We had a chance to stay in Banyan Tree Krabi only one night, but it was such a wonderful and memorable experience. All staffs and their services are exceptional. We had breakfast and lunch at the Naga kitchen, food and service were excellent and beyond our expectations. Especially all staff from the security gate, front desks, bellman, spa, Pilates instructor, pool, and restaurant are very polite and helpful. All essential amenities were provided in your room. We will definitely come back and stay longer. Thank you for your great hospitality.

Our stay at Banyan Tree Krabi was truly exceptional and one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. From the moment we arrived, everything felt luxurious, peaceful, and perfectly curated. The villa and overall stay were absolutely amazing — beautifully designed, extremely comfortable, and surrounded by breathtaking views. Waking up to the stunning beach and sea view every day was unforgettable. The atmosphere of the resort is so calm and relaxing, making it a perfect getaway. What made the experience even more special was the hospitality. Every single staff member was incredibly warm, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. The service was outstanding in every aspect, and the team genuinely made us feel welcomed and cared for. The restaurants were also fantastic, with delicious food, great ambience, and an overall wonderful dining experience. We also experienced the full body massage at the spa, and it was absolutely amazing — one of the most relaxing and rejuvenating spa experiences we’ve had. Every detail at the resort reflects luxury and excellence. This is honestly one of the best hotels I have stayed at in my entire life, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Krabi. Thank you to the entire Banyan Tree Krabi team for making our trip so memorable.

Enjoyed our 2 nights stay there on June 23 to 25, 2026. Very well taken care by Khun Jayda, she is so helpful and arranged all our needs well. All other staff are very friendly and cheerful, always checking if our stay is good and if there are any activities we like to try. My wife enjoyed the spa too. Love the breakfast, very good value.

I want to first say the entire team has been amazing. From Summer checking us in, bringing us to lunch and checking up with us almost daily. Ploy, Got, Gigi, and Jeannie answering all of our WhatApp questions and our frequent visits to The Naga Kitchen just wanted to write an amazing review. We have breakfast there every morning of our stay and lunch a few times. The food was delicious, spread was amazing but most importantly the team was truly out of this world. Ying, Mint, and Priew were amazing team members who made our meals most enjoyable. When my husband was running late for breakfast one day, Ying, was able to wrap the meal, keep it warm, and then brought it to my husband even when breakfast service was complete and the restaurant was turning over for lunch. Chef Gift made the best eggs and breakfast item of the day. So delicious. The entire team, Yingz Mint, Priew and Chef Gift were truly amazing in every way. I cannot thank them enough for great service and atmosphere. Although food is important at a restaurant, the team is equally important, if not more important, to make someone want to return and they truly brought that experience. The hotel was out of this world. Truly beautiful and amazing property. The team from housekeeping to security to the pool bar, sports activities were seamless. This resort truly is a paradise and had an amazing experience at every corner.

Stayed at Banyan Tree Krabi for 3 nights. The service is impeccable and I have to give special thanks to Mr Wee Rak-O for his hospitality throughout my stay here. Although there is a little hiccup during check in but it's understandable. Saffron is as good as usual although the menu is different from Phuket's. The staff are polite and always eager to attend to you. Be it front desk, room service or buggy services. It's top notch services and make you want to return in near future. As for amenities, my kids loved the kids pool and the beach. Scenery is really heavenly with lots of staff pointing to you where to take photos or offering you drinks. Definitely will return again if time permits in near future.
