We stayed at Phulay Bay for our honeymoon, and it was truly an amazing experience—easily the best hotel stay we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, we felt the warm, uplifting energy of both the staff and the property. Angela, our butler, went above and beyond in every way to make our honeymoon unforgettable. Our resort villa was incredibly spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably maintained. The pool and spa amenities were outstanding, and the onsite restaurants, Lae Lay and Sri Trang, were exceptional dining experiences every single night. We also loved the complimentary Hong Island excursion, which gave us a few hours to swim and hike up to the view point, which was a wonderful bonus Phulay Bay exceeded every expectation, and we can’t wait to return very soon. An absolutely perfect stay.

Every meal was thoughtfully prepared, and the staff ensured he could dine safely and confidently throughout the stay. 2. Seamless Service & Coordination The staff are exceptionally well-trained—warm, attentive, and proactive. They coordinated our activities across the resort flawlessly, allowing us to move between experiences and facilities with complete ease. 3. Engaging Activities for All Ages The resort offers a variety of thoughtfully designed activities for both adults and children. Many of them are creative, charming, and memorable, making the stay enjoyable for every member of the family. 4. An unforgettable stay at Phulay Bay, Ritz-Carlton Reserve. From start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect. The location is simply exceptional — peaceful, breathtaking, and surrounded by nature, with beautiful plants everywhere and gardeners constantly caring for the property. Everything is impeccably maintained and in perfect condition. A very special mention to Anna, who took extraordinary care of us. She went far beyond anything we could have expected. Even after we had checked out and were already staying in a different city, she continued to help us during a health emergency, including booking a hospital appointment for us. Throughout our stay, she was always there to greet us when we returned from our day trips and replied within minutes to our WhatsApp messages. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care were remarkable. The level of service here sets the bar incredibly high. It will be hard to ever find another place that matches this experience. Phulay Bay is truly something special.
