Staying at Avista Hideaway was the highlight of my time in Phuket. The hotel truly lives up to its name—it feels like a private sanctuary tucked away from the hustle of Patong. The architecture is breathtaking, and the views over the bays are some of the best I've ever seen. The property is beautiful, but the staff are what make it five-star. In particular, I want to recognize Kik. ​In a luxury resort, you expect good service, but Kik provides exceptional hospitality. Whether it was helping with [mention a specific detail, e.g., navigating the resort’s buggy system / organizing a perfect poolside afternoon], Kik’s attention to detail was incredible. They have a natural ability to make guests feel at home while maintaining a high level of professional grace. ​Why Kik stands out: ​Authentic Warmth: Their hospitality felt genuine, not scripted. ​Local Knowledge: Provided excellent insights that helped me enjoy the resort to the fullest. ​Efficiency: Handled every request promptly and with a great attitude. Between the three incredible swimming pools and the world-class service from team members like Kik, this is easily one of the best stays in the area. If you want peace and quiet without being too far from the action, this is the place. ​Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had a wonderful stay at Avista Hideaway Phuket Patong. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and offers amazing views. The rooms were comfortable, the facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was great, and the service throughout the hotel was outstanding. A special thank you to Kimmy and Arizz for their kindness, warm hospitality, and exceptional service. They truly made our experience memorable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Phuket and looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and really enjoyed our experience. The rooms were very spacious, comfortable, and felt luxurious, which made our stay especially relaxing. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety and very good quality. The location is good, although it is a little far from the center — about a 15-minute drive. However, the hotel offers shuttle services, which makes it very convenient. We actually loved this, because the area is quiet and peaceful, away from the noise. The staff were amazing and extremely helpful. Every request was answered with kindness, willingness, and a big smile. A special thank you to Krot and Alex, who were especially wonderful and made our stay even better. Thank you for such a lovely experience — we would be happy to come back!

This is the best hotel we have ever stayed at. Everything is absolutely stunning. The staff are lovely, welcoming and helpful. We stayed in an ocean view room which was stunning and well-sized with a comfortable bed and all the expected amenities. Breakfast buffet has a wide selection, something for everyone. Room service was fast and delicious. Pools are beautiful and perfect temperature and the pool bar service is top notch. Location was perfect for us - its away from the craziness of Patong Beach so it's nice and quiet but be prepared to spend 300-400 baht each way to get down to Patong/Bangla. Would highly recommend for adult couples.

We had a wonderful experience at Avista Hideaway Patong Resort & Spa Phuket. The resort is beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly located with stunning views and relaxing ambiance. The facilities are well-maintained, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the food was delicious. What truly made our stay exceptional was the outstanding service, especially from Jona. Jona was incredibly warm, attentive, and professional throughout our stay. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of, always greeting us with a smile and genuine hospitality.
