Room was spacious and had a balcony with chairs (and cushions!), bathroom was large and really nice - separate shower and bath. Higher floors have 2 lifts, so very easy access. Staff were very polite, friendly and always keen to both help and joke. Has 2 pools - one huge and deep pool with swim-up bar, and smaller (shallower) one ‘attached’ to some rooms. Both great. Breakfast was excellent with a truly huge array of high quality Western and Asian foods (pastries, breads, fresh cooked omelettes, juices, hot Asian foods (massaman curry, green curry, vegetables, rice, rice porridge),and Western (pancakes, hash browns), fresh fruits and vegetables - great quality and selection! My only criticism is lack of ‘proper’ made coffee - only have hotplate style so not good (my opinion as a coffee snob). Separate (hotel owned) coffee shop at front had good coffee though - but needed at breakfast. Hotel is in main soi on beachfront so metres from everything… cross bridge onto beach. 7-11 20 metres away! As is many restaurants and cafes. Very highly recommended, would definitely return.

Beautiful. We stayed in early February. The hotel is in a great location with many restaurants nearby, very convenient. The staff are friendly and very helpful. They can recommend places we want to go, have a tour service, and even help us with airport transfers. It's not far from the airport, which helped us manage our time, but be aware that traffic can be heavy at times. The surrounding area is great. We will definitely use their services again.

Rooms are a little dated but has all that you need. Bed very comfortable and has all amenities. I originally was on level 3 and found the stairs a bit hard as there is no lift something I should have checked before. Staff were great moving me to a ground floor room when one became available. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Would definitely stay here again, location is perfect 711 fee doors down, lots of places to eat and beach literally across the road.

No real qualms about this resort. In retrospect I now understand all the reviews describing the rooms/overall aesthetic as “dated”. This didn’t feel like a quality nor luxury stay, simply just a hotel situated on a semi-lively strip in Kamala with easy access to the beach. Also didn’t find many good local restaurants within brief walking distance from here. There was a 7/11 essentially right next door, so that was a plus. I recommend staying elsewhere if you’re looking for a livelier night scene or a more luxurious resort in general.

This is truly the best hotel. Everyone is incredibly friendly, the location is beautiful, and it’s very close to the beach. The room is spotless and is kept perfectly clean by Pin. I will definitely be coming back!
