This was my third stay at this hotel in four years, and I've recommended it to my friends on several occasions. Unfortunately, things have deteriorated since my last visits. Firstly, I can't understand how we could be put in one of the worst rooms (on the first floor, directly above the bar and event area, where loud music and bass could be heard every evening until at least 10 pm) when I booked two months in advance and was visiting the hotel for the third time. This argument seemed to be met with incomprehension, or perhaps irony, at reception. The employee just laughed and said, "Three times? We have regular guests who have stayed here 15 times." Well, needless to say, there won't be a fourth time. To be fair, I should mention that we were offered a room change on the third day, but since I was there with a toddler and my parents, both over 70 and not very mobile, it seemed like too much trouble. Another new negative aspect is that you have to pay extra for water with dinner – €2.80 for a bottle of water, the source of which is unknown, and it's not even clear if it's just tap water. For a 4-star hotel, you'd expect drinks to be included with half-board. Overall, I get the impression that the hotel has been strategically focused too much on profit and not enough on customer satisfaction, and that it lacks a personal touch compared to previous years. On the positive side, I'd like to highlight the cleanliness of the rooms, the varied buffet, and the daily (five times a week) children's disco, run by Rafael, which my daughter always enjoys.

We had for 2 nights a penthouse flat with private spa, the view was awesome. The staff at the hotel was very helpful and polite. The indoor pool was great and warm. It's a pity that children are not allowed between 8 pm and 11 pm especially because kids used to wake up very early and this would have been a nice way to begin the day. Except for this, we had an amazing stay. Price from the airport with a taxi was less than 20€ for 4 persons.

My family and I had a fantastic 7-day stay and truly enjoyed most aspects of our time here. The breakfast was excellent, and we really appreciated the lively performance events after dinner. The atmosphere was very kid-friendly, and the sea-view restaurant added a special touch to our experience. However, I do feel it’s worth mentioning that the room we stayed in was a bit dusty and did not fully meet the expectations of a 4-star standard. With some improvement in this area, the overall experience would be even better.

I stayed in February and was amazing for me, good place (near airport, beach, Carrefour Express below and bus stop 25 for Pl Reina Catedral), good room and bathroom, garage for bike (very close Mallorca Cycling Center), etc. The employees was polite and attention with me every time. I bought breakfast and dinner and was fabulous, fabulous and a best choice for me, I loved every day and I need to do a mention for orange juice natural every morning, amazing!

Great stay at Aparthotel Fontanellas. The room and service were excellent, and I had an amazing sea view room with a really nice interior. The dinner buffet was good with plenty of options. Also very convenient location close to the airport. Would definitely stay again
