It was indeed a great experience staying at the resort. Right from the rooms to the service everything was perfect. My kids loved the petting farm the most. Tun upgraded the room for us as well. The most important is that all our valuables are completely safe here. My 2 year old child misplaced the AirPods and they put all the efforts to find it for me. Khun Looknam, Khun Siro, and Khun Tar found the AirPods for me after I had already reached India back after checking out from the hotel. It was indeed a great stay and we sincerely look forward to coming back very soon. If you are looking for a luxury holiday this is really one of the best hotels from their service, support, staff etc. Highly recommended. I sincerely thank the complete Thavorn Team for making our vacation memorable and helping find our valuables.

The hotel was incredibly spacious, and the reception staff welcomed me with kindness and professionalism. They transported all of my luggage to the room by cart and provided a thorough explanation of the room facilities, which I greatly appreciated. From the beach, I was able to enjoy both magnificent sunrises and beautiful sunsets. The waves were very calm, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere that made the beach truly wonderful. The central swimming pool was exceptionally well maintained. The water was crystal clear, and I did not even see a single leaf floating in it. It was one of the most comfortable and enjoyable pools I have ever used. The staff at the café were also incredibly kind, friendly, and always smiling. One staff member in particular quickly remembered my name, waved whenever she saw me, and even gave me a hug to say goodbye when I was leaving. I am sorry that I cannot remember her name, but she was a wonderful woman with short black hair and a beautiful smile. Thank you so much for making my stay so enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a huge variety of delicious dishes. I was extremely satisfied. One of my favorite experiences was the animal interaction area located in the small plaza beside the pool, which was open from 9:00–10:00 AM and 4:00–5:00 PM. This was the first luxury hotel I have ever visited that offered such an experience, and it made my stay even more memorable. The room itself was extremely spacious and spotless. As a Japanese guest, one of the highlights of my stay was the large bathtub, which allowed me to enjoy a relaxing bath. It was definitely one of the things that made me most satisfied with my stay. Everyone I met greeted me with genuine smiles and warm hospitality. I would especially like to thank Fendi at the reception desk for kindly helping me with a difficult issue I was facing. Her support meant a lot to me. Even if you are not confident in your English, I believe the staff at this hotel will do their best to help you and make you feel comfortable. When I visit Phuket again, I will definitely stay at this hotel. Please take care of yourselves, and I wish all of you the very best. Thank you once again for the wonderful memories and the truly enjoyable time.

Absolutely enjoyed my stay here so much that I ended up extending an extra week. The staff were all incredible and each and every person went above and beyond to make my experience truly exceptional. There was a bit of construction going on at this resort but due to the age it's understandable. I really loved this resort and it really gave me the traditional Thai feel and was full of amazing gardens and beautiful flowers and butterflies all across the property. The spa is very amazing. I spent a night there and both the receptionist and the massage therapist were very detail-oriented and every detail was in its place. And the massage was amazing. Five out of five. If you are coming here as a couple or a family traveling, you will absolutely love this place. I highly recommend it to anybody traveling through Phuket.

I’ve never had a holiday that exceeded every possible expectation and has changed the game entirely for future holiday standards. The nature, food, cleanliness, facilities, pools and most importantly the people were all 5*. Notable mentions for us would be Noi / Tatum in the Thai sala bakery poolside. They were so lovely to greet us every time we went in for a snack or drink, they were so happy to see my pregnant partner and make her feel that extra bit more looked after. Their smiles were so infectious and I’d always leave feeling so much happier. Paula / Tom in the Marisa restaurant made us feel at ease on our first night after a long 24 hours of travelling. We dumped our bags in the room and wanted nothing more than to have some lovely food and not only was the food perfect their service and recommendations made us feel right at home. Paula was excellent at remembering us by name and room number, giving us the most lush morning greeting at breakfast. Mam / Honey / Ice were our servers during our romantic beach dining experience night. Mam was so professional and friendly when presenting us with our meal options and really cared about us having the nicest time we could. Honey was another level of photographer, she took some incredible pictures on my phone and even tweaked the settings so that the quality was perfect in regards to the lighting. It was such a lovely touch and it made it a night we would never forget. Thank you so much to Honey for that. All the staff are on another level and even in the face of dealing with other guests who may not be as polite or respectful they show such a level of professionalism in tending to their needs. Thank you for making our stay in Phuket that more memorable. We will be coming back 100%.

I came here on vacation with my family, and our expectations were fully met throughout the entire trip. The staff were extremely generous, friendly, and helpful. A special thanks to Beebah and Beauty for assisting us with a smooth check-out process, as well as the other receptionists who helped us during check-in. The entire team, including the staff and reception members, were polite, welcoming, and always ready to assist. The hotel's atmosphere was immaculate, and the beach view was serene, peaceful, and beautiful. We had a wonderful time during our stay. We enjoyed both the vegetarian and non-vegetarian food, which was exquisite. Jeab and the restaurant staff were very helpful with our meals and dining experience. We didn't get to participate in many activities because we had other plans, but the petting zoo was a lot of fun. We got to pet and feed adorable rabbits, tortoises, parrots, and other animals. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and we are looking forward to coming back again!
