Overall, I would describe this as a neutral experience. The rooms we stayed in are quite dated and could benefit from refurbishment. The location is decent, and the food is very basic, with limited variety day to day. The entertainment also needs improvement — it felt quite outdated, almost like events from the 1990s. However, the hotel’s interior is very nice, with impressive palm trees and plants hanging from the balconies, which creates a unique and pleasant atmosphere. one think was disappoint the spa and internal pool wasn't working when we got there ,but during the booking this want mention anywhere The staff work very hard to engage and entertain guests. A special mention to Valentine, Cloe, and the other young lady on the team for their efforts — they really do try their best. Considering the price, this hotel offers a good option for families who may not be able to afford a more luxury or VIP-level stay. So overall, this is not a negative review, but a neutral one. I wish the team the best with any future refurbishment work. Thank you for having us — we look forward to seeing improvements and possibly returning in the future.

Excellent hotel, highly recommended! Everything was great! We loved the beautiful, clean rooms and the delicious food. A special thanks to the bartenders — they are very friendly and professional. Regarding the location, it is not right on the coast, but it is only a 10-minute walk to the sea, which is very convenient. Also, the hotel provides a free shuttle bus to the beach that runs on a schedule, which is a huge bonus if you don't want to walk. The only downside is the behavior of some guests, not the hotel itself. It ruins the atmosphere when people come straight from the pool into the restaurant for lunch wet and wrapped in towels, leaving the chairs soaked. When you come dressed nicely, you have to look closely at where you sit. I think the hotel should implement a dress code and not allow people in wet swimwear into the dining area. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely return!

We have just had a really nice relaxing week here, rooms are dated but kept clean & serviced everyday if you want, bathroom clean with twin sinks. Room is quite big, tv, kettle, not enough sockets for charging items but we managed. One English channel (world news) Wifi was good. paper cups for drinks 😆 Balcony a good size & great views, pools are brilliant, hotel is really big so have a good look around, gym small needs updating & improving, showers were good & lockers. work still in progress in spa pool (closed) dining room a good size & clean, food is reasonable & fresh. Hotel is a good 20 minutes walk from main areas there is a free bus laid on 3 times a day which will help some people, large carpark if you need it. music by the pool would have nice if they chose more relaxed stuff to play & not be so repetitive but all in all it is nice there.

Really enjoyed our time here. Looking at a few reviews, I saw a lot that were very negative for very small, subjective reasons. I hope that this will make what this hotel does well a lot easier to understand. Rooms- very spacious and comfortable. The air conditioning worked well in our room and you can leave it on all day so you can come in to a nice cold room (especially on those very warm days). WiFi is available throughout the hotel, speeds vary but it wasn't a snails pace. Not much connection outside at the pool, but wasn't too bothered about that. Drinks- The all inclusive package offers most drinks you can think of, with a small list of cocktails. You are given a list of what you can get when you check in, so its very hard to get confused. Most cocktails are premixed via a machine, so don't expect a full on cocktail bar experience (although I found the cocktails to be very nice). You need to pay a €2 deposit for the cups when you're at the pool, but I've been to hotels that have a token system that works the same. You don't need the euros when drinking in the hotel. San Miguel on tap was very much appreciated. Food- Definitely the most mixed bag of the list. Had some very good food, had some that could've been a bit nicer. Standard hotel buffet, get exactly what you'd expect out of breakfast. Lunch was the most surprising. Very good food, often with items that surpass what dinner had to offer. Dinner was either quite nice or not amazing. They advertise a different cuisine every night (Italian, Indian, asain etc), but often felt half hearted in approach. One night was Indian cuisine and they offered exactly one mystery meat curry and a list of items that definitely weren't indian (including paella, roast potatoes and spaghetti). Most other nights were similar. I understand its a family hotel, but ot became a bit of a let down, especially when other food services they had were so good. That being said, all the food on offer was very nice, just a letdown on the cuisine angle. Some dishes weren't labelled, which I was wary of due to allergies as they wernet obvious what they were (such as the mystery meat curry i meantioned). Lot's of options for desserts. They also offer freshly baked bread and cheeses which was also very nice. Pools- when we were there, the indoor one wasn't open but the outdoor ones were still very nice. There's a pool bar/clubhouse that offers small sandwiches and pastries and drinks. Never had issue finding a sun lounger. There was an activity team, they mainly kept to themselves and the guests that wanted to interact. There's also a mini golf course on site, next to the pools, but it's fairly small and we got round it in about 15 mins. Location- outskirts of Costa Teguise. Theres lots to do in town, including beaches, bars and restaurants. There's a shuttle bus that runs a couple of times during the day from the hotel into the town. A bus timetable is given to you once you check in. Excursions- there are also a number of excursions that the hotel offers. We only did one on our last day, but if we come back, we'd do more. Ranges from town visits to volcano tours and boat parties so theres something for everyone. You are also given a list of those too, with prices and times included. Overall, a good hotel with some really good qualities, but lacking some fairly important things that would make it a lot better

Stayed here for a week, overall experience was good room was a bit outdated, it needed a little bit of TLC. Buffet dinners themes were bit all over the place certain things were missing from like Indian night and Italian night. The memeorable experience for our stay was how entertaining and funny valentine was and how friendly and welcomed he made us feel during our stay, bartenders were also lovely and friendly and gave us some decent chats. Overall would rate this hotel and would come back in the future. Thank you for a pleasant visit from your neighbours in Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿
