Great location, with a beautiful bay just a short walk away. However, if you want to enjoy the beach without the crowds, it’s best to arrive by 8:30. After 11:00, it’s almost impossible to find a free spot. The food was good, and you definitely won’t go hungry. The only suggestion I have is to add pasta to the snack menu instead of offering only French fries, as not all children like them. The animation team does everything they can with the facilities they have. A special thank you to Diana for all her hard work! However, children still get bored because there is no proper kids’ club, no small water slides, and no playground. The entertainment team simply doesn’t have enough facilities to work with. The “Kids Club” is basically just a table outside under two small umbrellas, which is unbearably hot during the day. Our room was excellent. We are very grateful that we were accommodated in the building furthest away from the evening entertainment. It was perfect for our family with a small child. Our son went to bed at 9:00 p.m., and it was always quiet around our room. If you’re traveling with young children, I highly recommend Building 4. We stayed in Room 4142 on the ground floor, with a private terrace and direct access to the pool. It was fantastic. The sofas in the living room were even more comfortable than the beds. The only significant downside was the air conditioning in the bedroom. I asked three times to have it repaired, and each time it worked for about 30 minutes before showing the same error again. The worst part was that the error light flashed very brightly throughout the night, turning the bedroom into a disco. In the end, we had to cover the light ourselves just to be able to sleep. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel. Despite a few drawbacks, we had a very enjoyable stay.

Just spent 10 wonderful nights at this hotel complex, its our 3rd visit overall. Me and my partner love the place. The staff are brilliant and very helpful. Martha on reception and her fellow colleagues are so friendly and very attentive to your needs. I'd recommend it to anybody who's after a nice chilled relaxing holiday. We will be back again sometime in the future. Thank you blue sea 🌊 for looking after us yet again.

What an awful experience I'll lust all the points on why me and my daughter had to move to another hotel 2 days into our holiday 1. When we got to our room it was dingy and dated nothing worked the tv. Phone and WiFi kept dropping as phone wasn't working had to keep running backwards and forwards to reception 2. Air conditioning was not working and when it did it smelt of sewage 3. Safe didn't work 4. Charge of 6 euros daily for beach towels 5. Cockroches in room It was awful.. when i asked to upgrade AND I was prepared to pay extra the manager said I can't as the better rooms where available to book online.. and as they are a business their interest was to sell the rooms online. This comment was shocking to me as they were not willing to satisfy existing customers which were unhappy. I then moved and paid for another hotel for remainder of holiday.. I've never been so dissatisfied with a hotel. AVOID AT ALL COST THEY DO NOT CARE AS THEY WHERE FULLY BOOKED.

First of all Luis was the one standing out from all staff. Even though all staff were very nice, Luis was always polite, funny, full of smile, positive energy and professionalism. Great dancer and singer. Ps. He really does look like Dwayne Johnson lol. Another great holiday experience in this wonderful place. Lots of love to all 🫶

Luis is an amazing entertainer. All day, every day he makes an effort with everyone. Making them laugh and being so entertaining and friendly. Best entertainer I have come across on a holiday.
