We’ve just returned from our holiday from Club Del Sol and everything about it was just perfect. We loved: how the pools were dotted in different locations around the hotel and how clean and well maintained they all are! The entertainment was perfect, normally the kids discos on holidays are overstimulated and crazy but somehow they made them fun for the kids without being too much. Everywhere around the hotel is so clean and SO well maintained! Spa was gorgeous, drinks were great, staff were so welcoming and helpful, room was clean and modern, I could go on.. The hotel is about 20 minute walk to a town with shops but for us that was fine! Also regular buses going to and from Alcudia or Pollença which were super cheap buses. The entertainment staff were amazing, their energy was incredible and made the whole holiday really fun. Thank you!

We had such a lovely week at this hotel and would happily come back. The food was delicious with plenty of choice, and all of the staff were so friendly and hardworking, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The entertainment was really enjoyable each evening. It’s a smaller hotel that never felt over crowded or too busy, which we really appreciated. The local towns were easy to get to with short bus rides, so it was nice to get out and explore. It’s a brilliant hotel for families and had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

We’ve just come home from a gorgeous week in this hotel, we had the best week as a family of 4. The staff are absolutely incredible making sure everyone is happy and so friendly and lovely towards our little ones, the kids club was great staff were engaging and fun my son went 3 times and got involved with lots of the entertainment, Alexander was so bubbly and lovely! The hotel was super clean and the breakfast buffet was just perfect to get our day started each day! There was absolutely no fault, each department were so wonderful and friendly from reception staff to the dinning hall staff they were always lovely warm friendly and we would 100% return ! Thankyou for a fabulous stay! The bar team also made our holiday with their wonderful cocktails and daily chats!! Thankyou so much

We stayed here for 5 days in May. A very good 4 star. All the staff are so lovely , Amanda was so lovely with our two boys. They couldn’t do enough for us , 5 star service. Breakfast was great , lots of choice and very clean everywhere . Very good coffee. We had a hire car which I would recommend if you can , as it’s quite out of the port . Especially with young kids. Pool bar food was fine . Usual stuff . Our apartment was spotless and had everything we needed - hob , fridge freezer , microwave, kettle , Nespresso coffee machine . The pools were cold but we did go beginning of May . The beach at puerto pollensa is lovely And just down the road . Mini disco was fab for the kids and they had an incredible Bubble show , the kids club staff were great with the kids. Fab pool with slides for the kids too Very good cocktails and all freshly made - better than some 5 star resorts we’ve stayed at. Good reasonable prices on the drinks . We will definitely return to this lovely Resort.

First time at the hotel, arrived around lunchtime the receptionist gave us rundown on the hotels amenities and the local area and then told us our rooms were ready which was great to be able to ditch the luggage. The rooms are a good size and Theresa kept them spick n span during our stay. In the restaurant Carmen greeted us every time with a big smile and showed us to the table. The food choice here is superb. The pool area is a great size with lots of sun loungers available. The pool bar /restaurant has a really good lunch menu Arslan greeted us each time with his best Northern Irish accent and his team were all lovely keeping us hydrated with Verdejo. Thanks very much to the staff we had such a lovely holiday we have booked to go back in 2027 😃
