We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Lujo Art & Joy Bodrum, and a huge part of that was thanks to our Joy Advisors, Sabrina and Abdel. From start to finish, nothing was ever too much to ask. They assisted us in every possible way and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfectly arranged and ran smoothly throughout our stay. Their support, attention to detail, and kindness made such a difference to our experience. They were always on hand, incredibly helpful, and made us feel completely looked after the entire time. It was a real pleasure having them as part of our holiday. We’re very grateful for everything they did and would highly recommend Lujo to anyone considering a stay. We would especially like to thank Sabrina and Abdel for their outstanding service and hope to return again in the future.

We stayed at Lujo during the first week of June and overall had a very pleasant experience. The hotel was generally excellent, especially in terms of cleanliness, guest relations, and service quality. Housekeeping was very well managed, and the staff were attentive, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. The beach area was also one of the highlights. It was clean, comfortable, and well organized, and the beach activities added a nice touch to the overall holiday experience. That said, there are a couple of areas that could be improved. The evening entertainment felt a little weak compared to the overall standard of the hotel. In addition, there were some minor coordination issues in the restaurants, such as confusion about which table certain orders or services should be delivered to. These are relatively simple operational details, but improving them would make the experience feel even more seamless. Overall, we had a very good stay at Lujo and appreciated the high level of cleanliness, attention, and service. With a few improvements in entertainment and restaurant coordination, the experience would be even better.

This time we were just searching smthng to totally relax by the sea and not think about anything else, and this resort surpassed my expectations! Beautiful spacious rooms, variety of beaches, pools and restaurants so you never get bored! Food was very good and of quality also and everything clean in the whole ambients! Also we enjoyed very much the live music in the Puppet Theatre. Staff very polite, I would especially name our advisor Ilyiada and the waiter at the adults only pool, named Aziz, both very helpful and polite on doing their job. Also we liked very much the spa, the beaches, the cabanas ! So it was one week where you could just relax, not worry about anything else, and the staff would think of it all for you.

Outstanding service + perfect for families We just had the most beautiful experience at Lujo Hotel, and it’s all thanks to the incredible staff. A special thank you to the butler Kevser Al Hilal who took care of our room. She was absolutely amazing from day one. Always replied to our messages instantly, helped us book restaurants both inside and outside the hotel, and even picked us up personally when the buggies were late. She went above and beyond to make sure every dinner we had in the hotel restaurants was perfect - and you could tell the F&B manager and team also took extra care of us because of her. One small detail that showed how thoughtful she was: she told us we could choose the kind of pillow we needed and changed it right away according to what I needed. It’s those little touches that made the stay so comfortable. The experience wasn’t just about the butler. The Kids Club manager Ugur Bay and his staff deserves huge praise too. He was involved in everything - cleaning, playing with the kids, and he even sat down, ate, and chatted with my son because my son asked him to. For my 3-year-old who was scared to stay in the kids club on her own, they were so patient and caring. She felt safe and loved, and that meant the world to us as parents. The kids facilities were amazing - highly, highly recommended for families with kids. There was so much for our 3 and 5 year old to do, and the staff made them feel like VIPs. We came for the resort, but we’re leaving with memories because of the people. Lujo, you’ve got a truly special team. We’ll be back.
