Our stay at Lujo Hotel Bodrum was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, everything felt luxurious and perfectly organized. The hotel is beautifully designed, with stunning views of the sea and a very relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, modern, and extremely comfortable. Every detail is carefully thought out to make guests feel special. The food is exceptional, with a wide variety of high-quality dishes and restaurants to choose from. What truly makes this place special is the service. The staff are incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. They go above and beyond to make sure every guest has a perfect experience. Lujo Hotel Bodrum is truly a paradise for anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and unforgettable memories. I would highly recommend it and would love to come back again!

stayed in this hotel with my wife in a suite. This hotel is one of the best I have ever visited. Comfort Safety Kindness These qualities were present every single day. There are many restaurants, all with excellent quality. The food was really good, tasty, and simply wonderful. The hotel beach is great, divided into a quiet adults-only area (18+) for relaxation, and a family area that is not too crowded. In both areas you can really enjoy a top experience. The whole property is maintained to the highest standards. The reception is excellent, with amazing staff.

Filthy, noisy, low quality, lying hotel. AVOID unless you like wasting money, the smell of faeces, and brown water. Lujo Bodrum’s staff lies, its facilities are dirty and basic, and it is totally unsuitable for families. Rooms / restaurants stink and the water supply runs brown / yellow even after running faucets for 30+ minutes. Rooms aren’t soundproof and loud music plays till 2am. Restaurants aren’t all open all the time leaving poor choice for food. Entertainment schedule is not what is claimed. Kids club is only accessible if you speak Russian. We experienced rude staff, further lies from supposedly senior managers, and service far below the quality expected for the price point. After complaining we were moved into a better villa for the final 1.5 days, but this also had broken facilities (eg the jacuzzi bath was blocked), several bedrooms smelled like raw sewage, and again wasn’t luxurious once you look beneath the thin veneer of how it looks. Overall this experience was unacceptable for the money we have paid. Despite this the hotel only offers unspecified “privileges” for future stays, rather than any real compensation. No one in their right mind would choose to stay at this hotel let alone return!

From the moment we landed, Lujo Bodrum set the tone for an incredible stay. Our luxury transfer was waiting just minutes after arrival, and within no time we were whisked away to the resort. Check-in was seamless. We were greeted with drinks and soon introduced to our Joy Advisor who would be looking after us throughout the holiday. We were walked to our room, which had been upgraded to a Jacuzzi Room, and shown all the essentials on the way. The Joy Advisor system deserves special praise. We were added to a WhatsApp group with Anna and Anastasia, who were available for absolutely everything. We only saw them once in person, but it felt like they were in our pocket the whole time, always cheerful and quick to help. The grounds are stunning, beautifully kept, calm, and luxurious in every direction. Service is five star across the board. Special mention to Yasin, who looked after us by the pool, constantly bringing drinks and making us feel like royalty, and Esma Hanım, our cleaner, whose smile never left her face. She was incredibly sweet and showed real warmth every time she saw our three-month-old baby. The food was fantastic. The all-inclusive package is definitely worth it. There’s a wide range of dishes to choose from, with a few paid options that aren’t really needed because the included food is excellent. The kitchen team handled my severe nut allergy perfectly, everything was double-checked and safe, which gave me total peace of mind. Overall, Lujo Bodrum has become one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Every detail, from the airport pickup to the people, shows true luxury. I’ll definitely be returning in the future for another stay.
