We had a great welcome, with very attentive staff! Our room was spacious and had a wonderful shower! On our floor there was access to a large balcony overlooking the beach 😍 and have play area for kids aswell. We also enjoyed the heated indoor pool, gym and sauna! The bar in the reception area is also very nice with sofas, TVs and facing the outdoor pool... Everything in the restaurant was very good, our stay included breakfast and dinner, always with many varieties!!! Everything was perfect! We will definitely be back!

Absolutely stunning!! We both had the most amazing time!! All the staff were amazing the reception team were so helpful and mega friendly went out of their way and couldn’t do enough! There was a couple of lady’s one was Lucy and can’t remember the others but we’re all incredible. It was my partners 60th birthday and our 14 year anniversary. She managed to put a bottle of champagne in our room with a lovely note when I asked at arrival! The room was modern and clean, It did take a little while trying to work out how to get to there only took 2 lifts, But was worth it the room and view was incredible and peaceful! and didn’t take long to figure it out! It’s the perfect break I needed so peaceful! The rooftop bar was insane!! It completely made the stay watching the sunset go down every night! It’s the most prettiest sunset I’ve ever seen in my life! I would stay here over and over again probably one of my best holidays! A hidden gem! The staff and people I spoke to inside and outside were fantastic! I will definitely be back again! I’d go back tomorrow if I could! Just what I needed 👌 Only have 1 or 2 negatives, Just needs a couple of updates and this should definitely be a 5* hotel! ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS 😍 Thank you so much for a great stay we will be back! 😍😍😍

Think twice before booking if you are pregnant, travelling with young children, have reduced mobility, or simply want a quiet room. When we arrived, we were assigned a room that took five to ten minutes to reach from the entrance, depending on the wait for the hotel’s two elevators. The route involved several levels. I explained that my wife was pregnant and would struggle with this several times a day. The receptionist’s response was: “But the room is really beautiful.” That completely missed the point. The room was renovated and looked nice, but it was not suitable for our needs. Staff should listen when guests raise mobility concerns instead of trying to push an inconvenient room as an upgrade. The room was also next to the old elevator, and the sound insulation was extremely poor (walls and doors). Despite the hotel bragging about soundproofed rooms, we could clearly hear conversations, coughing, doors slamming, people in the corridor, and even neighbours blowing their noses. I could practically learn German from the room next door. The restaurant’s water policy was another major issue. Only paid bottled water was available, even though Article 18.3 of Spanish Law 7/2022 requires hospitality establishments to offer free, non-packaged drinking water. Guests should at least be able to request tap water, use a drinking-water dispenser, or bring their own bottle. The renovated room was visually good, but that didn't compensate for the poor room assignment, lack of listening at reception, constant noise, and terrible water policy. Guests with pregnancy related, mobility, or medical needs should confirm the exact room location before booking. Based on our experience, you shouldn't assume the hotel will handle these needs appropriately after arrival.

The hotel itself is nice, but unfortunately the management completely ruined our overall experience. Five minutes after we checked out and paid everything due at reception, EUR 162.87 was charged to my credit card without any prior notice. Since then, I have received different and contradictory explanations instead of a fair investigation and resolution. The children's play area was dirty, with broken toys, and did not match the photos advertised. We also borrowed an iron from the hotel, which released limescale and permanently damaged one of our clothes. It's a real shame, because we enjoyed our stay, but the way management handled this situation completely overshadowed our holiday. I cannot recommend a hotel that treats its guests this way.

I feel a bit conflicted when rating this hotel. The staff were very kind and helpful, everything was clean, the food was good, and the surroundings were pleasant. Unfortunately, the dining room atmosphere was a major downside for me. The buffet area was very crowded, guests were cutting in line and there were even arguments at times. Seating space was also quite limited — tables and chairs were placed very close together, making it difficult even for staff to move around. As a result, every breakfast and dinner felt more stressful than enjoyable, which is a pity because otherwise we had a nice holiday. Nevertheless, thank you for a pleasant stay and for the staff’s dedicated approach.
