A very disappointing experience. Definitely not a 5-star hotel! Bodrum Holiday Resort & Spa was a huge disappointment. The hotel is outdated and clearly does not meet the standards I would expect from a 5-star resort. The food was one of the biggest problems. The choice was limited, the meals were repetitive and most dishes lacked flavour. Lunch and dinner were often almost identical, and the chicken was extremely dry. What made things worse was that food was not always replenished when it ran out. Despite the snack bar being advertised as open until 5 PM, there was often very little left by 4 PM. The service was equally disappointing. However, the most concerning issue was the lack of care regarding sugar-free drinks. My husband is diabetic, yet even after repeatedly asking for Pepsi Zero, we were served regular Pepsi containing sugar. This happened in the main restaurant and several bars. The only place where we could check what was being served was the snack bar, where the dispenser was clearly visible. Guests should not have to constantly double-check their drinks when their health is at stake. Housekeeping was also below expectations. Although the bed was made and some basic tasks were carried out, the overall cleaning was superficial, with proper vacuuming seemingly neglected. Considering the poor food quality, disappointing service, inadequate cleaning and outdated facilities, I do not understand how this hotel can be rated as 5-star. The repeated mistakes with sugar-free drinks were particularly unacceptable. I would not stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to others.

This hotel is really good, with nice panoramic views of the sea, mountains, and garden. I enjoyed watching the beautiful sunset and relaxing on the deck area, listening to the sea waves crashing on the rocks underneath. The seawater is beautiful and clean, and you can see lots of fish. The food was great, and I enjoyed having honey from the comb every day for breakfast. The staff was helpful, especially when I first arrived and needed urgent medical aid; they promptly took me to the nurse, who guided us to the nearest hospital. Overall, I had a great time at the beautiful Bodrum Holiday resort.

The hotel is in a great location. The food was good, quite good dishes every day. The rooms were clean, but they are quite old and could definitely use some renovation. The biggest advantage of this hotel is the staff – everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend it, especially because of the excellent service.

My wife and I spent our honeymoon in This resort. It has been the best experience ever. The food is fantastic, the service is 5 star. We loved the pools. We liked our room cleaning as well, and thanks for the Cazgul. And I just want to say thank you to Ismigul and Ayse from the guest relations. From the reservation team Najat and Ece, Mr Umut and his team in the reception. Especially thanks for Maktim from the kebab a la carte and thanks for the security team to Serkan. These personals were so great and made our holidays.

Overall, we have had a fabulous time here. The room we was given was very spacious, with two rooms. The bed was very firm so we asked for an extra duvet to help soften. However the view from the balcony was spectacular! Staff were very polite and helpful, especially guest relations staff Buse and Tuana, and one thing we really appreciated was that we wasn't constantly harassed to buy extra things, for example pricy professional photographs and spa packages. We did enquire about a family spa package but taking into consideration the prices we have paid in previous years was quite expensive. The plot of land itself is stunning with beautiful photo spots, however due to its location there are lots of stairs and slopes to navigate, for us this was not a problem, but if you have difficulties walking this place might not be suitable if you want to make the most of all the amenities. The rooms are a bit outdated but this is reflected in the price of the holiday, nothing that we could really complain about. The location and views totally wipes out any negative issues we had. This is our third time in bodrum and we have previously stayed in remote locations but here we are only a 10 minute taxi ride to the hustle and bustle of the town which we went to multiple times. Meal times - Always plenty to choose from, options for everyone, but can be very similar every day. Totally recommend paying the extra for the private cabanas on the beach, there are different packages to buy and you recieve great service, food and drink is brought to you in accordance to the package you buy. A massive thank you to the guy who took care of us on Saturday and Friday. Recommend beach shoes though and the beach is pebbly in places. Stunning clear water and fabulous for snorkeling. This resort has enough to cater for everyone, pools, slides, kids entertainment and evening entertainment (however a long hilly walk to the amphitheatre and back). Outdoor nightclub which starts at 2300. Recommend sitting out on the large balcony near the arcade to watch the sunset! Exactly what was needed xx
