We booked a last-minute trip here at the end of March for the week, Absolutely loved it. The staff were amazing so friendly even though it was ever so quiet the entertainment staff really made my little boy feel included. Every day he couldn’t wait to go to kids club to see them. We loved the food, especially the sushi night! The rooms were big clean and everything we needed we had a room outside the pool area. I also like the fact that this hotel wasn’t massive. I would 100% go again. There’s also a little restaurant that I have to mention called the hideaway and the food there was brilliant that is just outside the hotel. Thank you all for a lovely holiday, No negatives here apart from it would’ve helped if the wind was a little less 😂

Third visit and again a wonderful 2 weeks. First staff, lead by Arslan who always spend time with all guests ensuring their needs were met, thank you. Next Carmen, Marga, Asun, Saul and Amanda.the guys in the restaurant who met us each day smiling ready to help. Our room pristine and kept that way by Theresa. To the Chef and his crew, the food served was 5 star. Reception staff ready to help and a big shout out to Danny and Samantha. Location is perfect with a good bus service to Pollenca and Alcudia and if relaxing is your thing there are lots of sun loungers by the pool with a wonderful cafe for food and refreshments. Please let the staff members we have mentioned know how much they contributed to our holiday and because of this we will be back 2027 Sasha and Will

Lovely place a bit out of the way of the towns 20min walk to beach and bus ride to alcudia. Staff were friendly pools and rooms were nice. Spa was lovely. Food was a bit hit and miss. Unfortunately we got a tummy bug on the last day which ruined it.

I enjoyed my stay in this hotel very much. First of all, the staff is very kind and helpful and motivated. Staff can make or break the experience, here they definitely make it! Thanks to everyone, especially the kind employee who helped me when I locked myself out on the balcony in the evening! Furthermore, everything is clean and my room was bright, spacious and modern. Breakfast and dinner buffet were nice and affordable and there were also several vegetarian options. The pool area was nice and clean and I always found a free spot. I'll be happy to visit again any time.

Stayed here for a week for cycling vacation. Staff was very friendly with a bike shop with all the tools you need to assemble or repair your bike. The food is excellent and there's plenty of it no matter how hungry you are after the bike ride. Best of all, when I was jet lagged and up at 5:30am in the morning assembling my bike, the Staff was willing to let me assemble it in their lobby so I wouldn't have to do it while shivering. The location is close to all the bike shuttles, and the bus outside the hotel takes you to both Port Pollenca and Alcudia if you need a day off the bike. My two complaints are that the pool is unheated (seems standard in all of Mallorca, but just be aware that in April you'll take one swim in the pool after a bike ride and never again), and the breakfast service starts a bit too late if you need to hop onto the Andratx or Lluc shuttle.
