Just returned from a 7 night stay (Aug26) and I can honestly say we could not fault this place. From the moment we arrived, we were well looked after. We had one of the lovely apartments down by the beach with our own jacuzzi. Inside was very pleasant with a massive bathroom and huge walk in shower with rain and waterfall, as well as side jets. Amazing! Room was serviced every day. We were all inclusive and wanted for nothing. Excellent choice of food (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner) as well as a nice al a cart next to pool bar and a wood fire pizza place that was open for lunch. Buffet had different themes every day, and there was, if any, too many choices. (we put on weight) There is also a Coffee Club behind the pool bar which is very good. Great selection of drinks, day & night, and entertainment at night was ok. The staff work very hard and everything runs like a well oiled machine. They are very friendly and more than happy to assist you. We have no problem recommending this hotel and look forward to our return again some day.

Stars of the show were the staff. From domestic/restaurants/bars/coffee club/spa, the entire list of facilities. Friendly, welcoming, helpful, attentive. Left several tips that were well deserved. Hotel itself was beautiful. Quiet, peaceful, good food, incredible spa, extras like poolside pizza and coffee club are also fantastic. San agustin is a lovely quiet place and only a short and cheap taxi away from busier areas such as maspalomas. Perfect stay if youre looking for an adults only gran canaria holiday

I spent 4 days here and enjoyed every moment. Choose this holiday due to Gran Canaria having the most sunshine. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is alot of activities to do, such as yoga, pirates, archery, mini golf, shooting tournaments. The pools are beautiful and kept very clean. The rooms are spacious with good size balcony 👌. The entertainment was okay but I would say some entertainment was a little lack luster. As it was all inclusive, we had free access to the spa which included sauna, steam room and salt pool. The beauty treatment and massages was not included so you would have to book and pay. There is also a tennis court for people who had the energy to play 😂. I just wanted to chill be the pool. In front of the hotel was the beach and my sun lounges you could use, however they did require a fee. Nice walk around the hotel. Yes, I would go back to the hotel.

Stayed for 11 nights in a pool bungalow .On arrival had to be moved to main hotel room after complaining as the smell of damp and mold was overwhelming,safe didn't work, bedroom window wouldnt lock, wires exposed. Pool bungalows need massive renovation as incredibly dated as main hotel rooms are much nicer for much less money. Everything at hotel is very average.Made the most of our stay but no where near as good as other 4 stars AI's we have stayed in.

Overall ok, the hotel feels a bit dated and the room is basic, but comfortable. Nice balcony too. It's mainly older people (over 50), and the lack of children makes it a lot more quiet.
