TL:DR - This is NOT a water park and not a four star! Definitely not worth the money in peak time. The photos show several pools, fountains and slides but in reality these aren’t what they seem. There is a “water park” with some really cool slides but there is no pool at that end of the complex to swim and relax while the kids are on the slides. There is a children’s pool which is 500mm deep and just big enough for the number of really small kids to play in. There’s a flume / lazy river which isn’t deep enough to float down without needing a shove every 5ft. Overall the water park is more of a small slide park, I’ve been to hotels with this kind of slide who don’t claim to be a water park. The fountains you see in photos are by the reception and restaurant but they’re for show only. The pools are OK but there’s limited sunbeds and no restrictions on saving beds day to day so some towels just remained out all week. The food is actually quite good if you like a varied diet and can do other cuisines. This isn’t the typical place for chicken nuggets and chips for the kids though! Pizza is the staple safe choice and it’s actually excellent. Entertainment when it’s on is great but it’s very inconsistent. In the day it’s basically singing by the pool while you do some aqua exercises or a game of water polo. The evening kids disco is good and the staff are great with the kids but it’s inconsistent timings at best. When there is entertainment on after the disco it’s good and worth staying up late for. There is a football pitch and a go-kart track which looks well in need of an update but it’s functional. By the kids water park area there’s a series of small buildings and a play park which looks long beyond its life and should probably be condemned. Broken plastics with sharp edges and flooring sticking up to trip you over. Overall very very tatty and unsafe. We complained and the reception blamed the water park and the water park told us to report it to reception, but nobody seemed concerned that my kids could put their head through a broken window on a toy rocket in their play area if he wanted to. The rooms are spacious but dated, WiFi is bad and 5g was shocking, the bathrooms have a good pressure and a decent hot and cold shower but the heads of the showers in 3 rooms were all split and spewing water out from the surrounding instead of at the correct space. We complained but nothing was changed. Aircon in the rooms is cold but it’s only in the bedroom and not the living room space so it’s not possible to close doors of an evening without leaving somebody to cook slowly. The aircon in all 3 rooms leaked water through the stay on and off. The living room couch area is NOT a fold out bed and instead is suitable for 2 small adults or kids to lay down but on foam style couch bases. Cockroaches are a problem in the rooms and the cleaners seem well used to it. Although they give the rooms a quick turn while you’re here it’s only a very quick spruce. Although fresh bedding and towels daily is actually great, it’d be nice if they mopped up the crushed cockroach legs from behind the doors after 2-3 days!

This is a difficult review. I stayed on in Lanzarote after a family holiday and booked the cheapest hotel that didn't sound itchy, so should not be too harsh. I arrived 2 hrs after booking a room there and was surprised to know it was all inclusive. Food ranged from dire on the first night (some sort grim of oriental theme), to excellent when service Spanish foods. The drinks are hellish. I went to the bar in the evening once and ordered a neat rum to see what was on offer. It was a strange syrup of about 12%. This was to keep the guests under control as this hotel is so cheap it attracts the kind of people who like to drink as much as possible. The accomodation is dated but beds were comfortable. Sadly there were a lot of Asian iltiger mosquitoes in the room and grounds. This tends to be due to poor maintenance of grounds in the 100m surrounding the hotel, ie it's their fault as they don't keep standing water under control. All in all if you know what you are booking and you get it cheap then go for it. If you are one of the few families I saw turning up in nice walking gear with fresh faces children then avoid as their vocabulary nwill be significantly broader on leaving than on arrival. Clientele are predominantly Irish and french, attracted by the low price...

Been here 3 times since 2015 first time good very clean second time 2020 not so good still clean. This time food better unfortunately pool not clean not so many cleaners as before. General staff not very friendly. Front staff nice 👌🏻. It was fairly cheap so dont expect to much . I would give it 3 stars Max due to not being very clean bar staff can be rude and shop staff not to good . I would come back if they had a pool you could see your feet in . Don't swallow you could die .

The hotel has potential, and the staff are clearly working hard in a busy environment. However, the overall experience was affected by the behaviour of some guests and the general atmosphere. The apartments are quite basic and would benefit from renovation, especially the bathrooms where there was mould on the ceiling. Cleanliness could also be improved, as the floors were not properly cleaned during our stay. On the positive side, the food was enjoyable. Overall, it did not meet four-star expectations, so I would rate it 3 out of 5.

I never normally give reviews but feel like this place needs one , as a first time visitor we read all the reviews and was actually dreading our family holiday . But I have to say this place is absolutely faultless staff were all amazing the rooms were clean and cleaned daily the food was great and plenty to choose from , and if it wasn't there the staff go out there way to get you it , like chicken nuggets for bairn wasn't on menu but staff ensured give them 5 minutes and the chef cooked them , I would highly recommend everyone seeing those bad reviews to go and experience it for yourself as this hotel deserves nothing but absolute credit , there is everything onsite to 3 pools with inflatables for kids enjoyment , a water park a baby pool , football pitch a park and even go karts , was a amazing holiday and will be back again next year ,
