday special. The room was amazing with a beautiful view of the Laguna from the two floors. The ground floor was a living room with a toilet and a huge balcony with two sunbeds. At the first one a big bedroom with another balcony and a really nice bathroom with shower and a bathub in an open space. We had a chance to have breakfast in both the places, a la carte and buffet. A la carte has a menu where you can choose the option you prefer and a small buffet where you can find many options, both Thai and not. The breakfast buffet has a large offer of options. Everything is well prepared with a great quality, thanks to the chef and waitresses for your amazing service. During the week at Angsana we spent some time at the Loy Krathong Bar, the Pool Bar and the one at the beach. All the places are very nice with a lovely atmosphere. The staff is wonderful, they are always happy to provide a great experience. I strongly recommend this fabulous hotel, the best experience I have ever had.

From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making me feel right at home. The hotel itself is beautiful, offering both comfort and convenience. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast buffet, which was outstanding. Not only was the selection plentiful and delicious, but I was especially impressed by the service from June, who went above and beyond to ensure that every guest felt taken care of. We loved it here at the Angsana. Hotel staff were so friendly and smiley, everyone was also happy to help. Shoutout to Tarn from the fitness centre who provided amazing yoga and Pilates, he was the highlight of the hotel! The pool was spotless, gym was so clean and the buffet breakfast had everything we could ask for. Our room was so comfy and cleaned so well everyday. We will be back next year! We cannot wait
