To be completely honest, this hotel is extremely disappointing — to the point where I felt like I was not even in the UAE. The photos show one thing, but the reality is something entirely different. The property is very old. The bathrooms are outdated, and the rooms lack even the most basic essentials such as a proper bathrobe or ashtrays for smokers. When I decided to tolerate it since it was only one night, I tried to relax by watching YouTube on the TV — only to discover that the screen isn’t even a smart TV. It’s a small, outdated television with very old channels. I called reception thinking there was a mistake, but no — that’s actually what they provide. On top of that, there is absolutely no privacy. I could clearly hear conversations happening in the rooms next door. This place does not compare to even a one-star hotel. Despite charging more than many hotels in Abu Dhabi, the difference in quality and service is enormous. The amount charged for a night here should not exceed 25 AED. I am extremely dissatisfied.

I had a lovely stay at the Armada Avenue Hotel in JLT. I stay for almost 10 days and it was a real pleasure. Especially dealing with Ali, the hotel concierge, genuinely made my stay better from the moment I arrived. He was warm, easy to talk to, and went out of his way to help with anything I needed. Nothing felt like a task to him, he handled everything with a smile and made me feel completely looked after. It’s rare to meet someone so personable and naturally friendly. He’s a real asset to the hotel. Honestly, he's the reason I gave the hotel 5 stars.

I had a great stay at Armada Hotel JLT. The hotel is well located, clean, and comfortable, with beautiful views and a calm atmosphere that makes you feel at ease right away. What truly made the experience special was the hospitality. Mr. Ali Bazzaz deserves special mention for his exceptional professionalism, warm welcoming attitude, and genuine care for guests. From the moment I arrived, he made sure everything was perfect and that I felt comfortable and valued. This level of service really makes a difference and reflects positively on the entire hotel team. I highly recommend Armada Hotel JLT and would gladly stay here again.

The hotel is good! Cozy, there is everything for a comfortable stay. I didn’t notice any problems with cleanliness. Yes, the rooms are a little old and worn out, but you can see it in the photo when choosing a hotel - there is no «cat in a bag». I was especially pleased with the staff, they are very attentive to various situations - the issue with the option of leaving a deposit was very quickly resolved. I was especially pleased with the free upgrade of my number! A separate plus for me is that the bathroom has really hot water (without interruptions), which is very valuable for hotels of this price segment. Special thanks to the receptionist Ali and the manager named Mohamad for their help and upgrade🙏🏻✨

I stayed here recently and had a great experience overall. Ali at the check-in desk was extremely helpful and made the check-in process very smooth. He took the time to explain all the details clearly and was very welcoming. The hotel is well-located in JLT and the stay was comfortable. Would definitely recommend this place and appreciate the excellent service from the staff.
