Beautiful resort with excellent service from the staff. We stayed for a week and were especially happy with the hospitality, as a group of 8pax we were bound to have all sorts of last min request but the staff were so accommodating and patience with us. Resort also provided lots of activities for us do with the kids as well as improvised for us. Our villa host, MM was very responsive and replied to our request fast. We had a wonderful massage from Charlene and Massy too. I would recommend to stay in this resort for anyone who wants to enjoy a luxury and quiet time as couple or with family. We managed to take a photo of a beautiful night sky on one of the night while walking back to our villa. Overall, we were all very please and kids were a little reluctant to go back home.

I genuinely think Banyan Tree Koh Samui may have ruined future holidays for us. We’ve been fortunate enough to stay at some wonderful hotels over the years, but I’ve never experienced hospitality quite like this. We travelled with our 10-month-old daughter, and Banyan Tree made it very easy. Before we even arrived, our villa was beautifully prepared with a cot, baby bath, baby toiletries and plenty of bottled water. Throughout our stay, the team remembered our daughter’s name, introduced us to fresh local fruit each day, and quietly remembered all of our preferences without us ever needing to repeat ourselves. What impressed us most wasn’t that the staff responded to our requests, it was that, after the first day or two, we rarely had to ask. They anticipated what we needed. Housekeeping always came during our daughter’s naps, breakfast staff already knew our dietary requirements, and everything just happened seamlessly. It made the holiday feel genuinely relaxing. A special thank you to our villa host, Fern, who was exceptional, along with Eng, Sydney, Am and the wonderful teams at Saffron and Sands. We’d also like to recognise John, the head chef at breakfast. Both my daughter and I have dietary requirements, and every morning John remembered exactly what we could eat and made sure we were beautifully looked after. It was such a thoughtful touch and something we genuinely appreciated. The villas are stunning and incredibly well designed for families. Having separate living and outdoor spaces meant our daughter could nap peacefully while we still enjoyed the private pool and the rest of the villa - a luxury that’s hard to overstate when travelling with a baby. Breakfast was outstanding, and we loved the thoughtful touches throughout the resort, like complimentary chilled water and cool towels at both the beach and the pools. The beach itself is beautiful, although a little rocky for swimming, but the pools more than made up for it. Luxury hotels often promise personalised service, but Banyan Tree Koh Samui genuinely delivers it. Beautiful villas and facilities can be found in many places, but it’s the people who make this resort truly exceptional. Every interaction felt warm, genuine and effortless. This is, without question, one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. We left wondering how any future holiday could possibly live up to it. Thank you to everyone at Banyan Tree Koh Samui for giving our family memories we’ll treasure forever—we cannot wait to return.

An Exceptional Stay at Banyan Tree Samui Our stay at Banyan Tree Samui was absolutely outstanding from beginning to end. The entire resort is breathtakingly beautiful — stunning villas, incredible ocean views, perfect privacy, and an atmosphere that allows you to fully relax from the very first moment. Every detail throughout the property feels luxurious, elegant, and perfectly maintained. What truly makes this resort special, however, is the amazing staff. We have rarely experienced such genuine hospitality, warmth, and professionalism in a hotel. Every single team member throughout the resort was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always made us feel truly welcome. You can feel that exceptional service is deeply embedded in the culture of this resort. A very special thank you goes to Mr. Ta, who took wonderful care of us during our stay. He was always kind, professional, helpful, and incredibly attentive. His positive attitude and dedication truly elevated our experience and made our stay even more memorable. Employees like him are what transform a great hotel into an unforgettable one. We would also like to praise the fantastic breakfast team. Every morning was a wonderful experience thanks to their warm hospitality, attentiveness, and professionalism. The breakfast selection, quality of the food, and overall atmosphere were simply first-class — easily one of the best hotel breakfasts we have experienced. Banyan Tree Samui is truly one of the most beautiful resorts we have ever visited, and we will definitely return. Thank you to the entire team for creating such an unforgettable experience!

what an amazing stay! banyan tree samui exceeded all my expectations. a beautiful resort with brilliant views, food, activities and such kind staff. for example Khem was super supportive during my thai boxing session. he was a great teacher and gave me one to one support which really made me more confident. thank you Khem. I also did reef snorkelling which was brilliant and we were pointed out the unique coral and fish! i would say there s something for everyone and i would definitely recommend!!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Banyan Tree. The hospitality was exceptional, and every member of the team was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The breakfast offered an excellent variety, with plenty of delicious options to choose from each morning. We had just one minor issue with our mattress, but as soon as we mentioned it, the team resolved it promptly and efficiently. I would especially like to recognize the staff at the beach, particularly Jate, who was also our guide on the nature walking tour. It was a pleasure learning about the different types of trees, flowers, and herbs found throughout the grounds of the Banyan Tree resort. His knowledge and enthusiasm made the experience truly memorable. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend Banyan Tree to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with outstanding service.
