We spent four nights here at the end of August and overall really enjoyed our stay. It’s very kid-friendly, with fun water slides and a splash playground that our child loved. The resort is huge, with lots of smaller pools, which made it feel like it was never too crowded. There’s also plenty of greenery, including some beautiful palm trees. The apartments are spacious and clean, and ours had a lovely balcony. However, the whole place would benefit from a general refurbishment, as it looks somewhat dated and worn. Breakfast was OK. We had dinner twice, which was good value for money, but don’t expect anything spectacular. We often found plates and cutlery that were dirty or damaged, and the whole place could have been kept a little cleaner. The staff were also not the friendliest. It’s a nice resort, but it could be much better with a bit more care and investment.

Large complex with one bedroom apartments. The apartments are clean but are a little tired - the beds were comfortable. The pools are nice and some of them are heated. We found the place to be quiet and we slept well each night. The breakfast has lots of options, and the food quality was average. It’s a good value place to be, with a great location and lots of pools and activities. You’re not too far from the beach (20-25 mins walk) too.

Great hotel for children. Small heated pools but splash park and slide pools were cold in April. Good kids club and free disco with adult entertainment after. Reasonable walk to beach and souvenir shops but shuttle bus leaves each day to beach. Food is good with lots to choose from. We upgraded to half board plus which was worth it. An Aldi 50 metres away if you want self catering. Get a card for back gate for 10 euros..refundable..which gives easier access to beach etc.

So many pools to choose from, loads for the kids to do by the main pool, slides & splash park. We only ate at the buffet restaurant once during our stay which was ok. There was something for everyone to eat. The grounds are kept clean at all times and all the staff are very polite & friendly. The dome has entertainment on every evening for all the family. There’s a supermarket on site to grab all the necessities as well as a laundry room to wash / dry clothes and cheap too! Overall we had a fantastic time here and will definitely be back.

I'll start with the positives. The highlight of this place is definitely the wonderful staff. From the reception team to the cleaners, entertainers, bar and restaurant staff, and even the beautiful local cats, everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. Every interaction we had was genuinely pleasant. The hotel grounds are beautiful and very well maintained, and the swimming pools are excellent. There are plenty of them, and even during a busy period they never felt overcrowded. The gym is good, but the spa was a huge disappointment. We managed to stay there for exactly one minute because of the overpowering chemical smell that literally made our eyes sting. Overall, it felt gloomy, outdated, and badly in need of refurbishment. The room was by far the biggest letdown. From the loose lock on the entrance door to the worn-out furniture, it honestly felt as though it hadn't been renovated in at least 30 years. Even basic maintenance seems to be neglected. A large crack in the bathroom glass and a leaking toilet were just two obvious examples. The shower gel and shampoo provided are the cheapest possible quality, so bring your own if you expect anything better than basic soap. In the UK, even the cheapest hotels usually provide at least basic tea and coffee facilities. Here, don't expect even that. Yes, you don't come on holiday to spend all your time in the room, but it is still where your holiday begins, and first impressions matter. Ours was awful. The room felt more like an old granny's Airbnb flat than a four-star hotel. We only had breakfast, so I can't comment on the rest of the dining options. As for breakfast itself, there was a good selection and the food quality was decent. However, the crockery was often dirty or chipped, and finding a clean plate among the supposedly washed ones became a daily challenge. Despite all these shortcomings, I would still recommend this hotel for a family holiday. The friendly atmosphere outweighs the negative aspects, and it's genuinely a great place for children, with plenty to keep them entertained.
