Can here in may I would never return we had a bug infested room there was dead cockroach’s at the side of the pool the food was not edible so had to eat out every night reported this to love holidays and they refunded me 240 pounds I payed nearly 1700 pounds for a week all inclusive and I feel absolutely robbed it was my 6 month olds first holiday he couldn’t go in the swimming pools as they were to cold the bar constantly smelt like sewers the entertainment team were basically none existent and no reps were around to put a complaint to the spa on site nobody was ever there when my partner wanted a treatment our daughter had no bed to sleep on she was offered a sofa here were birds constantly eating the the restraunts half of the drinks had to be payed for slush for kids you had to pay for and certain ice cream which was not stated in any of the paper work highly did satisfied with this place and would never return the laundry room was vile so could. Never do washing we spent more out of the hotel than we did on the holiday utter disgrace the video shows a little bug but the room was full of them the air con didn’t even work either so unhappy with this and the way it’s been handled through complaints it’s rediculous

We are very disappointed with this hotel. We have been to many places in Spain, and nowhere have we had such a bad experience as here. We chose the all-inclusive option, but only a few cocktails are included and they don’t taste good. If you want tasty ones, you have to pay extra. The ice cream is either not good or most of the time unavailable. If you want good ice cream, you have to pay extra too 😀 After 11 PM, everything has to be paid for. Coffee in the restaurant is only available in the morning — if you want coffee during lunch or dinner, then no chance 😀 We came for lunch with our almost 3-year-old child, and I tried to pour some juice, but the machine wasn’t working. I asked the staff why it wasn’t working, and he pointed at Coca-Cola, Sprite, and similar drinks saying those were working. I said, “Are you serious? My child doesn’t drink those.” He asked me, “Why?” 😀

Was concerned for our holiday after all of the negative reviews. We travelled as a family of 5- 2 adults and 3 kids. The hotel doesn’t deserve all the really bad reviews it gets. It’s mediocre but that’s what you get when you are paying half the price of other all inclusive resorts. We went in without high expectations and so we weren’t disappointed. A lot of the negative reviews also seem to be around the guests at the hotel which is not the hotel’s fault either! The pros - the pools and waterpark are great, we always managed to find sun beds without going out early to reserve them. The water was always clean. The food was good for the price, some of the food eg the salads and desserts were always the same but the mains were different most nights with different themes eg Spanish, Indian, bbq etc. Coffee from the machines was surprisingly good, and all the regular soft drinks are on tap. Snack bar always stocked with food and ice cream much to my kids delight. Can’t really comment on the alcohol as I don’t drink much. Had a couple cocktails, they were extremely sweet but fine. The entertainment team were limited in what they good do but were always trying their absolute best with every activity or show and always super friendly. The water polo was great fun. The reception and bar staff were always friendly and helpful and I felt for them- the way some of the guests treated them was very poor and they had to put up with a lot of abuse. The cons - the rooms are dated but sure you’re only sleeping in the room anyways! There was no hairdryer in our room and the main bedroom, the mattress stank of urine. We were onto reception and they changed the mattress for us straight away. In changing the mattress however they wrapped up my brand new pajamas with the linen although I kept enquiring without housekeeping, my pajamas were gone, never to be seen again 🙄 The water pressure from the shower was very low and all that the cleaning consisted of was making the beds and sweeping and washing the floors. No glasses/ cups were cleaned nor counters cleaned. Overall we had a great holiday. The hotel could improve in many areas but this would drive the price up. Bottom line, if you’re paying a great price don’t expect luxury. But expect a good break away with some fun and relaxation.

Lovely stay – would definitely return! Currently staying at Paradise Island and having a really nice experience. The hotel is lovely, the pools are always clean, and the rooms are kept very clean too. The staff are all friendly, helpful, and nothing ever seems too much trouble for them. The food has been good with plenty of choice. Overall, we’re really enjoying our stay and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

READ BEFORE BOOKING! On arrival first impression was good, we had a room that was on the 1st floor so didn’t have any problems with any cockroaches but spoke to a lot of gusts that had them in there rooms on the ground floors, the food is awful we ate there on the first night and had a look a couple of nights before going out for food, birds flying and lading on the food they hardly refreshed it if it ran out then you missed it, poor selection, beds was so uncomfortable we asked for a topper on night 3 and got it the next day and it helped! For the 7 days we was there we didn’t see the pools being cleaned once they was filthy, around the pools there are cracked tiles and uneven ground, all inclusive drinks where poor, the “entertainment” …. There is a small area next to the pool bar with about 50 chairs and no chance of getting a table we didn’t get a table there once so saw none but speaking to other guests that got there said it want worth it, we spent most our time in the Irish bar with live music called the old meal which is great The water park is okay had about 6 slides, and we are sure that we saw somewhere that we could go to the sister hotel but when asking the reception they said if you go you will be asked to leave ? Would not stay here and wouldn’t never go back to this hotel, but Lanzarote is a beautiful island
