We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel and enjoyed every moment from the day we arrived until the day we left. The food was great, everything always fresh and well prepared. The sea view from the hotel was stunning. The entire hotel was spotless.The cleaning ladies did an amazing job every day and were always polite, friendly. Having bike rental in the same building and car rental right next door was very convenient for exploring the area. The bus stop directly outside the hotel. Overall, the hotel offered a relaxing atmosphere, great service, and everything needed to enjoying your holiday. We honestly do not understand the bad reviews because our experience was nothing but positive from start to finish. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and we will definitely return again in the future.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a fantastic stay at Apartahotel Fontanellas Playa and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing family holiday. The food was excellent throughout our stay, with a great variety of options every day and everything was of a very high quality. There was always something for everyone in the family to enjoy. Our apartment with a sea view was beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. The beds were extremely comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep after busy days by the pool and beach. All of the staff were friendly, polite, and incredibly helpful. A special mention goes to Rafa from the entertainment team, who was fantastic and made the activities fun and enjoyable for both children and adults. We’d also like to thank Matasila the chef, who was really polite and the food he prepared was really nice. The indoor pool was perfect for the afternoons and evenings when the sun was going down, while the outdoor pool was also excellent and a great place to relax during the day. Overall, my family and I had an amazing holiday and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would definitely return in the future and would highly recommend Apartahotel Fontanellas Playa to anyone visiting Mallorca.

This was my third stay at this hotel in four years, and I've recommended it to my friends on several occasions. Unfortunately, things have deteriorated since my last visits. Firstly, I can't understand how we could be put in one of the worst rooms (on the first floor, directly above the bar and event area, where loud music and bass could be heard every evening until at least 10 pm) when I booked two months in advance and was visiting the hotel for the third time. This argument seemed to be met with incomprehension, or perhaps irony, at reception. The employee just laughed and said, "Three times? We have regular guests who have stayed here 15 times." Well, needless to say, there won't be a fourth time. To be fair, I should mention that we were offered a room change on the third day, but since I was there with a toddler and my parents, both over 70 and not very mobile, it seemed like too much trouble. Another new negative aspect is that you have to pay extra for water with dinner – €2.80 for a bottle of water, the source of which is unknown, and it's not even clear if it's just tap water. For a 4-star hotel, you'd expect drinks to be included with half-board. Overall, I get the impression that the hotel has been strategically focused too much on profit and not enough on customer satisfaction, and that it lacks a personal touch compared to previous years. On the positive side, I'd like to highlight the cleanliness of the rooms, the varied buffet, and the daily (five times a week) children's disco, run by Rafael, which my daughter always enjoys.

We had the most incredible week staying here for a family wedding close by. The staff, especially at the bar are so helpful and pleasant, the pool facilities amazing, and the location ideal with a little supermarket on the corner and very accesible to get to Palma centre. We also got an upgrade on our room from no view to a room with a wonderful view. We didn’t have the breakfast includes every day but some of our family did and said it was amazing, a huge variety. Our little cousin celebrated a birthday while we were there and they even posted a little drinks voucher under the door of her room. Would highly recommend!

My family and I had a fantastic 7-day stay and truly enjoyed most aspects of our time here. The breakfast was excellent, and we really appreciated the lively performance events after dinner. The atmosphere was very kid-friendly, and the sea-view restaurant added a special touch to our experience. However, I do feel it’s worth mentioning that the room we stayed in was a bit dusty and did not fully meet the expectations of a 4-star standard. With some improvement in this area, the overall experience would be even better.
