Stayed here in August as 2 young families. Hotel is very clean and well maintained. Staff are all very attentive and friendly. Have to call out the food waiting staff as they are so friendly and welcoming. Plenty of sun loungers around the pool. Animation team (well 1 person) does as much as he can to provide activities and entertainment. Kids seemed to like him. The pool bar is a little small in the evening to have entertainment and space for guests to sit. Was disappointed that the lounge bar was not open or available during our trip as would have been nice as there is a lovely lounge area next to it. Would recommend for young families who are looking for a relaxing break within a picturesque surrounding and friendly hotel.

Had a great 6 night break here in July. Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff friendly and helpful. It is a 25 minute walk to amenities but it was nice to stroll and take everything in. Breakfast was fab. Plenty of choice and even lunch and dinner there was always something for everyone. Would definately revisit.

Stayed for 7 nights. Had a lovely time and the staff were very friendly (shout out to David!!). The rooms were nice and clean and although it’s a decent walk to the town, taxis are so cheap and easily booked by reception staff. After reading a review left a couple of days ago about jewellery being stolen, I do have to mention something about the cleaners. I thought it was just a me problem as when I reported missing €80 we were just told there was nothing we could do… I also had my promise ring which my boyfriend gifted me disappear from the table. As this isn’t just a me problem I will be contacting the hotel and speaking with easyjet holidays as it’s really not nice to have things taken. My promise ring isn’t an expensive piece of jewellery (hence not being in the safe) and holds a lot of sentimental value. That being said I did have another issue at the hotel with a guest harassing me and some other guests. Reception staff managed to sort this situation and we were able to enjoy the holiday which we were all relieved and happy about. Overall though I really enjoyed my stay, just some unfortunate instances with stolen items. If it’s any help please can you find out who cleaned room 609 on 17/07 and on 11/07, as I spoke to a cleaner and know that they are each allocated rooms to clean. Thank you

We had a lovely 5-night stay at Labranda Alyssa Suite Hotel. Upon arrival, the staff were welcoming, helpful and always on hand. The resort itself was small and easy to get around and there was always enough room for everyone at the pool, bar and restaurant. There were plenty of activities available during the day and evening. The restaurant was always kept clean and well thought out. However, a lack of variation with the foods, especially for vegetarians like us, we got by on all inclusive but ate out sometimes. A themed food night would be a great addition. We regularly took a 30 minute walk to Playa Blanca but other than that everything was a short drive away. Taxis were available through reception however we had a hire car to explore the island (parking is free). The rooms were spotless, well kept and well equipped. The beds were a tad on the hard side but other than that everything worked well. The only downside was that the WiFi was a bit weak for us - we were in the back row of the resort however. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again - gracias!

This is a great hotel. Good service, friendly staff, great facilities. Accommodation, we had a one bedroom bungalow, with a good size living area, bedroom and shower room/toilet. Air con, tv(with bbc and itv),living area, tea and coffee facilities. One patio area with a view of the sea. A clothes drying area and a sunken patio. The hotel has two good size pools and a toddler pool. With an attendant/life guard. A pool side bar. A sports area table tennis, pool,5 aside football pitch,tennis court and volly ball and a children's play area . Good restaurant ,we were all inclusive. Food was a good standard always something good. Lots of choice. Local drinks ,soft drinks and coffee all day 10.00 until 23.00. Entertainment at night at the pool bar local artists. The usual pool side activities, aerobics water polo etc. The gardens are landscaped and well looked after. Just a warning to enter from the main road (coach drop off) there's about 30 steps. There's a service road nearer for taxi etc.Loved this place, would return.
