We stayed at the Grand Mercure Phuket Patong as a family with two adults and two children, and our experience was excellent in every respect. The staff were consistently kind, attentive, and professional, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The reception team was efficient, well organized, and always ready to assist with a smile. Breakfast is definitely one of the hotel’s strengths: a wide international selection, fresh products, and a buffet that is carefully replenished until the very last minute, showing real attention to guest satisfaction. We also enjoyed the pool bar and the restaurant services, both well managed and of good quality. The overall organization of the staff helps create a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere, making the hotel a great choice for families traveling with children. Overall, a truly positive experience that we will remember with pleasure and confidently recommend to others.

There are truly no words to express how satisfied we were with our stay at Grand Mercure Phuket Patong. We stayed two full weeks with our family, and everything exceeded our expectations. The lady who took care of cleaning our room did an outstanding job throughout the entire stay — the room was spotless every single day, and her dedication did not go unnoticed. Breakfast was an absolute dream: incredibly rich, diverse, and well-organized, with options for every taste. It was by far one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve ever had. The main swimming pool was a solid 10/10, and the kids’ pool with water slides was the cherry on top — pure joy for children and total relaxation for parents. The staff deserves special praise: extremely professional, warm, attentive, and always smiling. Their attitude truly made the difference and turned our vacation into an unforgettable experience. We would return without hesitation and wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Patong, especially families. An exceptional stay from start to finish!

We chose Grand Mercure Patong to celebrate our anniversary, and it was the best decision. The anniversary surprise in our room was beautifully arranged and really touched our hearts. What makes this hotel stand out is the staff. Every single person we met was friendly, smiling, and always ready to help. It doesn’t feel like “just service” — you can genuinely feel their care and sincerity. When my flight was postponed, they kindly offered us a late check-out without any difficulty. Thanks professional Khun Da for your help. That small gesture made a big difference for us and showed how much they care about their guests. Special thanks to Khun Moo, Khun Fast, and Khun Da for your exceptional hospitality. You truly made our stay memorable. We left with a very good feeling and can’t wait to come back again. We had a wonderful experience during our stay at Grand Mercure hotel in Thailand. The location is absolutely spot-on — close to major attractions, restaurants, and activities, yet tucked away just enough to feel peaceful and relaxing. It made getting around with our toddler really easy. What truly stood out was the hospitality of the staff. They were warm, attentive, and went out of their way to accommodate our requests, whether it was heating up food or helping with small needs at odd hours. The availability of food overnight was a huge plus, and we especially enjoyed the specials by the pool — the burgers were delicious! The breakfast buffet also offered a fantastic variety to start the day right including vegetarian Indian food. The swimming pool is amazing, and we spent quite a bit of time there as a family. We also used the kids room and showers next to spa area. The amenities are well thought out and modern, which made the stay comfortable. While the rooms are slightly on the smaller side and the balcony space is very limited, these were minor trade-offs compared to everything else the hotel offers. Overall, as a couple traveling with a toddler, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for convenience, comfort, and truly welcoming service.

My wife and I just finished the 7th stay at Grand Mercure Patong. Like previously I can say with certainty that we will return for more leisure provided by the very nice people working there. From the minute we enter the reception, we are met with kind smiles and sawadee’s🙏 Sita and her crew in the reception are always ready for any inquiry we might have. Mae and the other bellmen are always helpful with our luggage and any other help they can provide. In the restaurant New and her crew remember my coffee preferences and other habits year after year. My wife was especially impressed that the morning nuddle chef (Gus) remembered her nuddle preference. All together it makes us feel ‘at home’ and it gives us exactly the relaxation we come for. My wife and I already talk about when to come back and that we will extend our next stay to be a longer stay. This time we tried the Steak Night, which we absolutely can recommend. For 899 Baht you get all the tender and delicious freshly grilled steak meat you want from various cuts, but also a variety of sushi’s, seafoods, pastas, fruits, cakes and desserts - altogether overwhelming. Eating à la carte can also be recommended. The food is good, fresh and affordable. We also tried The Ryan spa twice. Make sure to give your self the pleasure if you go to Grand Mercure Patong👌😊 I could mention a bunch of more names for the pleasant crew at Grand Mercure - please be rest assured that we remember all of you and that we appreciate all of your efforts to make our stay after stay so pleasent. 🙏 we look forward to see as many of you as possible at our next stay👍😊
