Great memorable stay at Holiday Inn. First time to Krabi, and was glad i had chosen this hotel. The staff, room, facilities, location were all perfect for my family and I. Very nice and lush green nature which i appreciate alot. Furthermore the hotel is kept clean, kudos to the team maintaining it. Breakfast was a nice selection too. Will return again someday Do note that hotel is located on elevated ground, so some steps climbing is to be expected. You do get a nice view in return. Alternatively they do have buggies to fetch you up. Rainy days can be a hassle as walkways are not fully sheltered, so prepare an umbrella. And be careful of slippery floors.

Overall is a good hotel due to it's location. However they need to improve the pool area ( pool is very small for all the hotel guests) - a lot of accidents due to slippery tiles, which i heard they were reported before but nothing has been done yet- , so if you're coming with kids, make sure they wear the pool/swim shoes. The Family Room was nice but a bit small. Is a hustle a bit to reach the buffet and reception, but nothing to be done as it's the design of the hotel. Buffet can be improve, is basic, not many options but whatever we had was ok. Overall is good for the location but I won't be booking this hotel in the future. Staff are polite.

We had a very pleasant stay at Holiday Inn Resort Krabi. Before I review the hotel, one important tip for future travelers: Holiday Inn has three properties in the Krabi area. We were dropped at the wrong Holiday Inn first and had to travel about another kilometer to reach the correct one. Before you let your taxi leave, confirm with the reception that you’re at the right Holiday Inn. It will save you time and the hassle of finding another ride. The hotel itself has spacious rooms, friendly staff, and excellent service. The children’s pool is fantastic and is a great attraction for families. The location is another big advantage—it’s just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by plenty of restaurants, massage shops, convenience stores, and other amenities. The only downside is the layout of the resort. The property is spread across four blocks, so there is quite a bit of walking to reach the lobby or breakfast area. Although the hotel provides buggy service, there are still many steps throughout the property, including on some of the individual floors leading to the rooms. Because of this, I would not recommend the resort for elderly guests or anyone with mobility or walking difficulties. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay. It’s a great choice for families and travelers looking for a convenient location with good facilities, but it’s worth considering the accessibility if you have mobility concerns.

Great stay at Holiday Inn Resort Krabi Ao Nang Beach. Our suite was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing. Special thanks to Jennie — she was outstanding. Friendly, attentive, and made our stay much better with her excellent service. The location is ideal — right in Ao Nang with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and island tours. Even without kids, we really enjoyed the lively pool area. The Kids Water Park and activities created a fun, energetic atmosphere that we loved. Highly recommend this resort for a comfortable and convenient Krabi stay.

We had an excellent stay at Holiday Inn Resort Krabi Ao Nang Beach as a family with four children. The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from Ao Nang Beach, with plenty of shops, cafés, and a great selection of halal restaurants nearby. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were always friendly, welcoming, and eager to help throughout our stay. The facilities were perfect for families. Our children especially loved the swimming pool with its waterslide, and the kids' club kept them entertained with fun activities. It was a great place to relax after exploring Krabi, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and family-friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this resort to families looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable base in Krabi.
