What a wonderful place!! There is really nothing we can think of to complain about. This resort is beautiful and the staff is exceptionally attentive and helpful. We particularly enjoyed Jayda and Toey who helped make us feel comfortable and happy during our stay. There is a national park within walking distance of the resort that offers challenging hikes with spectacular views. Some onsite restaurant reservations were hard to get so it is best to do it ahead of time or as soon as possible. The Naga dining room is always available without a reservation and is very nice. Our room had its own pool and outside queen size lounge bed with umbrella. We could watch the beautiful sunsets from there or from the nice beach area below. We would return here without hesitation if back in Thailand.

I want to first say the entire team has been amazing. From Summer checking us in, bringing us to lunch and checking up with us almost daily. Ploy, Got, Gigi, and Jeannie answering all of our WhatApp questions and our frequent visits to The Naga Kitchen just wanted to write an amazing review. We have breakfast there every morning of our stay and lunch a few times. The food was delicious, spread was amazing but most importantly the team was truly out of this world. Ying, Mint, and Priew were amazing team members who made our meals most enjoyable. When my husband was running late for breakfast one day, Ying, was able to wrap the meal, keep it warm, and then brought it to my husband even when breakfast service was complete and the restaurant was turning over for lunch. Chef Gift made the best eggs and breakfast item of the day. So delicious. The entire team, Yingz Mint, Priew and Chef Gift were truly amazing in every way. I cannot thank them enough for great service and atmosphere. Although food is important at a restaurant, the team is equally important, if not more important, to make someone want to return and they truly brought that experience. The hotel was out of this world. Truly beautiful and amazing property. The team from housekeeping to security to the pool bar, sports activities were seamless. This resort truly is a paradise and had an amazing experience at every corner.

As an external guest who has visited this property several times with both friends and my partner, I wanted to take the moment to share my experiences and highlight the outstanding team members in each department The front office staff are always incredibly attentive whenever I visit. They are constantly willing to help, escort us around, and take lovely photos for me. A huge thank you to Phoom, Tarn, Summer, and Guy as well as the other team members whose names I didn't manage to mention! Naga: The food is average for a luxury hotel which is quite good and the restaurant has a lovely, welcoming ambiance. We were particularly impressed with the service, with a special thanks to Saina for taking such great care of us. Bird's Nest: This is a stunning location with a breathtaking view. While it can get a bit too warm for afternoon tea, we really appreciated that fans were provided in the nest, making the heat perfectly manageable. A special thank you to M for being so attentive and providing top-tier service. Saffron: We had a truly lovely and unforgettable night here, from start to finish. The food is absolutely delicious and perfectly balanced for both Thai locals and foreign guests. I highly recommend the fried squid with garlic served with squid ink, it is a 10/10 dish. A huge shoutout to Rio and Ann for their exceptional service. Bar: I can confidently say the cocktails here are the best. The mixologists can craft custom drinks tailored exactly to your taste. The staff are incredibly friendly and fun, especially Ton, Dao, and Khem who made our time there so enjoyable. Spa: I was impressed from the moment I walked into reception, thanks to the warm welcome from Bambi and Subhass. Having experienced many Banyan Tree spas around the Asia, I can say this is easily one of the best. The massage experience was completely calming and relaxing, and my therapist Lita knew exactly what techniques we needed. Rainforest: This is a signature experience that is an absolute must try. The interior design and lighting are beautiful. Laila gave us clear, helpful instructions before giving us total privacy for our session. My absolute favorite part was the large, warm plunge pool with all its different hydrotherapy functions, it was incredibly fun. If I have the chance, I will definitely return. Thank you so much to the entire Banyan Tree team for all your hard work and dedication. I truly appreciate it!

One of the most amazing hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Breathtaking views, and stunningly beautiful rooms designed with attention to the smallest details. Pure pampering. The food in the restaurants was 'wow,' and the pools were excellent. The toddler pool is exactly what’s needed, and the kids' club is small and charming. ​But above all, the service is the most incredible I’ve ever encountered. Before you even sit down by the pool, someone is there to set up your towel and immediately bring you water, ice, and refreshing cold towels. The buggy service is incredibly efficient; we never waited more than two minutes—most of the time, they were already waiting for us. ​All communication with the hotel is via WhatsApp, making everything so easy and simple, just like talking to a friend. there aren't enough words to describe it!

Banyan tree krabi will be a place that I will miss and be back to someday. I have been to multiple resorts and luxury hotels, but banyan tree krabi stands out truly in terms of hospitality. The views from this resort are mesmerizing and what really made me happy was that i didn't face any hassle at all from check-in upto the checkout. As soon as I entered the property I was mesmerized by the lobby area setup and the warm welcome. I checked into the partial ocean view room and the overall stay was flawless and the hospitality service was remarkable. I still remember the names of the people who truly understood what hospitality is all about. We had wonderful interactions with Phoon, summer and prae who were fantastic at what they did. These guys did make my stay wonderful and i would definitely visit again hoping to get the same experience.
