My stay at the Princess Kamala Beachfront Hotel in Phuket was truly unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine smiles and warm hospitality that instantly made me feel at home. The hotel’s beachfront location is absolutely stunning — waking up to the sound of waves and watching sunsets right from the property felt like a dream. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, offering both comfort and elegance. I especially loved the relaxing balcony space, perfect for enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. The pool area was another highlight — serene, beautifully maintained, and just steps away from the beach. Whether I wanted to unwind with a cocktail or take a refreshing swim, it was the perfect place to relax. The staff truly went above and beyond throughout my stay. Especially KWANG and FON Staff were good They were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help with anything I needed, from local recommendations to arranging transportation. The location is excellent as well — close to Kamala Beach’s charming restaurants, cafés, and shops, yet peaceful enough to enjoy a quiet, restful holiday. Overall, Princess Kamala Beachfront Hotel exceeded all my expectations. It’s the perfect blend of comfort, beauty, and exceptional service. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Phuket and looking for a memorable beachfront escape. I can’t wait to return!

Outstanding stay at Princess Kamala Beachfront Hotel – perfect for groups! Our group of 12 people stayed at Princess Kamala Beachfront Hotel, and the experience was excellent from the moment we arrived. The staff were organised, welcoming and consistently helpful with every request we had. Check-in was smooth, communication was quick and clear, and the team handled our large group with zero complications. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable, and the hotel facilities were exactly what we needed after дълги дни с обиколки – басейн, спокойствие и перфектна локация на самия плаж. Everything was well-maintained, and the atmosphere felt relaxed and safe. What really made the difference was the attitude – warm, attentive and professional. Our entire group felt looked after throughout the whole stay. Highly recommended, especially for larger groups. Princess Kamala Beachfront Hotel made our time in Phuket easy, pleasant and memorable.

Had a lovely day at Princess Kamala. I had a swim out pool and it was absolutely tranquility very quiet. Definitely the best room in the house. The service is fantastic. It’s very Clean. It’s across the road from the beach next to 7-Eleven and all the shops and massages I love this area as it’s a lot quieter and I mean quieter in the sense that there’s no raging clubs like the Patong . I would like to shout out to the lady that cleaned my room every day her name is Lek she went beyond to make my stay even more enjoyable. I’ve had an injury so I spent a lot of time in my room and she was compassionate lovely and went beyond. I will definitely be staying here again. I loved it.

The hotel is very centrally located at Kamala Beach, just 100 meters from the beach. Many restaurants and shops are nearby. The value for money was acceptable, but only because there was a significant discount — otherwise it would have been overpriced. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. Negative points: The air conditioning is quite loud. The hotel is generally outdated and urgently needs renovation. There is a lot of rust in the bathroom and even signs of mold. The hotel is very noisy — you can hear your neighbors snoring. The room is very simply furnished. The gym is an absolute disaster: the equipment doesn’t work, and nobody seems to take care of it.

This is one of the weirdest hotel experience I had in Thailand, it is OT a 5 star hotel and it isn't beachfront either. the service is not a Thai welcoming one, ( not a super bad one , just lame) to get a towel you need to register , sign and then again when returning it - you need to fill in time, and they are super aggressive about it) the rooms are pretty old and it shows, TV want really working there's a streamer but it didn't work. I had to ask for them to clean up the room every day ( as they didn't get to it by 3 pm) breakfast is probably the biggest disappointment , we gave it up all together at a certain point, the only plus is the location, it is not really beach front but it's pretty close, Kamala is super nice and relaxed.
