Great all inclusive hotel with a fantastic beach and clear water. The food is pretty good and there is some nice selection. Its not a huge hotel so it doesnt seem so crowded and mass touristic. Rooms are clean and well appointed, housekeeping is doing a great job. The service staff is very friendly and are fast. I would wish that there would be a shuttle etc to maybe the city center or more benefits for diamond hilton tier members, as there were not known benefits as special areas or lounges as in other all inclusive resorts by hilton. Other than that I would for sure come again !

Dining at the Hilton in Bodrum was easily one of the highlights of my trip. Quite frankly, this was the best thing on the menu, exceptionally good from start to finish. The flavours, presentation, and quality were outstanding, and you can really tell there’s talent and attention behind every detail. A special mention to Chef Burak, Duty Manager Mouhssine and the team whose work was absolutely incredible. The dish was perfectly balanced, beautifully prepared, and genuinely memorable. It’s rare to find something that stands out this much, even in a luxury hotel restaurant. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Bodrum and staying at the Hilton. definitely a dining experience worth having.

Review of Hilton Double Tree, Bodrum Absolutely amazing and would go again. A credit to the Bodrum area and people of Turkey too. I have broken down the review into sections. Staff All the staff were extremely attentive, well knowledgeable and well trained. At the check in desk they were happy to help us with anything, including booking taxis, general information, ordering further food (birthday cake made to order) and other things. All the staff were so friendly and happy to help, always. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinners at the Panaromic Restaurant. All staff very well trained, always happy to get you a drink and take away your plates when you are finished. They cannot do enough for you and after a few days they would remember all your preferences. Waiters and Waitresses at the Cafe and Pool Bars were also incredibly attentive, would make you anything you desired and you would never go without, offering to get a fresh drink the moment you finished. Cleaning team very helpful and friendly, some days we just needed fresh towels and they were always happy to provide. Anything like extra shower caps were given straight away, kept the rooms tidy and again, couldn't fault it. All staff couldn't be faulted, all amazing. Food and Drinks As said above, the teams couldn't do enough for you. We arrived on 11 April in low season, the day they opened in fact and therefore the two additional restaurants (Italian and seafood) were not open yet, but with that said, we had plenty to choose from every breakfast, lunch and dinner. Plenty of variety everyday in the Panoramic restaurant. There was also a snack bar available if you go hungry throughout the day, which we had traditional Turkish flatbread (which is delicious). Room We had a lovely room in the main building, big bathroom with a walk in shower. Nice large comfortable King Size bed with a large wardrobe and TV. Had a view of the gardens from our balcony, was everything we hoped for. Resort Grounds Great variety as there is a main pool, jacuzzi, private beach (we used one of the days despite being in April) and there is a variety of activities, ping pong, pool, the entertainment team. There is a gym for those who would use one on vacation. Security was good too, each day we would get a taxi out and back into the hotel they would ask for your room key to verify you are staying there. I thought that was good for peace of mind. Spa We both used the spa one day (additional cost) but it was very worth the money as both of us had a good relaxing massage and helped re-set ourselves. You can use the Sauna for free if you want to. Other There is a variety of things to do for kids but we had a couples holiday without kids, so I would recommend to read other reviews on this. What we can say is the entertainment team had the children covered from what could be seen and they had slides and a football pitch, tennis court and more.

It is generally a nice hotel, I have been her a couple of times off season already. This time I got unlucky with a heavy food poisoning - which isn’t really the issue actually. I didn’t say anything the first days as I had medication with me especially for the heavy fever in the night. However when I ran out of it k went to ask for help. Zero help obviously and the worst thing was a duty manager smiling at me when I told him what’s wrong! Ridiculous behavior - never seen this in my life - his excuse was - yes sir but you are also smiling. really disappointed by your problem solving skills especially with like 10 rooms occupied in the hotel! Send your staff to training Best regards

-update, they offered a bigger room in the main building again with sofa bed. Main building rooms vs club rooms differ quite much- I couldnt agree more to the comment regarding the rooms being cramped. Staying as 3 adults in King Superior room is really not possible at all. There is no place to walk if you stay as 3 adults. These rooms shouldn’t be marketed as suitable for 3 adults. These are basically normal 2 adult size rooms with addition of couch that can turn into bed which is not comfortable at all. To be fair we were aware that there was the couch option however rooms in the pictures looked much roomier, in reality small with no space to turn around. Besides than that Food options are really varying and tasteful, which we enjoyed. The personnel in the restaurants are helpful and running around to answer everyone’s requests. Sea is great, sandy beach area really tight as well.
