My boyfriend and I had a wonderful long weekend at Blusea. Our bungalow was in a great location, and we really enjoyed having the opportunity to sunbathe during the day or simply relax outside in the evening with a drink on our patio. We stayed on a half-board basis. The breakfasts and dinners were varied, and the food was good. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. In the evenings, there is live music at the bar. We were there on Sunday night when the DJ was playing, and we had a great time. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

This hotel is stunning. The staff are all so lovely and helpful when needed, there is always a nice vibe of a night time with live music and good service. The pool was a little cold still able to get in once or twice but overall was too cold to get in other than that this place is stunning and we are already booking to come back.

Hotel is in need of a revamp, looked a bit tired but spotless. Room had a patio door with a gap to the wall which we packed with toilet roll to stop the wind whisteling at night. Bathroom window lock broken sink unit de laminated , milk for tea in room only on 1st night after this had to buy from shop for your room but fridge in room is not a fridge only a cooler we were told at reception so milk went off a a day or so.Cutlery and plates in dining hall not washed properly. Did speak to restaurant manager about this . All inclusive drinks come in plastic glasses which require a €1 deposit where you get given a washer , unless you give the washer back you loose your euro . Quite a long walk to Playa Blanca port but a Taxi is only €4 -€5 so not to bad.

A lovely resort. Only real complaint is the excessively hard beds. It's a shame that to get a mattress topper a further payment is required. Food quality is good, especially the fresh salad, but variety in selection is limited. Drink offering is good, with good sized measures.

This hotel has potential but unfortunately it just doesn’t meet its “four star” name… this was our first time ever going all inclusive as we always stay in the cheapest options as we would rather spend more on excursions etc… I would say this hotel is a 2 star maybe 3 depending on your room and I wouldn’t be a hotel snob. Our room 501 which I have seen mentioned in other reviews was not the greatest.. the tv didn’t work, this didn’t bother me because I don’t go on holiday to watch tv but I do enjoy the radio channels the odd time so initially this wouldn’t be worth a complaint for me. The wifi in our room was very poor so I relied on my mobile data the entire trip so this is something to be cautious of if you stay here, especially if you do like the radio/music and need to stream it. The room 501 has a great sea view but it isn’t a single bungalow like the other guest rooms, we had people above us and we could hear every bed creak and toilet flush but as I’ve stated before I usually go cheap and budget so we are used to this (i just didn’t expect it for this hotel). The sliding bedroom door didn’t budge, so if you were a group of four and had people sleeping on the sofa bed… you would have no privacy. The lamp in the room didn’t work and I’m sure the staff are aware of this but have decided to keep it in the room for decoration? On our second last day I decided to have a cup of coffee with the coffee supplied in the room but as soon as I filled the kettle up, it began to leak! All minor issues (that have clearly been ignored) that could be solved at a low cost but haven’t been! But this was the last straw and it just triggered me because we could have stayed elsewhere cheaper without the all inclusive and enjoyed fresh restaurant meal and a fully functional room! I am not a fussy eater so I did enjoy some food on the all inclusive buffets, that being said I don’t know how things should be cooked to “perfection” so I cannot comment on the quality. The buffets are repetitive as other reviews mention. My partner is a fussy eater so her food choices were extremely repetitive and limited but we expected that to be the case. Apart from the “snack food” if you have a fussy child, they might struggle to have good meals here. I honestly could have overlooked all the complaints above IF the staff in the hotel were friendly, we were greeted ONCE with a smile during check in! The bar staff have zero hospitality skills, it could possibly be a cultural difference but there was zero good vibes from the pool bar and staff (which was the only bar opened during our stay) there was no small talk, no banter, no music most days and even when a staff member did connect to the speaker, their phone kept ringing and dinging for message notifications. The cocktails were always warm, even with ice in the glass. Theres not much places that don’t shake their cocktails with ice before serving (which helps chill them) but this hotel is one of them. We had higher expectations for this hotel, had the atmosphere had been better, I could of overlooked a-lot easily fixed things but as my stay came to an end, I realised it wasn’t worth it… The property is beautiful overall and could be so much better. When people leave a resort they remember the weather, staff and food and during our stay the only 10/10 was the weather.
