⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We have just returned from a wonderful family holiday at Bahía de Alcudia Hotel & Spa, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff made us feel genuinely welcome. They were always friendly, professional, and happy to help with any questions or requests, making our stay completely stress-free. A special thank you also goes to the housekeeping team. The cleanliness of the hotel was truly outstanding. Our room was spotless every single day, and the attention to detail was exceptional. It’s clear that the staff take great pride in their work. The bar and restaurant teams also deserve recognition for their excellent service. Everyone was polite, hardworking, and always greeted guests with a smile. The food was one of the highlights of our stay—there was a fantastic variety every day, everything was fresh, delicious, and there was always plenty to choose from. Every member of our family found something they enjoyed at every meal. The hotel itself is beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly maintained. Its location is excellent—just a short walk from the stunning beach, making it ideal for families and anyone looking for a relaxing holiday. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. Your professionalism, kindness, and dedication did not go unnoticed. We would happily recommend Bahía de Alcudia Hotel & Spa to anyone visiting Mallorca, and we look forward to returning in the future.

Fantastic 1 week at Bahia de Alcudia Hotel and Spa 30/06/2026-07/07/2026 Thank you to everyone at Bahia de Alcudia and Spa in Puerto de Alcudia my first visit to Puerto De Alcudia .From the moment we arrived everything became 5 stars. Reception, restaurant ,bar staff could not be better and more helpful and special comment to our room cleaner on 6th floor ( rooms 601 and 602) who was so helpful and happy the best room cleaner we have ever had and she really made us laugh and went the extra distance to make sure everything was OK and really hope she sees my review especially her towel designs!. Well done to her. We booked 2 singles on half board basis was good value for money. We arrived about 8.15pm very tired but bar service and restaurant was still open until 9.30 and immediately felt welcome. Single rooms were small but perfectly functional with fridge,air conditioning, good balcony, big bathroom, excellent shower, good views with no noise instruction. Payment is by cash, card or room bill whichever your preference Buffet food was excellent fantastic choice ,change of menu and show cooking every night and ample seating area either inside or outside. Table clearing and waiter service was first class. We elected to take up the hotel's good offer of switching evening dinner to lunchtime so two occasions we had light lunch in the hotel and eat out in town. Puerto de Alcudia has a fantastic range of quality local restaurants so we enjoyed eating out in evening and sampling the local culture and vibe of Puerto de Alcudia. I would thoroughly recommend anybody else to do the same. The swimming pool was very good and well maintained with a pool bar, the immediate area around the pool is limited, but plenty of sunbeds, loungers and chairs in the garden just 3 steps from the pool and even coming down about 11.00am had no problems finding a seat . A very good gesture we had a early departure at 6.30am but even at this time a continental breakfast with snack and drinks was available for those who had early departures . No complaints at all, excellent hotel, excellent location, excellent service and Puerto de Alcudia is an excellent resort .I would definitely come back. Thanks again for a fantastic 1 week holiday.

An Honest Review of the Hotel We stayed here for four nights on an all-inclusive basis. Unfortunately, for us, the negatives outweighed the positives. Cons: Food: The food selection was very limited and, unfortunately, quite bland. Considering the price we paid, I've stayed in much better all-inclusive hotels. Breakfast was by far the best meal of the day, but lunch and dinner lacked variety. Had we stayed for a week or longer, I think we would have been very disappointed. Sunbeds: This hotel has around 800 rooms, but the main pool area is far too small for the number of guests. The pool gate opens at 8:00am, and people queue beforehand to get in. By 8:05am, every sunbed around the pool is taken. This really needs to be managed better by the hotel. There are additional sunbeds elsewhere on the grounds, but they're away from the pool and still nowhere near enough for the hotel's capacity. We also noticed towels already on some sunbeds before the gate had even opened, which was very frustrating. All-Inclusive: In reality, the all-inclusive package isn't truly all-inclusive. If you want branded spirits, pizza, crisps, or other snacks, you have to pay extra. There is a snack bar available during the day, but it mainly offers dry cakes and a small selection of fruit. The drinks menu is also quite limited, with only a few cocktails and house spirits included. Check-out Day: One thing that really disappointed me was that the all-inclusive package ends the moment you check out at 12:00pm. Your wristband is cut off at reception, and after that, everything must be paid for, apart from one lunch voucher they provide. Our flight wasn't until 11:30pm, yet we'd arrived at 1:00am on our first day and had still paid for that night's stay. We tried to get water from the machine in the bar an hour before our flight and were approached by staff that told us we were not allowed to use it, after paying for an all inclusive holiday, I find that absolutely shocking. We travel a lot and can honestly say we have never experienced this at any other all-inclusive hotel. Pros: • Good location. • Clean and well-maintained rooms. Overall: Personally, I would shop around before booking. For the price we paid, I don't feel this hotel offers good value for money. If you're happy getting up early to queue for a sunbed, I'd recommend booking bed and breakfast rather than all-inclusive, as I don't think the all-inclusive package justifies the extra cost. We are also genuinely surprised by the hotel's 4.6 rating on TripAdvisor. Based on our experience, I don't feel it reflects what we encountered during our stay. Everyone's expectations are different, but I personally found the rating misleading. I'm not particularly fussy about where I stay, but I would genuinely encourage anyone considering this hotel to take the points in this review into account before booking.

Having stayed at versions locations in the area over the last few years I would say this is the best so far for what we needed. The best cycling facilities with a huge safe storage area and a very useful workshop with all the tools you would need. There is also a wash facility to the rear which was very useful. We stayed for 28 nights. The food was of a good quality, what we would expect and similar to other 4 start hotels, the pool although cold was very clean. The spa is small and but they do charge for the first visit as you have to but their flip flops and hat although we didn’t use them in the spa and no one actually enforces this. The location is central but quiet at night and during our stay from early April to early May there were very few children at the hotel, it’s not what I would call a family hotel but a good adult location. Would definitely go again.

This was the second time I visited this hotel... the first alone for 3 nights and this most recent trip with my extended family of 14, for 10 nights. I can't rate it higher - from booking to checking out. I placed the booking directly with the hotel, via email, as it was a very complicated enquiry/booking, with us all arriving for different amounts of time and on different days. Caty was so so patient and helpful and super efficient. The communication was brilliant. Without her we would not have booked this trip, so the hotel definitely gained a large booking all down to her hard work. We weren't easy guests, with an elderly slightly tricky mum, so on arrival and over the next 24 hours I received lots of help from the amazing reception staff. Once again I can't thanks Juana, Claudia and Toni (man) enough, for helping me along the way. They were all friendly and patient and sorted everything I needed help with. The hotel itself is gorgeous. Such nice surroundings with ample seating areas for all sorts of needs. This is what drew me back to the hotel initially. The rooms, very clean and not in the least shabby or run down. The bar staff were in general friendly and hard working. Service could be a little slow for table service, but if I went to the bar myself it was quick. The pool was lovely, and although there weren't always beds available (common in all hotels) I found that I was happy to lay elsewhere on the grounds as I like to just go for an occasional dip, and this was also more relaxing without the noise from the fun in the pool. The restaurant - the man guy seemed great and friendly, although I didn't have much to do with him. We had a bit of a run in with one lady on the door. She just doesn't seem to be in the right job for her personality and was all a little straight with no friendliness. The food itself was varied enough and tasty, for all inclusive. I did however find the choices throughout the day, snack times etc, a little poor and limited, but this wasn't a huge issue. Less than 5 minutes from the gorgeous huge beach. Thank you to everyone once again, we had an amazing time making memories with my mum and her grandchildren, a time we will remember forever. I will be back!
