We last visited this hotel 9 years ago when it was the Aluasoul. I understood it had been renovated since but it looks like it was only the bar area. Our room was on the 4th floor looking north. It was adequate for a few days stay but we felt it did not have enough storage or floorspace for a 10 night stay. The hotel was very clean and staff very friendly and efficient. All spoke great English. The restaurant served quality food but too little choice for us. The fresh bread on offer was terrific. The bar service was very good with some international brands on all inclusive. We enjoyed our stay and may consider returning on a shorter stay basis.

We stayed in Room 202 between 22/06/26 and 02/07/26. We originally had booked on a Half Board Basis, opting for Breakfast and Evening Meals, flying from Gatwick at 16.50 on the Monday, arriving at Palma airport then on our return departing at 11.35, travelling with TUI. The Pool There was a very large pool, plus off to the side was a smaller pool for lounging about it. We chose to go down at around 07.00 daily – both so we could get the same spot each day and also as we sat there for ½ an hour when it was cool and then have breakfast and be back – the pool officially was not “manned” until 10.30 although people did go in the pool and music was played early, the bar was open from around 10.00 Sunbed reserving – in my view placing a towel on your bed and wandering off for hours is not really acceptable and to be fair, wasn’t really done – mainly people came down early, stayed for about an hour – then went to breakfast – you could always get a sunbed – but whether it was in a position you wanted, was down to your arrival time. The beds were clean, tidy and did what they needed – there were tables too and umbrellas, which were had fixed bases – so you could put them up or down or take them out – but, you could not move your umbrella – this in my view meant that there was always some shade for everyone. The water was not freezing and allowed respite from the sun. People coming down at midday still got beds. Daily Activities. Usual fair of rifle shooting(!!), darts and table tennis – with yoga too, then Aquafit – Aquagym, with Martin for 45 minutes was great. He took control and made them dance, exercise and conga in, out and around the pool. His daily music selection was comfortable to listen to and his fitness mix was great. The water polo was great to watch too. Plenty of space in the pool aswell Evening Activities. Karaoke, Disco was the norm – I think that the World Cup didn’t help as there were no dancers, acrobats, comedians etc – what I felt was a shame that if the Music/Quiz/Bingo was advertised, we might have gone as we only found about the Bingo on our last day. Martin though, was crazy – he was the life and soul of the entertainment, was polite and energetic and great to watch and listen to. The hotel is clean and tidy, the lifts are a bit cramped and sweaty but being on the 2nd floor wasn’t much of an issue so we used the stairs. Overall, we enjoyed our holiday, we could relax and do nothing all day every day. We would come back but I think we may either just do B & B or Half Board (it’s a shame, you cant swap lunch for dinner on occasions) As above – we would certainly stay at the Bordoy again. Spent 10 days here recently. The hotel is lovely- it is absolutely spotlessly clean in all areas. The staff are lovely and make you feel really welcome. The food is good and there is nightly entertainment in the bar area. If you go all inclusive, there is a good choice of drinks and each day they have a cocktail of the day. It's got a great relaxed feel to the place and is about 10 mins walk from the beach. If you want to venture into the old town, there is a bus stop 2 minutes walk from the hotel ( bus 324) that takes you there. Alcudia port is just a 15 minute walk away but just be aware that if you are visiting around the 10th May there is an Iron Man competition that takes place in the port area and on the beach

Firstly, ignore all the negative reviews about "rude" staff or "poor" food options. These people clearly didn't attempt even basic Spanish and were probably gutted they didnt serve chicken nuggets and chips every night Now, we stayed here for 10 nights all inclusive for our babymoon and it was fantastic! Staff: the staff are incredible! Honestly, they were super attentive, polite, engaging and just a joy to be around. They were also super helpful to me, helping me learn Spanish for "without alcohol" and even regularly brought drinks over to me to save me standing. They couldn't seem to do enough for us (yes, we learned basic Spanish, learned new words they taught us and were also polite and engaging in return) Rooms: the rooms were very light and clean. Simple but what more do you need from a room? The beds were quite soft which my partner found comfortable but I did not. There isnt a huge amount of storage for clothes but 2 of us for 10 days managed without any issues. There is also a drying rack on the balcony so, if you need to wash a few items, it's easy to hang things up to dry. There is also options to have your room cleaned daily or not at all. We found that useful for getting fresh towels without having to have everything changed. My only criticism is the shower in the bathroom. It's a waterfall shower head with an additional shower head that is lower down...but it was exceptionally powerful and rather uncomfortable. If you didnt have the power up really high, the waterfall shower head activated! Not good Drinks: there is a decent selection of wines, beers and cocktails (as well as non-alcoholic options available) and all inclusive guests also get discounts on other beverages that aren't included Food: the food is buffet style and lunch dinner is on a 7 day rotation. Breakfast is a selection of continental items plus hot breakfast items like eggs, bacon, local sausages, potato rostis, vegetables, beans etc as well as a selection of yogurts, fruits, cereals and pastries Lunch is a selection of cold meats/cheeses/salads with a variety of hot options which changes daily (Ive included some photos) Dinner is a themed night each night (Balaeric, Middle Easter, Under The Sea, Mexican, Italian, Oriental, Sweet Tooth) with a selection of staples (such as salads) but the proteins and carbs change. They also have a hot grill they cook on fresh such as a variety of meats, fish and veggies. They also do a variety of different paellas which are incredible Desserts are also different most nights with some repetition but they try to keep in theme. The almond cake was my absolute favourite! Snacks: for all inclusive guests, they also serve warm pastries, sandwiches and cakes between 3pm and 4:30pm everyday in the bar area which is lovely (the pain aux chocolate is especially tasty) All in all, we had a lovely holiday. Plenty of sunbeds to go around, lots of food and drink options, lovely rooms and amazing staff. Highly recommend 🌟

We had a great stay at the Bordoy - the overall atmosphere at the hotel was very relaxed thanks to it being adult-only with plenty of great facilities. In the restaurant, there were plenty of both regional and continental dishes to chose from, though the restaurant at dinner time did on occasion have a small wait of 10-15 minutes for a table at peak times, it also meant the restaurant was very loud, which may be less suitable to those with sensory issues. The whole hotel was immaculately maintained, the cleaning and maintenance staff do a wonderful job of maintaining the upkeep of the hotel, and pool area. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, notably Ismael in the bar area serving drinks and Ricard in the restaurant, as well as Martin who was the perfect entertainer, hosting both the karaoke and music bingo nights, his energy really got everyone involved; he knew how to work a crowd! Pili also does an excellent job around the hotel, it was clear she works incredibly hard, and always had a smile on her face. As a first experience of all inclusive, I was very impressed, and would highly recommend this hotel.
