We've had a wonderful 5 night stay. The resort is comfortable and so peaceful. The staff are hard-working & friendly. The beach is clean and the water is clear. Swimming at hightide was excellent. Great location with restaurants, massages, laundry & 7-11 close by. The resort felt like a nature oasis and the biodiversity was such a delight. We'll always remember the resort fondly.

Where to start, we can't praise this Hotel enough. Everything was beyond perfect, fantastic room & bathroom. The gardens were immaculate, dining areas very nice with excellent choice of food. The staff were all great, so helpfull and pleasant. Very comfy sunloungers and the beach was perfect with free paddle boards and canoes. If you fancy a longboat trip see Bow on the beach, we had a brilliant day with him. 6 days was not long enough but we had been to 3 other resorts so can't be greedy, Dusit Thani was a fantastic ending to our holiday.

We recently returned from an 8 night stay at Dunsit Thani from the UK for our honeymoon. Although the weather wasn’t good, we couldn’t have wished for a nicer hotel to stay in. Throughout our stay the staff were all so friendly and helpful, they make you feel welcomed from the moment you arrive. They really are a great asset to the hotel, going above and beyond to offer a 5* service. From concierge to housekeeping, they were all so attentive and polite. A special shout out to Sea and the other staff in the Club Lounge, everyone was so lovely! The resort itself is set in beautiful gardens which are well maintained. We enjoyed looking out for the different wildlife! It is also set on a quiet, stunning beach. We sadly didn’t see any sunsets due to the bad weather, but can imagine they are great to watch from here. Our room was modern, spotlessly clean and well designed with good storage and all the amenities we needed. We particularly liked the filtered water tap in the room, which saved needing to buy bottled water. Breakfast was delicious, with a great range of local and international dishes. We looked forward to breakfast every morning because it was so good! The pool areas were not too busy or crowded and were a lovely place to sit and relax. I also had a treatment at the spa which was excellent. We would recommend upgrading to a club room. We went most afternoons for coffees/soft drinks and snacks, in addition to the evening where we went for free alcoholic drinks and more snacks! We didn’t eat much at the restaurants in the hotel as they are definitely more expensive than outside. We often ate at nearby restaurants or used the ‘grab’ app to book taxis into nearby Ao Nang. This was really convenient and cheap, approx £6 return! Definitely cheaper than the taxis that are sat outside the hotel. Overall, we couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. It is definitely the nicest in the area and although in a quieter location, it is not far from the busier Ao Nang if that’s what you prefer. We would definitely come back!

Disappointed with my stay at the Dusit Resort in Krabi. It’s meant to be a five-star hotel, but the service and food were nowhere near that level. The whole place felt more like a busy all-inclusive, with kids screaming everywhere and people being generally careless. The resort is massive, yet it still felt like there weren’t enough staff around, and the few we dealt with were always distracted. At check-in the receptionist was more interested in another couple’s conversation, the same thing happened when we ordered at Limoncello, and again when we were waiting to be seated at breakfast. It just didn’t feel like anyone was actually paying attention. They also did maintenance on our sink while we were at the beach, and we came back to everything under the sink soaking wet. There were screws and washers all over the floor and I almost cut my foot. The room itself wasn’t great either. The AC was loud, and there were random lights everywhere that made it hard to sleep. We ended up eating out most nights, even at the little place opposite the resort, which was much nicer. The food at the hotel was overpriced and tasteless, and the cocktails were far too sweet.

Amazing stay at the resort. Staff helpful and friendly. Resort clean and beautiful. Sunsets incredible. Food lovely and breakfast has so much choice including a noodle bar. There’s also a little strip of shops just outside the hotel helpful for small things and laundry and easy to get a bolt/taxi to nearby beaches. We had a wonderful honeymoon and trip! Thank you to the lovely staff, in particular the club staff who were brilliant.
