The hotel is lovely. It's in a great location and the gardens are spectacular. I would argue it's a 5 star resort , it's more a good 4 star, it needs a little updating. Saying that , it takes nothing away from the experience, the hotel is wonderful. The rooms are large but need a little up dating to achieve 5 star status , ask for the lagoon rooms, they are great. The food is good, in particular the crocodile bar where we ate a lot. In particular joom, film and Bam were fantastic. Overall a great experience we would come back.

Lovely experience from the very beginning! The staff were wonderful. The food and drinks were amazing. Great location as well - away from the hustle and bustle of town but not too far to get in. The place is stunning! Green, quiet, relaxing. Definitely recommend and will be coming back here to stay! Sonia at the front desk was super helpful and lovely!

Kat was fantastic in helping us with everything we needed. The airline lost our luggage on our flight in so we needed laundry service which was delivered neatly back in our room and quickly within the same day. One of our friends is also recovering from an injury in her leg and is on crutches and hotel staff have been extremely accommodating in booking us a room on the ground floor with poolside access and offering a buggy service to shuttle her around. They have been amazing in bringing her what she needs to the room due to her mobility issues. Thanks so much Thavorn for helping us make the best of our vacation!

Honestly, one of the hardest parts of our trip was leaving the hotel each day, because the atmosphere was so peaceful and relaxing that you simply wanted to stay. Without exaggeration, this has been one of the best hotel experiences of my life. The hotel environment is beautiful and thoughtfully designed, offering a strong sense of calm and luxury. The facilities are excellent: a great swimming pool, beautiful sea access, and a very tranquil setting that is perfect for relaxation. What truly elevated our stay was the staff. A very special mention goes to Arizz, who played a major role in making our experience exceptional. Throughout our nearly 10-day stay, was consistently kind, professional, and extremely helpful. He made us feel genuinely welcome and well cared for, and his presence had a big positive impact on our overall experience. Overall, this hotel offered us an amazing and memorable stay. We spent about 10 days here and found ourselves going out far less than usual, simply because we enjoyed being at the hotel so much. For me personally, this has been one of the best hotel stays of my life, and I would definitely return.

Beautiful hotel, lovely beach. This is a beautiful location and very relaxing. Could do with a bit of an upgrade here and there, but in general very nice and lovely staff, especially Ked and Joof at reception. The spa is great and I had a wonderful massage off Namm. Restaurants are okay, but not 5 star, more 3 or 4. I would definitely recommend. Michelle. UK
