We had a week in the hotel. Everything was excellent - food was delicious, the pool and the facilities were clean. I would say this was one of the most relaxing experiences. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The manager of the restaurant was in constant communication with us - always smiling. We are really grateful to Nedim (who was one of our waiters). I fully recommend it 🫶

What to say! Until the last minute we thought we had a great time in this resort!Friendly staff, amazing food, very good location, very close to the town centre! Worst part of this resort was reception! Our check out was at @12:00 but our flight is at 20:00 and we have 4 years old boy we did ask since Monday afternoon for a late check out and we were happy to pay extra! Since Monday we have been told come back tomorrow, come back after lunch come back tomorrow morning etc etc! We went to ask again this morning and they said sorry we cannot offer you a late check out! I was not happy at all after long time waiting they said no! The horrible person in reception was Enes and he was trying to explain to me why they didn't say No since Monday! Basically he was trying to say if we didn't receive any reservation for your room yes we can offer you the late check out but now we have a reservation so we cannot offer you a late check out! I think his thought was wrong and I told him I will leave all my stuff in the room go and try to through my stuff away! After this situation he called our agency and told them I refused to leave the room! The lady called Fayel told us all the time come back later come back tomorrow come back later etc etc was staying there but not saying anything! When we went to do a check out @12:00 the manager was there and I have asked/explained to her and she said was a miss understanding 🤣🤣🤣🤣!!! Three days in a row in reception and at the end was a miss understanding! What a shame! Im sorry to say but stay away from this resort! Until this morning I was thinking we will come back but now not anymore!!!

Not really sure how to review my stay at the Diamond of Bodrum. Never had such mixed feelings about a hotel. Let me start with the positives. - The view is absolutely stunning! The sunsets and overall view 10/10. - The location of the hotel is also great as well - only about a 10(maybe less) minutes walk from the centre. - Our hotel rep - Med has been an absolute superstar ⭐ - The food was delicious and the restaurant and bar staff were absolutely amazing! They work very hard to make everyone happy. Now lets get with the negatives - To start off with were received a room with: no AC, not working safe box and not working fridge. The room still had fresh plaster on walls and it looked like the builders left minutes before our arrival. There was construction dust everywhere. From the moment we came into the room we kept having power cuts. It was very annoying, especially when it took the electrician about 40 minutes each time to get it working again. Every time we asked for a room change we were told "come back tomorrow" "come back at 12" "come back at 2". We basically spent three days in reception. On the last occasion we had a power cut at 11pm. The electrician was in our room till nearly 1am trying to repair it. He then walked with my partner to reception and informed them that our room is not to a standard to be let, and yes he did fix it but only temporarily. We finally received a new room the following day - and that room thankfully had no issues. - there was no entertainment at the hotel, despite it being mentioned in the description. Only entertainment was a DJ in the evening that kept playing the same songs every day (looked like a spotify playlist) - A lot of the drinks that were on the drinks menu were not once available at the bar. By the evening most alcohols were finished - not so great for a place with 24hour drinks (as per description) - the snack bar had a very nice menu too bad the only things available was burgers and cheese burgers. - the hotel shop was closed - sauna was off - beach bar - not there Overall I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone- which is a shame because the potential is there - I also believe it does not deserve the 5* it has.

We stayed a few weeks ago with my family and had a fantastic time. After reading a few reviews online we are a bit skeptical but they couldn’t be any more wrong. The hotel was clean, the location was great right on the beach. The staff were amazing, especially Memmet (in the restaurant) and Fuyla (front of house manager). We stayed in room 1612 and our house cleaning lady (I’m so sorry we didn’t get her name) she was one of the loveliest people I’ve met, she cleaned our room every single day, clean towels, fresh sheets and created cute art with the towels, please can you give her our thank you again! Thank you to you all for making our stay in Bodrum 10/10 we can’t wait to return next summer!!! I couldn’t recommend this hotel more❤️❤️❤️❤️

The location of this hotel is amazing, with breathtaking views. However, it can be a bit boring, as there isn’t much entertainment or motivation to stay on-site, and very few staff members speak English. The food was quite repetitive, with mostly turkey and chicken, plus some fruit served three times a day, which became disappointing after a while. On the other hand, for people who enjoy going out at night, the location is perfect and offers easy access to nightlife.
