We came to this hotel as a group of 12 ladies from England to celebrate my birthday. The location of the hotel is stunning and it has everything you need in terms of facilities. The rooms were a little bit tired and I was surprised that we didn't have more bedding. We've had to ask for additional sheets to keep comfortable during the night. The beds were also a little bit hard for me personally!! I want to make a special mention to Ramazan who's is one of the restaurant staff. He has absolutely made our holiday, he is friendly, attentive and nothing has been too much trouble. If anything he has been able to know what we know even before we did!! He has always made sure all of us could sit together and invested so much time getting to know us, and with absolutely no judgement on how loud/joyous we can be at times! 😜 We now also have some fab photos with him to remember this time. Eren has been working alongside him during some of our visits and although he does not speak as much of our language, he has also been attentive and very friendly. The food has been amazing and we were also surprised that although we came part way through the half term, we have still had plenty of space on sun beds or wherever we chose to spend the day.

We had an amazing stay at Salmakis Resort & Spa for our honeymoon! We mentioned that we were celebrating our honeymoon, and the hotel surprised us with a beautifully decorated room, breathtaking views, and a complimentary fruit basket. The hotel itself is beautiful, with great views from every corner. We stayed on the all-inclusive package, and the food exceeded our expectations with plenty of variety and great quality. The cocktails and drinks were decent. What truly made this hotel stand out, though, was the exceptional service. Every single member of staff, from the restaurant teams to the bar staff, was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. A special thank you to Mucahit at reception, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The location is another huge advantage. You can walk to Bodrum Marina and the city center for a lovely stroll, shopping, and restaurants. If you’re up for a short 10-minute uphill walk, you’ll reach the famous windmills and one of the best panoramic views of Bodrum. But ou may not even feel the need to leave the hotel, as its sandy beach already offers spectacular views of the bay. There are plenty of sunbeds, so we never had any trouble finding a spot, even during busy hours. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We would happily return and highly recommend Salmakis to anyone visiting Bodrum. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so amazing !

We arrived last night. The room is very small. The bathroom is very small. Only one person can stand in it. There is no possibility to hang your towels to dry. Everything gets wet when showering too. When asking for an upgrade, they said everything is full. Given that there are few people here, I don't believe this. They just don't want to help. It was raining too. The small terrace is also flooded. They said they would come and check after 10 minutes. That was 1 hour and 30 minutes ago. Haven't seen anyone. For the time being, we can't enjoy ourselves yet. A bit frustrated with what is actually an expensive hotel. There is also still a lot of construction going on everywhere. Very messy and clutter everywhere. A bit of a bummer on day 1. Not recommended. And wifi don’t work in our room. 😤

One of my favourite places in the world after travelling 55 countries. I highly recommend this hotel, the buffet is amazing. Service and staff excellent. The bay has a clean water award. Honestly cant recommend this hotel enough. Also the spa is 10/10 and the masseuse from Bali Sekar is excellent 👌 Come visit I've just finished my 3rd trip in 2 years, you wont be disappointed.

Beautiful hotel & wonderful services! We stayed in Salmakis for one week during our vacation in Bodrum. The hotel, scenery and landscape is very beautiful. We saw windmills between Bodrum and Gumbet from the hotel and had a chance to walk up to the hill. The services were exceptional. Staff were very friendly and attentive. The waiters at the restaurant always greeted us and made us feel like home. Breakfast, lunch and dinner was delicious and there were a lot of numbers of dishes and a variety of food and snacks. Entertainement’s staff were so fun and made an incredibly pleasant atmosphere. It was very easy to walk to a small port nearby the hotel. We hopped on a (boat) water taxi to go to the old town from there. We had a wonderful experience and a great vacation when we stayed at Salmakis. We would highly recommend this hotel and cannot wait to go back there again.
