We stayed at Banyan Tree Krabi for two nights in a Beachfront Room, and it was an unforgettable experience. Although the resort is located at the far end of Tubkaek Beach, getting there was easy and the slightly longer drive was absolutely worth it. Once we arrived, we barely wanted to leave the resort because everything we needed was already there. The beachfront room was beautiful, spotless, and offered breathtaking views. The entire resort is peaceful, relaxing, and surrounded by nature, with plenty of stunning photo spots. There are also many activities available, making it perfect for both families and couples. The staff were incredibly friendly, always smiling, and genuinely eager to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We had dinner at Saffron, and the Thai food was excellent. The restaurant has a wonderful atmosphere, making it a great place for a special meal. The fitness center is not very large and doesn't have a huge variety of equipment, but it is clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully provides drinking water and fresh fruit. Overall, Banyan Tree Krabi exceeded our expectations. It is a luxurious, peaceful retreat with outstanding service, and we would definitely love to come back.

The hotel is stunning, the surroundings are breathtaking, and every little detail is taken care of to the highest standard. Everything exceeded our expectations. I had wonderful experience at this amazing hotel resort! I always loved Banyantree hotels all over the world, this is the first time I came to Bayantree Krabi , I had my amazing wedding here, the hotel is excellent by all ways , the food is really good . Best breakfast buffet ever ! But what made more special is the people , the staff, the service team. They’re above and beyond my expectation. The wedding team leader Khun Apple helped me to organizes my wedding while I was in Australia. Quick responding and very attentive. Did everything as I wished in detail, I couldn’t plan my wedding more perfectly without her and her team support. We came with a group of family and friends , we used eight rooms and stayed for six days, everyone of them loved this hotel and amazed by the service and food. Will definitely come back for our anniversary. Thank you again Banyan tree Krabi for made my dream wedding become true ! 😍

Beyond the fact that Banyan Tree Krabi is absolutely breathtaking, exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and truly on another level, what impressed us most was the outstanding service and genuine care we received. The hotel also has an amazing app that allows guests to communicate directly with the team. They are available at all times, respond incredibly quickly, and make every request feel easy and effortless. When my husband became unwell during our stay, the team went far beyond anything we could have expected. They checked in on us constantly, showed genuine concern, and did everything possible to support our family and make an extremely difficult situation a little easier. Their kindness was felt in every detail—from sending us a lovely cake to opening the Kids’ Club especially for us so we could take toys to the room and keep our children occupied. This was not simply excellent hotel service—it was genuine care, compassion, and hospitality at a time when we truly needed it. Every person we encountered made us feel supported, cared for, and never alone. We are incredibly grateful to the entire team for going above and beyond for our family. Banyan Tree Krabi is an extraordinary hotel, but it is the people behind it who make it truly unforgettable. We will always remember their kindness and everything they did for us.

The level of service was truly beyond five stars. Every detail was handled with care, professionalism, and genuine warmth. We felt valued from the moment we arrived until the day we left.
