I had a lovely stay at the Armada Avenue Hotel in JLT. I stay for almost 10 days and it was a real pleasure. Especially dealing with Ali, the hotel concierge, genuinely made my stay better from the moment I arrived. He was warm, easy to talk to, and went out of his way to help with anything I needed. Nothing felt like a task to him, he handled everything with a smile and made me feel completely looked after. It’s rare to meet someone so personable and naturally friendly. He’s a real asset to the hotel. Honestly, he's the reason I gave the hotel 5 stars.

Had a wonderful stay at Armada Avenue Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and had an amazing view overlooking Dubai Marina and Sheikh Zayed Road, especially beautiful at night. The service throughout the stay was excellent, and a special thanks to Mr. Ali for his warm hospitality and professional support. He made the experience even more pleasant with his friendly and helpful attitude. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with great views and good service in Dubai.

I had a great stay at Armada Hotel JLT. The hotel is well located, clean, and comfortable, with beautiful views and a calm atmosphere that makes you feel at ease right away. What truly made the experience special was the hospitality. Mr. Ali Bazzaz deserves special mention for his exceptional professionalism, warm welcoming attitude, and genuine care for guests. From the moment I arrived, he made sure everything was perfect and that I felt comfortable and valued. This level of service really makes a difference and reflects positively on the entire hotel team. I highly recommend Armada Hotel JLT and would gladly stay here again.

The hotel is good! Cozy, there is everything for a comfortable stay. I didn’t notice any problems with cleanliness. Yes, the rooms are a little old and worn out, but you can see it in the photo when choosing a hotel - there is no «cat in a bag». I was especially pleased with the staff, they are very attentive to various situations - the issue with the option of leaving a deposit was very quickly resolved. I was especially pleased with the free upgrade of my number! A separate plus for me is that the bathroom has really hot water (without interruptions), which is very valuable for hotels of this price segment. Special thanks to the receptionist Ali and the manager named Mohamad for their help and upgrade🙏🏻✨

I experienced a serious electrical safety incident during my stay. The hair dryer produced sparks and the wall socket emitted smoke, creating a dangerous situation. My personal property was damaged ($150), and despite multiple emails, the hotel avoided proper financial compensation and provided inaccurate information about the resolution. Extremely disappointing handling of a serious safety matter. There is no hot water and every time you ask for something from the staff you should ask at least 3 times until it will come to you
