Koh Samui’s famous Big Buddha is a must see during your stay, just 15 minutes away from Centara Reserve Samui. This is also the perfect location for lovers of diving and snorkelling.

I don't have a bad word to say about this hotel!! Everything was perfect!! From the hotel itself which looks like heaven to the amazing employees who work there who always make sure that nothing is missing. Extremely high service awareness. Thanks to the amazing Michelle who took care of us from day one and to the stunning Sandy from the hotel's steakhouse. Crazy breakfast - (for celiacs here there is a gluten-free stand of bread, cereals and cakes). Recommend!!

This hotel is truly an excellent place to stay. The service staff are extremely attentive and always make you feel welcome. One of the highlights was the free minibar, which was a very nice touch. Every day, you can even order a small surprise to be delivered to your room, which made the stay feel extra special. The hotel is very clean and well maintained, and the rooms are well equipped, including effective protection against mosquitoes. The breakfast is absolutely amazing — a huge variety, high quality, and something for every taste. It was definitely one of the highlights of the stay. Overall, a fantastic hotel with great service and thoughtful details. I would definitely recommend it and would happily stay here again.

I am beyond impressed with my stay at this hotel. I informed the team in advance that I was visiting to celebrate my birthday, and they kindly prepared a lovely complimentary surprise for me. ​The check-in process was perfectly on time; the staff even called to notify me as soon as the room was ready. The valet service made parking hassle-free. For breakfast, I loved the variety, which included both a high-quality à la carte menu and a full buffet line. ​What truly stands out is the staff. From the front desk and restaurant team to the housekeepers and security guards, everyone was incredibly polite and professional. It is clear that they have a genuine service mindset. With top-notch facilities, this hotel has everything you need. Highly recommended!

The hotel is in a great area. Walkable to alot of food options. The hotel is beautiful with a awesome and accommodating staff. The hotel is kid friendly they also have a kids club. There is a great pool area and beach sitting area. The grounds are 10/10 The rooms are spotless clean as well Highly recommend, if you can get a room!

We stayed at Centara Reserve Samui, which is a very beautiful, clean, and well-maintained hotel with incredibly kind and friendly staff. The breakfast selection was great, and the hotel offers excellent facilities. Our room was cleaned several times a day, which was a big plus. The location is also very convenient, close to Central Samui. However, we felt that there wasn’t much to do at the hotel. Although it is marketed as a resort, there were no activities and no music by the pool, which made the atmosphere quite calm. Overall, a very beautiful hotel, but if you are looking for a place with more atmosphere, activities, and a lively vibe, this might not be the right choice 🙂
