We have been coming to this hotel for many years now, and every single time we are very satisfied. The location is truly superb, with a unique view of the bay that never gets old . The rooms are always clean and bright, and there is a rich, varied selection of food to enjoy at every meal. The staff are friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we need. A big thank you goes especially to Maria at the reception, who always helps and gives advice with a smile, she truly makes a difference to the whole stay. Thanks also to Giannis, the restaurant manager, thanks to whom the restaurant runs so well and to the full satisfaction of the guests. Between the wonderful location, the comfortable rooms, the good food, and the warm, attentive staff, we always leave completely happy. We are already looking forward to coming back next year. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was not very positive. The bathroom was a major problem. Water came out of the bathroom and onto the floor because the drain did not work properly and there was no shower screen. The shower itself was so terrible that we had to remove the shower head just to be able to wash ourselves. The mattress was torn and dirty, which was completely unacceptable. At reception, we were met by a rude woman who was unwilling to listen to our complaints or offer us a different room. The food was repetitive, although it was tasty. The only real positives were the beautiful view and the lovely sea. However, Greece is famous for its beautiful sea, so that alone is not enough to make up for the hotel’s shortcomings. Another disappointment was the beach. Although it belongs to the hotel, you have to pay €15 per day for a sunbed and umbrella. There is no real option to avoid this charge if you want to use them on the hotel’s beach. I believe this should be made clear to guests in advance, as it adds an extra cost to the holiday. Overall, the hotel needs to improve its facilities, cleanliness and customer service.

Arrived at blue princess beach hotel on the 6th of October . Got dropped of at reception .the receptionist asked us to fill in the forms handed over our 70 euros and had our all inclusive band put on. Then we were told (along with another couple) to go have lunch. When we return to get our room keys we where told our rooms had a problem (something about the plumbing) us and the other couple were told we are going to the sister hotel on top of a steep road about 10 minutes drive away. We got no apology no nothing ( like this is normal). When we arrive at the other hotel it was a self catering room in a hotel which was shut, just us and the other couple. We had no water to drink no toilet roll and the room was definitely not 4 star. We asked what we do for food and was told by the driver we have to go back down the steep road for dinner at the blue princess. The next morning we got pick back up with our luggage and had breakfast and eventually got a room. It was an upgrade with a sea view. The room was still basic but the view was lovely. We talked to few other couples and apparently it's quite a recurring theme people not getting rooms. To be honest we were lucky a group of twelve ended up going on a 40 minute drive for 2 nights in another hotel because of no rooms, (which i can only see as them over booking the rooms). The rest of the holiday was ok. Breakfast, lunch and dinner the same every day. Snacks inbetween consists of a few cheese and ham sandwiches (no butter) and a few slices of thin cake. The all inclusive drinks ( beer, vodka, brandy, ouzo and wine from a machine) not nice at all. we ended up buying drinks from the bar on the beach ( which you get 20% off if staying in the hotel) . The hotel is set in a very beautiful place and views are stunning, but very steep hills up to the rooms . The reception staff have zero customer service skills and makes you feel your an inconvenience. We have been on many 4 star all inclusive holidays and never experienced anything like this hotel, which is such a shame because it's a very beautiful area.

The staff are brilliant and super friendly, special mention to the barman Spiros, he was amazing and very attentive. The location is a beautiful beach cove. Rooms could be a lot better. There are good food locations on the beach and near by. We went on a sunset boat tour and our skipper Sideris? was brilliant had a lovely time and he made us feel at home.

The room service was excellent, one of the best I have ever experienced! Special thanks to Shpresa for the friendly and professional service. I would also like to praise the taxi driver who transports guests up to the hotel. He was very friendly and did a great job. Both provided excellent service and made my stay even more enjoyable!
