⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We would like to say a huge thank you to the entire team for making our wedding stay so incredibly special. We came with our whole family to celebrate one of the most important days of our lives, and from the very beginning we felt truly welcomed and cared for. A special thank you for the wonderful room upgrades — it was such a lovely surprise and made our stay even more memorable. The food was absolutely delicious, and every meal was a real pleasure. But what made this place truly special were the people. The staff were incredibly kind, warm, helpful and genuinely lovely. We felt that every little detail was taken care of with so much care and attention. Thank you for welcoming our family, for making us feel so special, and for being part of such an important chapter in our lives. We will always have very warm memories of our wedding in Crete and of the wonderful people who helped make it so perfect. Nice & cozy hotel. Good variety of lunches and dinners including meat and seafood. Also has two A la carte restaurants – one with Greek food, the other with seafood. Every evening there is some entertainment for the guests, and they also have an animation team. Room service is provided every day, so it was always clean. In total, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

My wife and I have visited Bella Beach several times now, and there is a very good reason why we keep coming back. From the moment we arrive, we are always made to feel genuinely welcome. The staff throughout the hotel are polite, friendly, helpful and courteous, and nothing ever seems to be too much trouble. Over the years, we have been fortunate enough to get to know some of the staff personally and now consider several of them good friends. We have also made some lovely friendships with other regular guests who, like us, return to Bella Beach year after year. The food is another highlight. There is always an excellent choice, with plenty of variety to suit different tastes, and we have always found something to enjoy. We particularly like visiting in May and September, when Crete is beautifully warm without the temperatures becoming too hot. For us, it is a wonderful time of year to relax, enjoy the hotel and explore the surrounding area. What makes Bella Beach special to us, however, is not simply the hotel itself. It is the people and the atmosphere. When you find somewhere you are genuinely happy to return to, where familiar faces welcome you back and friendships develop over the years, it becomes much more than just somewhere to stay. Bella Beach has become one of those places for us, and we are already looking forward to our next visit.

Our stay at the hotel was truly wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed all the facilities and had the opportunity to experience the delicious traditional Cretan cuisine. Every member of the staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. A special mention goes to Valia at the reception. She was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and genuinely interested in making our stay as enjoyable as possible. Her warm smile, professionalism, and friendly attitude made us feel at home from the very beginning. She truly played a big part in making our experience so memorable. We would definitely love to come back!

We stayed at Bella beach for 4 nights. It was convient in location from Heraklion airport but also not too far from other sites such as Knossos and Spinalonga. But where to start on our stay… We had the best stay at this resort. All the staff treated us like family. We saw alot of the same staff throughout the stay and they made sure we had a good experience. The beach was nice and had good seating. My kids loved the playground which was a nice thing to have at the hotel. The pool was also a good size. The buffett was very good for all meals and I am in no way a buffett person. The had tons of options for every meal. Our favorite memories from the trip however were both a la carte restaurants, especially Orion. Food was great and service was so attentive. We also really loved the events they had at night from a dj to Cretan dancing. They also had night time activities for the kids as well such as balloon animals. We wish we could’ve stayed longer, but whenever we return to Crete, we will be back .
