We spent a few days at the resort and, overall, had a wonderful experience. The food was undoubtedly the highlight of our stay. Our children especially enjoyed the pool, the wide range of activities, and we also loved the three-island tour. We greatly appreciated the outstanding service throughout our stay. A special thank you to the entire pool staff for their kindness and helpfulness, to Sao and her team for their professionalism and attention to detail, to the bartender for his excellent recommendations, and to the housekeeping team for maintaining our room to such a high standard. Our first impression, however, was a little disappointing. We may simply have arrived at an unfortunate time, but despite it being the low season, our arrival seemed to go unnoticed. The check-in process took quite a while, and it took about half an hour for our luggage to be delivered to our room. Although we called reception and someone answered, nothing happened, so we eventually had to go to the front desk ourselves before our luggage was finally brought to us. One small suggestion would be to offer freshly squeezed fruit juices. While frappés were available, it was not possible to order a fresh fruit juice without ice cream. With Thailand's amazing selection of tropical fruits, this would be a wonderful addition to the menu. Despite the less-than-ideal arrival experience, we left with many wonderful memories and would happily recommend the resort.

If you are staying at the Sofitel Krabi, do yourself a favor and spend an evening at the Explorer bar! The atmosphere is wonderful, and one of the highlights is the exceptional live music in the evenings! A special mention goes to Focus, who is an absolute ray of sunshine. She is incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive, bringing so much warmth and joy to the bar. Beyond her wonderful personality, she is also highly professional, always attentive to guests’ needs and delivering outstanding service with genuine care and efficiency! We would also like to recognize Tas, an outstanding bartender. If you are unsure what to order, don’t hesitate to ask for his recommendation. That’s exactly what we did, we trusted him completely, and every cocktail he prepared was excellent! Together, Focus and Taz make this bar a place you will want to return to again and again. Highly recommended for anyone staying at the Sofitel Krabi. Don’t miss it! 🍸🎶✨

Absolutely incredible family vacation! The family room is great if you have small kids, especially the bunk beds and tent inside the room is super fun. Food, thai indian and Italian are all superb! Special mention to Kathy at the lounge. Took incredible care of us! Our check in by Moddang & checkout done by Apple were super smooth and easy. Housekeeping staff did a beautiful turn down service for the evening as well. Yu & Boom at the recreational areas played table tennis with us and pool. Fun! Extra special mention for Nanur at the kids centre where my niece could enjoy and do her colouring for hours. ❤️ We will be back VERY SOON!

Just left after four days, three nights and very impressed. As you would expect in Thailand the staff are absolutely amazing and all go out of their way to help and provide outstanding service. Special mention to the staff in the Maya restaurant at breakfast time, excellent 👏 Gym is well equipped. WiFi no issues (doesn’t like VPN’s though). Pool area, clean and spacious. Rooms are large, clean and serviced well. A coffee machine would make things even better. Highly recommended, would 100% return.

We recently stayed at the Sofitel Krabi Phokeethra Golf & Spa Resort and had a wonderful experience overall. The rooms were absolutely 5-star – spacious, beautifully maintained, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. The resort itself is stunning, with excellent facilities and a relaxing atmosphere throughout. The service deserves a full 5 stars. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, and the level of hospitality really made our stay special. The only reason I marked the location slightly lower is that the resort is some distance from the lively centre of Ao Nang. For shopping, restaurants, nightlife, and entertainment, we found ourselves regularly using Grab taxis, which was a little inconvenient. That said, the quieter location will be a major advantage for guests seeking a peaceful and relaxing escape. Overall, this is a beautiful luxury resort with exceptional rooms and outstanding service. If you’re looking for a tranquil retreat in Krabi, I would highly recommend the Sofitel Krabi Phokeethra Golf & Spa Resort.
