We had our first dinner at Aquasis Deluxe Resort, and it was a wonderful experience thanks to Omer Cona. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He paid attention to every detail, recommended wines, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. We were especially impressed by how much effort he put into giving us the best possible service—even using ChatGPT to help communicate with us and ensure we got exactly what we wanted. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made our first evening truly memorable. We were so grateful that we even took a photo with him at the end of the dinner. Thank you, Omer, for making our first night so special. We hope to see you again during our stay!

A most enjoyable week spent at Aquasis De Luxe Resort where the staff were excellent, always polite and willing to help with a smile. We stayed in one of the Lake Rooms with swim up pool and the pool was immaculate along with the room which was cleaned daily along with towel changes. The resort sits on a vast area of land with a private beach, cabanas and water sports are available. Grounds are well laid out with quiet areas away from main building and pools. There is a wide range of restaurants pool bars and cafes offering food and drink over 24 hours. A la carte options available, we had excellent meal at Olivia, the Italian restaurant. The resort offers a wide entertainment programme and the staff always looking to cater for all tastes. All in all, a fantastic resort which we would happily return to without hesitation. Top Marks!

We have been here for 5 days now and having an amazing time. The staff are very helpful and attentive, especially when interacting with our younger boys. Even though we have been here 5 days we are still exploring new parts of the hotel as there is so many amazing things to see. The bars are amazing and bar staff always happy to help, the entertainment is great. Lots of pools and fun for the kids including soft play and park - slides are great fun too. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Having a great holiday so far!

My overall experience at the resort was largely enjoyable, with the facilities, atmosphere, and accommodations all meeting expectations. However, the service left something to be desired and is worth addressing in detail. The resort is predominantly frequented by Romanian, British, and other international guests that use English as a secondary way to communicate while on vacation. While the room service was excellent, my main concern was the significant language barrier, as staff members spoke very little English, making it difficult to place even simple orders. This extended to dining as well, where ordering drinks at the table proved to be a near impossible task, with waiters frequently misinterpreting requests and bringing incorrect drinks as a result. Having visited in 2019, when English proficiency among the staff was notably higher, I found this change quite surprising and disappointing.
