Just returned from a 4 night stay with my wife. The hotel was fantastic! Spotlessly clean, the restaurants served high-quality food and drinks and every member of staff that we interacted with was polite and courteous and made us feel very, very welcome; nothing was too much trouble. Our room was great too - comfortable bed, great shower and the fridge/minibar was a godsend. Cleaning staff are very thorough and do a brilliant job. The area around the hotel is limited in terms of restaurants and bars, but we really didn’t mind as the food at the hotel was great and Palma itself is easily accessible by bus (stops right outside of the hotel) or taxi. We were originally on a b&b but upgraded to half board and enjoyed every meal we had. Always plenty of options at the breakfast and dinner buffet, both local and international and was kept fresh at all times. Particularly enjoyed the poolside service and there was entertainment on the weekend afternoons. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our time there, would love to go back and would definitely recommend to others. We would also look to stay at their other hotels in other destinations based on our experience here. Would like to say a huge thank you to the team at Barceló Illetas Albatross; you made our short stay one to remember!

Amazing birthday getaway! Although this was a solo retreat, I never felt alone. The entire hotel team took such wonderful care of me and made my birthday weekend truly unforgettable. A special thank you to Patricia, Cristobal and Vara at reception, who were always incredibly kind, professional and helpful. Their warmth and attention to detail made me feel genuinely welcomed throughout my stay. As a birthday surprise, I received a room upgrade and found a lovely little birthday cake waiting for me in my room. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made my celebration even more special. The spa also deserves special praise. It is beautifully designed, incredibly relaxing, and has everything you need to unwind and recharge. I spent some truly peaceful moments there. Overall, it was an amazing experience from start to finish. I couldn’t imagine a better way to celebrate my birthday than spending the weekend at Barceló Illetas Albatros. Thank you to the entire team for making it so memorable – I will definitely be back!

Really great adults only hotel. Attentive and friendly staff. Clean and well-appointed room. We were greeted with a glass of cava on arrival, which was a nice touch. The staff called to make sure everything was ok with the room after about half an hour - another nice touch. Excellent buffet breakfast with great selection of who prepared hot and cold food. They even have bottles of cava out at breakfast, if that's your thing. Really great to have access to all the spa facilities included. Plenty of loungers around the pool. The staff were even kind enough to prepare some breakfast for us before we left as our flight home was very early. Would definitely recommend.

This hotel was brilliant. The location is great, easy to get into palma by bus located right outside. The views are amazing. Paddleboarding straight from the hotels tiny cove on a morning was just gorgeous. Breakfast was outstanding and I loved the 12pm check out, makes life a lot easier when you don't need to rush out on the last day. One small criticism is there was a dj on Sunday morning, it ruined the peace a little by the pool and the music was loud but he wasn't there too long so no big deal really.

The room itself was good, comfortable beds and a great night's sleep. Shower is excellent. Nice sunny balcony. Will lose points though for the odd design of the sink area and lack of a "get ready area" as my wife put it. TV didn't work properly (netflix, youtube, casting etc not working despite reporting to maintenance). Overall it's a lovely hotel. Pool is great and the views and setting are perfect. I suspect we visited early in the season as it seemed the staff were struggling a little to get into a rhythm, needed to repeat orders multiple times etc but all very friendly and the pool service when ordered through the app is great. Probably nitpicking a little bit overall very positive and we had a lovely holiday
