We had a wonderful stay at Bella Beach. The food is plentiful, varied and very well prepared. We ate in one of the a la carte restaurants during our stay and the menu was excellent. My daughter is vegan and the chef kindly prepared her a separate meal to that on the menu. All the staff were lovely, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We were upgraded to private pool rooms with sea view free of charge which was an added bonus and very much appreciated. The room is well equipped with free use of a safe, air con and a good size bathroom with decent shower. The mosquitos are a problem so would recommend taking repellent and bite cream with you and the sand on the beach is a bit harsh and very hot on bare feet so swimming shoes are worth having. House keeping is every day, but sometimes they did come in too early (before 9am) but were ok about coming back later if you asked. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and I would recommend Bella Beach to others for a family holiday.

Nice & cozy hotel. Good variety of lunches and dinners including meat and seafood. Also has two A la carte restaurants – one with Greek food, the other with seafood. Every evening there is some entertainment for the guests, and they also have an animation team. Room service is provided every day, so it was always clean. In total, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, while the staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location was convenient and made it easy to explore the area. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a good variety of fresh and tasty options. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Just got back from Bella Beach after ten days and cannot praise the service we received from all departments of the hotel. The food was second to none and the staff went above and beyond. The entertainment was very good but with having no childrenl their entertainment took over two nights ,where as they could have entertained them else where or earlier so as to entertain the adults aswell. But we we still had a great time.

We stayed here for 3 nights as a family of four (2 adults and 2 children). Overall, we had a lovely vacation. The reception staff were amazing—friendly, professional, and always happy to help. A special thank you to the chef in the main restaurant, who was incredibly kind, spoke Hebrew with us, explained the dishes, and made us feel very welcome. We booked a spacious room with a private pool and a sea view. The bed was very comfortable, and hearing the sound of the waves from our room was one of the best parts of our stay. The entertainment team was fantastic, and both adults and kids enjoyed the pool activities. The buffet had a good variety of food, but the quality was average. The pool bar served basic food, and the cocktails were nice but not authentic. The hotel itself feels outdated and could really use a renovation. It doesn’t feel like a true 5-star hotel—more like a 3–4 star resort. The lobby and dining room were often too warm because the air conditioning wasn’t strong enough. The pool area needs better maintenance. Sunbeds fill up very early, there isn’t much shade, and empty cups were often left around for hours. Our room occasionally had a musty smell, we noticed a few ants, and the private pool area wasn’t always perfectly clean. There are also many cats around the hotel. The beach is easily accessible, but it’s rocky and has quite a bit of seaweed, so water shoes are recommended. Overall, the staff made our stay enjoyable, but we feel the hotel is overpriced for what it currently offers. With better maintenance and renovations, it could truly live up to its 5-star rating.
