Check-in experience was nice, However details regarding the amenities at the property were not properly explained. Like shuttle service to the beach etc. Property is Excellent. Close to tourist activity zone. staying here was a nice experience and value for money. Specially their breakfast Buffet is exceptional. Variety, staff, specialty coffee, etc.. it was too elaborate and would satisfy everybody's needs. also to mention, they have a well equipped kids room. So if travelling with family it might be a goto spot at the property. Overall would rate it 4.9/5. very good stay.

Breakfast was decent with a good selection of food, including halal options, an egg station, and a juice area where you can mix your own drinks. However, the breakfast area felt a bit understaffed, as plates took a while to be cleared and we sometimes ended up using the same cutlery. There was also no ketchup available during our stay. We stayed in a Deluxe Pool Access room, but despite the room type, it felt quite small. There were also quite a lot of mosquitoes around the room area. The amenities provided were good, and an iron with ironing board was included, but the toilet seat was loose. A 2,000 THB deposit was required at check-in. We tried the hotel’s seafood buffet, which was okay overall, but the seafood options were quite limited, so we ended up enjoying more of the meat dishes instead. The desserts were definitely the highlight, especially the Japanese cheesecake, which was absolutely divine and unlike anything we’ve had elsewhere. The hotel offers a buggy service that drops you off at nearby points to save you some walking, which was really convenient. The location itself is also decent, with the main Patong streets within walking distance and Jungceylon mall only a short walk away.

We stayed at Grand Mercure Hotel Phuket for three days, and even though we didn’t spend much time in the hotel because we were busy with activities, the hospitality truly stood out. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. When we arrived, they surprised us with a lovely cake to celebrate our anniversary — such a thoughtful gesture! Throughout our stay, the team was very helpful with arranging and recommending activities. They didn’t just give general directions; they provided detailed information about local agencies and options, which made planning everything so much easier. The hotel itself was beautiful and comfortable. Although the location is a bit far from Patong Beach, it’s actually perfect for those planning to join outdoor activities, as most of them are outside the Patong area anyway. Overall, a wonderful stay — highly recommended for anyone looking for great service and genuine hospitality in Phuket!

Beautiful hotel with such friendly staff who couldn’t do enough for us. We stayed in a pool access room which was lovely, clean, and so convenient for a relaxing dip anytime. The only small downside was a few mosquito bites due to the surrounding greenery, but the lovely lady who cleaned our room, Fang, was so sweet — she even brought us mosquito spray to use, which was a thoughtful touch! We ate at the Bubbles Restaurant a few times — the food and service were both excellent. The Grand Seafood Night was absolutely outstanding and well worth it. If you’re visiting Phuket, I’d highly recommend this hotel. It’s tucked away from the hustle and bustle, but still within walking distance to everything — Bangla Road, Patong Beach, the shopping centre, bars, and restaurants. A perfect place to unwind while still being close to all the action.

Just finished up a wonderful stay at the hotel and wanted to drop a quick review! The location is fantastic—the beach is right nearby for a quick dip or sunset stroll, and we loved that the night market was just around the corner, it made the evenings fun and easy. For those who enjoy the nightlife, there are plenty of bars and pubs within easy walking distance. A major plus for us was the breakfast. It was great to see they had thoughtful, dedicated vegetarian options specifically for Indian guests. Everything—from the excellent location to the delicious, inclusive breakfast—is part of the package, making it genuinely great value. Highly recommend! , and the main highlight is Indian person Chef "Ronnie" . He is very good at cooking and also in nature and on that day He made my day. Thankyou for your services. I'll Come again and recommend your hotel to my family and friends.
