We had a very disappointing experience at the hotel’s spa. We purchased a couples massage advertised as 55 minutes, but the massages lasted only around 40 minutes. When we raised this with the spa manager, İbrahim, and asked for a refund for the service we did not receive, the situation was handled very poorly. Rather than simply acknowledging the issue and offering a reasonable solution, he dismissed our complaint and suggested that we were making an issue out of “five minutes.” It was actually around 15 minutes. He later called us after we had left and admitted that he had spoken with the staff and that they had ended the massages earlier than they were supposed to. However, instead of offering a refund for the missing time, he offered two complimentary massage sessions, which we declined as we did not want to return. The issue is not about the money. It is about receiving the service we paid for and how a legitimate complaint was handled afterwards. The hotel itself is not the subject of this review — our experience with the SPA and its management is. If you are staying at the hotel and considering using the spa, I would personally be very cautious. İbrahim may be a nice person, but based on our experience, he seriously needs to improve how he handles customer complaints and manages the spa.

It's out last day at Kadikale and I can say we had a lovely stay here. The room was quite big and it was cleaned everyday. The good was great, bit repetitive but there was a variety so I'm sure everyone will find something good. The service was awesome and people were really friendly and helpful. I do recommend this hotel for a family vacation.

First time in Turkey, went with my wife and parents. Great time well spent, stuff were amazing (best I ever experienced!), everyone so nice and friendly. Amazing drinks, delicious food, really helpful on the stay (my mom twisted ankle unfortunately). Definitely gonna go back and can fully recommend.

Forget about the Turkish hotel star ratngs. This is a 3.5 star hotel. 4 stars on a sunny day. Someone said that the hotes is whay you make of it... well, this one is making me hard to find samething worth the money I have paid for it. That being said, I will never come here again, or Turkey most likely. Soooo... where to begin. This is definitely not the ultra all included resort as advertised. Not everything is available all of the time. Ice cream, snacks and such are available 2 hours a day. All that is always available is cheap liquor and machine soft juices. The food is actually good and they try to make it interesting and there is something for everyones taste. Always enough foe anyone. All the sweets taste roughly the same, too mush sugar in everything, but that's the way locals love it. I would say that our room was the oldest in this resort. We paid for double bedroom, but were given the single one. After complaining, we got this... let's call it apartment. The apartment we were forced to take, since everything else was full apparently, was unused for some time. The two A/C units were uncleaned for ages. The room was filled with moisture and mold odor, the air from A/C units as well. One was barely blowing cold air at all. We actually had black mold in the bathroom. See the pics. If you have a problem or are unsatisfied in any way, you can count on staff being rude (in our case very rude indeed) or not understanding english all of a sudden. The very young receptionist was so rude when we came with our problems to him, while the manager stood next to him and said nothing. He did send someone to clean and repair the A/C, but nothing was really done. The stairs... the damned stairs. This resort is all in stairs. Wherever you need to go, you'll need to take the stairs. People with knee problems or anything stairs related, stay away! The beach, or more precisely the wooden dock, is OK. You can take fresh beach towels every day, one per guest. The number of beach chairs and parasols is not enough for all of the guests. You must come and claim what you need on the beach before 8AM! People reserve their parasols and chairs when they leave the beach by leaving towels, wate bottles or alike, so that makes it much worse. Nobody removes the reserving towels, even after we were said that the towels will be removed after 15 minutes. So... nobody of the staff cares, as is the case with almost everything else.

Avoid this resort at all costs. Reception staff are rude and unwilling to help. They dont provide a complimentary sandwich and drink on arrival late at night. Instead told us to have cheese and tomatoes. Unless you are a white person they wont go above and beyond for you. Wifi is only available in the lobby so unless you have roaming set up or sit in the lobby all day then you will have no access to your mobile phone. Rooms are not cleaned thoroughly they have paper thin walls, no chance of sleeping if you have noisy neighbours. The food is awful, menu is repeated. Infact, they use the leftovers as cold food for the next meal. Fruit was non existant. Just watermelon a few days, and apples anr pears. Never have I seen such awful menu at any of my destinations. Never got a smile or thank you from any of the staff working there. The only postive thing about this place was the waiter working in the restaurant and the shuttle bus rep in the lobby. They both went above and beyond to help. Anything else was horrendous and I regret wasting my money going to this place. If I could give minus 100 stars then I would
