Wonderfull resort with extremely kind staff who go out of their way to make you feel happy and comfortable. Because of noisy neighbours we were moved to another room. In a very professional way by Guest Relations host Thalia. This made our stay. Service is 5-star. Location 4 stars due to the road in between the resort and the beach (traffic noise by large contruction trucks driving by several times a day). The grounds are beautiful, the feeling is relaxing and peaceful. Room is 4 stars as beds are a bit too hard, doors 'slam' when closing and maintanance of shower could be better, but the room has everything you need including in room iron and ironing board. Laundry service is excellent and fast. Special thanks to the Poda pool bar and Explorer lobby bar team: Sky, Tas, Sam, Boy, Palmy, Mean, Focus, Na, Rak, Jieab, Pom, King Koong and the foreign trainees. We would love to come back. The hospitality level at this resort is outstanding.

We had an amazing stay! The team went above and beyond to make 2 birthday celebrations feel truly special, adding thoughtful touches that made the day unforgettable. The service throughout the hotel was warm, attentive, and genuine. A special shoutout to the excursion team at the desk and our guide John, Lennon/Lenny and Captain Nik — who made our boat day trip so much fun, smooth, and memorable. Their enthusiasm and care added so much to our experience. Thank you so much!

We loved returning to this hotel after our first stay 2 years ago. This time we brought friends who were also extremely impressed. The surroundings are beautiful, the breakfasts are great and the staff are even better. Special mention must go to Focus, in theExplorer Bar, Pepsi and Luke in the Club Lounge and a very, very special mention to Alan & Casey, the duo in the Explorer Bar. They are fabulous entertainment and such nice people. We loved ending our days there, listening to them perform. Again, we have loved both of our experiences here and are planning on returning.

Lovely stay at the Sofitel Krabi. Many of the staff are amazing, Notably Luke the new Intern from Newcastle doing a great jol for a newbie. Pee another trainee giving great service at Breakfast and the pool diner. Sky for his amazing cocktails and always has the team laughing. Sem for being a great host at the pool bar and Bright who welcomed us on arrival after a long flight. Our favourite waitress Palmy was amazing at both breakfast and at the pool diner, always smiling and happy to help. She is a credit to your organisation. Finally to Focus helped us so much on the first night with ideas and suggestions for the week ahead. Some good choices in the resort with the lunchtime diner offering the best options. Was hoping for a little more local dishes in the Thai but the Italian did a mean pizza and Porchetta. Rooms were spacious very clean and great service from our brilliant housekeeper Lim who left us a lovely note and flowers each night. I would recommend getting a room with Club Milesime usage as it's a great team in there and happy hour is a nice relief after a hot day round the pool! It's in a quiet spot with a few local residents in walking distance and I would certainly recommend the Grab app as the likes of Ao Nang is only 20 mins away if you fancy something a bit livelier with the night market and music bars like the Full Moon Bar The GM seemed to be everywhere keeping everyone happy and a credit to his organisation and has built was appears to be a happy, efficient and customer focussed team.

The staff and food are what make this hotel so special. White Lotus is an amazing restaurant and the Italian and the breakfast buffet are also better than many other 5 Star hotels. The flexible half board allowing you to use it either for lunch or dinner is great and there are some lovely beach cafe's within 10 mins walk. Special shout out to Lita, Tas and Focus as well as all the activity staff. Fab golf course too! Lots of island trips can easily be arranged.
