I am beyond impressed with my stay at this hotel. I informed the team in advance that I was visiting to celebrate my birthday, and they kindly prepared a lovely complimentary surprise for me. ​The check-in process was perfectly on time; the staff even called to notify me as soon as the room was ready. The valet service made parking hassle-free. For breakfast, I loved the variety, which included both a high-quality à la carte menu and a full buffet line. ​What truly stands out is the staff. From the front desk and restaurant team to the housekeepers and security guards, everyone was incredibly polite and professional. It is clear that they have a genuine service mindset. With top-notch facilities, this hotel has everything you need. Highly recommended!

Centara Reserve Samui is by far the best of the best, a true 5 star resort that deserves every bit of its luxury reputation. I celebrated my milestone birthday here in end of August, and it was simply unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed. Check-in was smooth and warm, and everyone we met was professional, kind, and thoughtful. They took time to explain all the facilities, ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Our room was absolutely stunning, with an amazing view, luxurious details, and immaculate cleanliness, moreover, full of surprised small details in the room. Every corner was spotless, which truly impressed me!! The atmosphere felt both elegant and comfortable, making it hard to leave the room! Breakfast each morning was another highlight, a wide variety of fresh selections served with a breathtaking ocean view. I also loved how beautifully they maintain the beach; the sand was extremely clean, you could see no trash but tiny shells beneath your feet. What truly made our stay exceptional was the warmth of the entire team. From the first minute to the last, they made us feel so special. A heartfelt thank you to everyone, especially Ms. Natty and Ms. Sandy, for their kindness and professional care during our stay. We’ll definitely be back to this little piece of paradise.

We didn’t stay at this hotel, but after stopping by the restaurant for lunch, it instantly made us wish we had. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and it’s set right on the beach. The pools looked really nice, and the restaurant was a standout — an awesome spot with a perfect view overlooking the ocean. Even just visiting for a meal was worth it.

Stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and had a splendid experience. The service was exceptional and the breakfast was amazing. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, giving the whole place such warm vibes. We travelled with our 1-year-old and every request; from her food to a bottle sterilizer, was taken care of without any hassle. Truly appreciated the hospitality. Will definitely recommend and would love to come back!

Great comfortable and clean rooms. Very friendly service. Rey nice breakfast buffet. We ate at the restaurant at. Ight which was also excellent. My daughter said the pad thai at the pool was the best she ever had. Very central, walking distance to so many places. About 10-15 minutes from the airport!
