We spent a few days at the resort and, overall, had a wonderful experience. The food was undoubtedly the highlight of our stay. Our children especially enjoyed the pool, the wide range of activities, and we also loved the three-island tour. We greatly appreciated the outstanding service throughout our stay. A special thank you to the entire pool staff for their kindness and helpfulness, to Sao and her team for their professionalism and attention to detail, to the bartender for his excellent recommendations, and to the housekeeping team for maintaining our room to such a high standard. Our first impression, however, was a little disappointing. We may simply have arrived at an unfortunate time, but despite it being the low season, our arrival seemed to go unnoticed. The check-in process took quite a while, and it took about half an hour for our luggage to be delivered to our room. Although we called reception and someone answered, nothing happened, so we eventually had to go to the front desk ourselves before our luggage was finally brought to us. One small suggestion would be to offer freshly squeezed fruit juices. While frappés were available, it was not possible to order a fresh fruit juice without ice cream. With Thailand's amazing selection of tropical fruits, this would be a wonderful addition to the menu. Despite the less-than-ideal arrival experience, we left with many wonderful memories and would happily recommend the resort.

Honestly, one of the best experiences we’ve ever had! ❤️ this place was absolutely beautiful, luxurious, and worth every bit of it. We stayed in the Grand Lagoon room with pool access, and it was gorgeous! The food was amazing, the chef did a fantastic job, and the service was just exceptional. A special thank you to Sao, Lita, May, Kim, and the General Manager for making our stay so memorable. Everyone was incredibly warm, kind, and welcoming. The entire team really went above and beyond to make us feel special. We loved every minute of our stay and would happily come back again! ❤️

Got nothing to complain!!! Everything was perfect, we were there for only one night but very fulfilling. The room is incredibly lovely, truly luxury, amenities, materials, designs just simply make me say OMG way too many times. Food was tasty, variety of pastry at breakfast is just blow pff my mind, bravo for bakery team! Pool bar team super friendly especially Khun Sky. The reservation team make me can’t wait for my stay including Khun Gam Khun Fon, and Khun Yuka were very helpful and make me feel welcome since the first call. There was a little card with my latest picture printed waiting for me. How cute you guys are!! Big thank to front desk team, Khun Sea, Khun Gabbie did check in and out with always smile on her face, Tom brought us to the room, love the way he proudly present every small details of the room. Khun Mart Khun Mhee Khun Kob bellman team always make me feel welcome. Can not remember everyone names by the pool and breakfast! They all very attentive and care. Including a girl who takes care of us during dinner at Venezia, she was extremely nice and one from Explorer Bar as well, took us escape the rain to the dinner! Such a wonderful stay we had, can’t wait to be back. Miss you all already :) xx

We had a very pleasant one-week stay at Sofitel Krabi and overall were extremely satisfied with our experience. The pool is absolutely fantastic and was one of the highlights of our stay. While the rooms are starting to show their age, this was only a minor issue as the hotel is currently undergoing renovations, which is great to see. We especially appreciated the variety of complimentary activities organized by the hotel. They were enjoyable, well run, and added real value to our stay. Our only suggestion would be to promote these activities more prominently, as many guests might otherwise miss out on them. A special mention goes to the hotel bar team, who consistently provided excellent service in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The Indian food in the restaurant is great. It’s easy to find a grab to go to town. We would also like to thank Tom at the reception. He handled our requests and solved the issues we encountered with remarkable efficiency and professionalism, making a real difference to our experience. Thank you to the entire team for a wonderful stay. We would be happy to return and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Krabi.

I had a very pleasant stay at Sofitel Krabi. The hotel is beautiful, elegant, peaceful, and has a very relaxing atmosphere. The staff were excellent throughout my stay — very friendly, professional, welcoming, and always willing to help. My only disappointment was the food, particularly the breakfast. The breakfast selection was quite limited, and unfortunately, the quality and taste did not meet the standard I expected from a hotel of this level. I also ordered an Australian burger for dinner, but unfortunately, it was not very good and the taste was quite different from what I would normally expect from an Australian-style burger. Apart from the food, everything else was excellent. The hotel is quiet, sophisticated, and a great place to relax. I truly appreciated the service and the attitude of the staff, and I hope the hotel can improve the food quality and variety in the future.
