A lovely adult only hotel with excellent service. The rooms are large and clean with plenty of storage. The downside possibly being the shower over the bath. Although I know this is not all the rooms. There are plenty of rooms for people with limited mobility including wheelchairs. All areas have ramps and plenty of space for mobility aids. Please take note I am saying this from a fully mobile person's view. There are several people here with wheelchairs etc. The outside area is clean and tidy, with plenty of sunbeds. No rushing for a sunbed in the morning as you choose your bed on arrival and keep it for the duration of the stay. This is done with a ticket attached to your bed. There are two pools and a large bar with drinks, snacks and pizza. All staff are super helpful and friendly. The dining area has a huge variety of food including gluten free and vegetarian. Access to the beach is with a coded gate. The beach is huge and child friendly with a lovely walk along the coast for several miles, all wheelchair friendly. There isn't a huge amount of shops and just a few tavernas that we found. We went all inclusive.

Very good SPA & pool area and plenty of sun beds. Hotel had mostly older guests from Germany. Restaurant breakfast buffet service excellent. Good daily schedule of activities, gym, plays and evening shows. Room, it's cleaning, bathoom were good level, all worked fine. Highly recommend.

This is the second time I have been to this wonderful hotel (all inclusive) and on my own, First off it's a twenty minute trip from the airport, check-in was quick and easy and my room was very clean and a comfy bed, the balcony is large (with two very good seats) and in the sun for most of the day. The food is excellent and lots of choice at all times of the day, pool heated and beautiful gardens that lead down to a gate to the beach. As I was on my own this is a shout-out to the superb staff at the hotel especially Fernando P and Ana P who looked after me and are so friendly thank you!!

Wonderful holiday, could not fault this hotel at all. The staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble, whether you were in the restaurant, bar, or around the pool side, they just made it the best experience. Facilities and location were perfect too, so much so we have already booked our return trip for next year!

This hotel did not meet my expectations, but I can understand how others may prefer to stay here. The hotel is near the beach, but not on the beach. One has to travel through a gate to get to the beach area, and my preference would be that the beach feels more like it's part of the hotel. I paid for all-inclusive, but I did not particularly like the food. The food is more for people from the U.K., and there is also portions that are made particularly for the German visitors. There is enough food, but I found the food rather bland. Since the overwhelming amount of people are 60+, for those watching salt intake, don't like spicy food, or are on a restricted diet, the cuisine is appropriate. They have dancing every night with live entertainment. I was surprised that a lot of people know the standard dances (i.e. Jive, Rhumba, Samba, Quick-Step). The atmosphere is relaxed and the wait staff is friendly. Speaking of all-inclusive, I was disappointed that I only had one bottle of water in the room, and no stocked refrigerator. I've had this at other resorts so I was surprised that the room had no supplemental refreshments. The pool allows only one pizza, per person, per day. If I'm all-inclusive, I don't expect that I'm limited on my food. I was also surprised that the only ice cream available during the day is not included in the all-inclusive terms. The bar pizza is good, and the bar restaurant where one must order al a carte is good and wort a try. I read some comments previously online that long pants are required for supper. This is true, but if you're a grown adult and are traveling, part of what you should bring is at least one good pair of pants and a shirt so I don't find this requirement unreasonable. I also read that the staff are not very quick, but my observations are that they are the same all over the area. Either people are confusing cultural differences or want unreasonably fast service. I would also note that they have enough sunbeds for everybody. You get a reserved place, so no getting up early to put your towel on a chair. Overall this is a decent hotel and I would recommend for my friends that want to come, sit by the pool, and relax.
