⭐ 1/5 – Absolutely Terrible Hotel – Avoid at All Costs! This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. If I could give this hotel zero stars, I absolutely would. Everything about this place was disappointing, and I cannot understand how a hotel like this is allowed to operate while providing such a terrible experience for its guests. First of all, we were promised that the water park would be open, but when we arrived, it was closed. This was one of the things we were looking forward to the most, so it was extremely disappointing. To make matters even worse, the water in the water park was completely green and looked absolutely disgusting. Even if the water park had been open, I would not have felt comfortable swimming in water that looked like that. It was nothing like what we had been promised. The staff were also incredibly rude, unfriendly, and seemed angry all the time. Instead of making guests feel welcome, they made the entire experience even more uncomfortable. Good customer service was clearly missing, and it felt like the staff did not care about the guests at all. The elevator was apparently not working because using it could cause the electricity to go out. This is completely unacceptable for a hotel. Guests should not have to worry about basic facilities not working properly, especially when they have to carry their luggage up the stairs. The food was another huge disappointment. The quality was poor, most of it tasted bad, and the selection was extremely limited. There was very little variety, so finding something enjoyable to eat was difficult. For a hotel, especially one that offers food to its guests, I expected much better. The condition of the building was shocking as well. If you stay on the top floor, water can leak through the ceiling. Imagine paying for a hotel room and then having to worry about water coming through the ceiling. That is absolutely ridiculous and makes the hotel seem poorly maintained. The rooms were dirty and did not feel properly cleaned. On top of that, the rooms had a strange, unpleasant smell that made it difficult to feel comfortable. A hotel room should be a clean and relaxing place where you can rest, but this place was the complete opposite. Another annoying issue was that you were not allowed to throw toilet paper into the toilet. This was very inconvenient and made using the bathroom an unpleasant experience. It is honestly unbelievable how many basic things were wrong with this hotel. The Wi-Fi was practically useless too. It did not work properly in the rooms and was only available in the hotel lobby. In this day and age, guests should be able to use a reliable internet connection in their rooms without having to go downstairs just to get online. Overall, almost everything about this hotel was terrible. The closed water park, disgusting-looking green water, rude staff, broken elevator, poor food, limited selection, leaking ceilings, dirty rooms, strange smells, inconvenient bathroom situation, and useless Wi-Fi made this stay absolutely miserable. The hotel was so bad that I decided to stay for just ONE NIGHT before leaving and moving to another hotel. I would rather spend extra money somewhere else than waste another night in a place like this. I genuinely regret staying here. The hotel did not meet even the most basic expectations, and the experience was nowhere near worth the money. I would not recommend this place to anyone, and I would strongly advise people to look for another hotel before booking here. If I could give this hotel ZERO STARS, I would. One star feels far too generous for an experience this disappointing. Save yourself the trouble, the frustration, and the money, and book somewhere else. This was an absolutely awful experience, and I would never stay here again. I hate this hotel so much, it still haunts me.

I loved my stay at this hotel, we managed to get a lot done during the week such as renting out a pink flamingo pedalo from the near-by beach (5-10 minute walk from the hotel). The staff were all amazing, helpful and kind. The food was great with varied options, as I’m quite a picky eater and still managed to load up my plate each day, and the cocktails were awesome too. There was a great happy atmosphere and with three pools nothing got too crowded. Our rooms were kept very clean every day and towels changed often. Lots of reviews mentioning a smell that I did not encounter once? Brilliant stay couldn’t recommend it more.

I've just returned from a 7 night stay and found the place incredibly charming and well managed. Set away from the hustle and bustle of the seafront but only a 10 minute walk away. The rooms are spacious and well maintained, the food and drinks were varied and plentiful. The main pool area has a large pool and a smaller kids splash pool along with a bar with drinks and snacks, pool table and air hockey. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel provided a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all generations. We especially loved the restaurant, where the food and service were excellent. A special thank you to Serafina and Mirela for their kindness, attention, and wonderful hospitality, which made our family holiday even more memorable. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to other families.

There are places one visits, and there are places that remain in the heart long after the journey has ended — Saint George Palace in Corfu is most certainly one of the latter. Gracefully situated between magnificent mountain scenery and one of the most beautiful coastlines on the island, this charming hotel offers a rare combination of tranquillity, comfort, and genuine Greek hospitality. From the very moment of our arrival, we were welcomed with warmth, kindness, and impeccable courtesy by the reception staff, who made us feel immediately at home. The hotel itself was immaculately clean and exceptionally well maintained throughout our stay. A very special word of thanks must be given to our wonderful housekeeper, whose care and attention ensured that our room was always beautifully prepared and wonderfully comfortable. The cuisine was delightful — fresh, authentic, and of excellent Greek quality. We would also like to express our sincere appreciation to Dimitrius, Suzzy, and George from the restaurant team. George was remarkably hardworking and highly professional, always attending to guests with dedication and genuine care. Together, they created a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made every meal an absolute pleasure. What truly distinguishes this hotel is not only its breathtaking surroundings, but the people themselves — gracious, attentive, and sincerely devoted to the wellbeing of their guests. Saint George Palace provided our family with a peaceful and deeply memorable holiday experience that we shall look back upon with great fondness. We would return without hesitation and wholeheartedly recommend this delightful hotel to anyone wishing to discover the more peaceful and romantic side of Corfu.
