We had a mixed experience at Cape Fahn Hotel. The good: The room was beautiful, very well maintained, and the private pool was large and really enjoyable. The breakfast was nice, and the spa massage was excellent and reasonably priced. The less good: Getting to and from the hotel is quite complicated. There are boat transfers only until 11 PM, and if you return later than that you need to inform the reception in advance. Some staff members made us feel uncomfortable about this instead of handling it pleasantly. There was also a woman working at the pool who was rude and unfriendly, which really affected the atmosphere. In general, throughout the stay there was often a feeling that guests were expected to keep spending more money, which made the experience feel less relaxed and welcoming. We also asked for a late check-out. Of course we understand that this is never guaranteed, but the hotel seemed half empty and it felt like there was no real effort to accommodate the request. The pool and facilities are nice, but not as impressive as we expected from this level of hotel. Overall, if the hotel itself felt truly exceptional in every aspect, the complicated access might have been worth it. For us, unfortunately, it wasn’t, and we would not return.

The best hotel we have ever stayed at by an absolute mile. We were incredibly excited for our trip to Cape Fahn, but nothing could have prepared us for just how special this place truly is. From start to finish, it was a flawless, unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived at the airport, we were warmly welcomed by Dima, which instantly set the tone for the entire stay. The service from that point on was simply exceptional — every member of staff went out of their way to make us feel relaxed, cared for, and completely at home. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and every small detail was handled perfectly. The hotel itself is breathtaking. The villas are stunning, and immaculately maintained, offering complete privacy while still feeling luxurious and welcoming - each villa has their own private pool, so cool. The island and beach are absolutely magical - peaceful, pristine, and the perfect escape from the outside world. It genuinely feels like stepping into paradise. A huge thank you must go to Dima and Neef especially, who were both amazing and truly made our stay even more special. They made the stay even better than it already would have been! If we could give this 100 stars, we would!!

A true favorite destination. I was initially a bit worried about discovering a culture completely unfamiliar to me, but I was quickly reassured by the seamless organization and warm support from Cape Fahn Hotel, starting right from our arrival at the airport. The hotel stands out for its discreet charm, stunning location, and outstanding service. The team is attentive, always available, and genuinely dedicated to meeting every need with care and kindness. This island offers a real escape, a peaceful and revitalizing experience surrounded by beautiful Thai nature. An absolute paradise! Cape Fahn Hotel exceeded all of our expectations. The private island location is breathtaking and offers the perfect mix of luxury and tranquility. Our room was stunning, immaculately clean, and very private. What truly made our stay unforgettable, though, was the impeccable service—the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.
