Service! We traveled as a group of ten and had an absolutely incredible experience at this hotel. First and foremost, I have to praise the exceptional customer service. Early in our stay, we approached the staff with a complaint and a specific request. Instead of dismissing it, they took it very seriously, upgraded us to the best room in the hotel, and truly went above and beyond to provide everything we needed to ensure we were completely satisfied. The atmosphere at the hotel was fantastic. We absolutely loved the evening DJ sets, which really set a great vibe. We also spent an evening at the hotel's Italian restaurant; the food was lovely, and the wonderful restaurant staff gave us such warm, welcoming treatment that made the experience even more special. I also have to mention the food and drinks. The alcohol was premium, and the cocktails were expertly crafted (the Whiskey Sour was absolutely perfect!). Even the food we ordered by the pool during the day was delicious, fresh, and exactly what we wanted. Highly recommended! It was an unforgettable experience with a team that truly cares about their guests.

This is one of the best hotels i have ever stayed at and I travel a lot. The staff is amazing. Especially Elin and one of the drivers (not sure about his name, but he learned some danish word to tell us the next day on the way down). The hotel is beautiful, rooms are perfect with the most amazing view. The hotel is built on a cliff, so the top can be windy. But it's not a problem, since you have a pool at the reception area and the beach as well. You need to be picked up and driven up and down, since the way is very very steep. For us it wasn't an issue, we waited maximum 3 minutes for pick ups. The restaurant are great, even buffet is amazing. The cocktails are a little hit of miss. Sometimes they were amazing, other times they tasted the same and like water. Go for the frozen ones, they were always good. We really had a great week and the hospitality and attention from staff was absolutely outstanding 😍

We would like to sincerely thank the hotel and the entire team for an absolutely wonderful stay. We had nothing but positive experiences and had an incredible time during our honeymoon! A special thank you to Dana for her wonderful communication and for always being so helpful with everything we needed. We would also like to thank the bartender who worked in the evenings and made the most delicious cocktails and shots:) We were quite worried that we might have difficulties booking the restaurants at the hotel because of some of the previous reviews. However, we managed to visit every restaurant, and we didn’t experience any problems at all. The food was delicious, the views were breathtaking, and we enjoyed every minute of it. Even though we stayed during the peak season, everything was absolutely wonderful. A special thank you to the entire staff for creating such a wonderful experience for us and for the thoughtful complimentary touches from the hotel. They truly made us feel special and helped make our honeymoon even more memorable

My partner and I booked this hotel spontaneously last year, and we enjoyed our stay so much that we came back again this year. That alone says a lot! Everyone at the hotel is incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming. We would especially like to thank Marina and Marina from the Greco Levante Bar & Restaurant, who made our stay last year so special, and this year Dana at the reception, as well as the shuttle and buggy drivers, who were always friendly and helpful. We stayed in a Sapphire Suite with a private pool both years, and we absolutely love it. The suite is spacious, spotlessly clean, has a well-stocked minibar, a large terrace, and a beautiful private pool that stays pleasantly cool, perfect for relaxing. The food throughout the hotel is also excellent, with plenty of delicious options. The two infinity pools in the Cool Living area are simply breathtaking and one of our favorite places to spend time. We would definitely come back again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay!
ISO Over It
I am on the penultimate night here of an 11 night stay. The staff are friendly, helpful and courteous. The a accomodation is clean and well maintained, also what you would expect of a 5 star resort. I didn't use all the facilities but did visit all pool areas, bars and restaurants. The food is of the highest standard, traditional Mediterranean fayre. If you are in one of the top most apartments, then the walk is not for the faint hearted... There is a shuttle bus every 40 minutes or so. And always a golf buggy or car going up or down to reception and the main restaurant.. so you don't have to wait long. The views of Spinalonga and the Bay are impressive.. the sunrises sublime. I will come back, I may even be brave enough to hire a car, to travel further a field! As this is a luxury adult only resort. Expect peaceful nights and grown up behaviour. I would highly recommend this to couples of all ages
