Exceptional Service and a Stress-Free Family Holiday! We had a truly wonderful stay and cannot recommend this hotel enough. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect vacation. Service that Saves the Day Upon check-in, there was a complication with our booking due to an agency error. Although I had booked for two adults and two kids, the hotel had only received a reservation for two adults and initially requested an extra payment. However, as soon as the hotel staff reviewed our voucher and saw the discrepancy was the agency’s fault, they handled it with incredible grace. They told us to go enjoy our room and start our holiday immediately while they settled the dispute with the agency themselves. It was such a relief not to have to worry about the logistics! The Facilities & Dining: • The Room: Spotlessly clean and fully equipped with every amenity you could possibly need. • Dining: The buffet restaurant was fantastic with a great variety of food. While the hotel offers three tempting a la carte options (Greek, Italian, and Japanese), the buffet was so convenient and high-quality that we stuck with it for our two small children. • Staff: Every single staff member we encountered was friendly, smiling, and remarkably kind to our kids. If you are headed to Corfu, this should be your number one destination. We will definitely be recommending this gem to all our friends and family. We can't wait to come back!

We had a really lovely stay at the hotel! A huge thank you to Makray, who gave us such a warm welcome and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. He helped us book restaurants in the hotel and showed us the best places to visit around Corfu. He was so patient and kind! We also want to mention the spa receptionist, who was super friendly and pleasant. She made us feel so comfortable right away. The cocktails were amazing, and all the staff including the bartenders and waiters were kind, helpful, and always smiling. On the downside, the shower pressure was weak and the water was cold at first. It took a bit of time to fix, but once they changed our room, everything was fine. The food could be improved a little, but the sweet and savory crepes were absolutely delicious! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again!

As someone that works in hospitality myself, currently as a deputy ops manager I can honestly say that I am blown away by Roda Beach. The staff are fantastic, friendly and very professional. The food and facilities are excellent. It is no easy task running a resort of this size and I can honestly say they are doing an amazing job. I am actively recommending this resort to friends and colleagues. A massive thumbs up and thank you goes to the amazing house keeping team. The lady working on the third floor in the main building (rooms 850+) is so lovely and a real credit to the team. All bar staff and restaurant staff have been lovely. The animation team is great. If anyone is considering coming in to a Corfu I strongly advise coming here. You will not be disappointed. I very much look forward to returning and bringing friends and family. Thank you Roda Beach for being an absolute pleasure.

We are so disappointed. A really standard average hotel. We’ve got ants in our hotel room and although quick to respond, it’s just been sprayed and ants keep coming back. The main hotel and all the rooms are rough around the edges, scuffs, loose fixtures & fittings etc etc. Food is average, the buffet is large but repeated on both sides so very samey. Our toddler loves the pools thankfully, although the areas around the sunbeds are muddy on the grass and dirty- cigarettes left laying around. Everything is just average. No Prosecco in all inclusive. No coffee at dinner. No watermelon at breakfast. A la carte wasn’t great. Not 5star. 2/3star at best.

General manager spends more time trying to justify bad reviews instead of properly training unprofessional, miserable staff and housekeeping's awful attitude. Comparing the rip off hotel taxi service to a limousine when it's a musty old car is laughable. Responding to any bad comment trying to disagree is not a good look. People have opinions and there are enough bad reviews to this place on the food, service, miserable staff and bad entertainment that clearly it is an issue and NOT 5*. Let people have their opinions and do something about it instead of sitting in an office responding so negatively, very rude. You say this is "authentic Greek experience" though we have experienced better quality with other Greeks so this cannot be an excuse that you want to provide bad experiences and call it authentic.. you say "All our prices and policies are displayed clearly and transparently. You chose to use our private transfer service — no one was forced to do so." Lie. I asked for a taxi to be called, not a private service rip off. No prices displayed, for anything. A very sad individual to respond so rudely when customers are unhappy with their experience. It's great you can take criticism well! Unprofessional.
