This hotel did not meet my expectations, but I can understand how others may prefer to stay here. The hotel is near the beach, but not on the beach. One has to travel through a gate to get to the beach area, and my preference would be that the beach feels more like it's part of the hotel. I paid for all-inclusive, but I did not particularly like the food. The food is more for people from the U.K., and there is also portions that are made particularly for the German visitors. There is enough food, but I found the food rather bland. Since the overwhelming amount of people are 60+, for those watching salt intake, don't like spicy food, or are on a restricted diet, the cuisine is appropriate. They have dancing every night with live entertainment. I was surprised that a lot of people know the standard dances (i.e. Jive, Rhumba, Samba, Quick-Step). The atmosphere is relaxed and the wait staff is friendly. Speaking of all-inclusive, I was disappointed that I only had one bottle of water in the room, and no stocked refrigerator. I've had this at other resorts so I was surprised that the room had no supplemental refreshments. The pool allows only one pizza, per person, per day. If I'm all-inclusive, I don't expect that I'm limited on my food. I was also surprised that the only ice cream available during the day is not included in the all-inclusive terms. The bar pizza is good, and the bar restaurant where one must order al a carte is good and wort a try. I read some comments previously online that long pants are required for supper. This is true, but if you're a grown adult and are traveling, part of what you should bring is at least one good pair of pants and a shirt so I don't find this requirement unreasonable. I also read that the staff are not very quick, but my observations are that they are the same all over the area. Either people are confusing cultural differences or want unreasonably fast service. I would also note that they have enough sunbeds for everybody. You get a reserved place, so no getting up early to put your towel on a chair. Overall this is a decent hotel and I would recommend for my friends that want to come, sit by the pool, and relax.

Amazing hotel with really nice staff! The hotel was super clean and smelled amazing any time you walked in. The staff at reception were very welcoming and attentive especially Fabio! The spa was very lovely and super clean. This hotel is 100% for people that enjoy a much quieter location with the beach 2 seconds away. The food was average however the seafood section was great especially the fish churros. Overall great hotel ⭐️

Adults only hotel. Very clean and tidy . Staff very friendly and helpful. Good idea that pool sun loungers are asigned for the whole of your stay once you have chosen the one you want . Very quiet hotel in a good location.

Let me start with the only, minor disadvantage. Our room offered a view of a parking lot with the ocean in the distance. That said, our holiday was simply amazing. This hotel and it's staff go to the extreme to offer you an experience to never forget.

Superb hotel, we loved our holiday in early May 2025, food excellent, staff excellent, rooms are good, could do with a little bathroom modernisation. Grounds are stunning, pools are excellent, everything is kept tidy and well maintained. Exceptional places - the Spa, beautiful pool, Steam room, sauna, Dead Sea salt water pool and cold plunge, roof solarium also very good. Good animation team and activities.
