Conrad Koh Samui was truly exceptional. Waking up to the breathtaking ocean views every morning felt magical, and the overall atmosphere was incredibly peaceful. The service was impeccable, and I’d especially like to mention Mark, who helped us greatly during our stay and made everything smooth and effortless. The staff were genuinely warm, attentive, and thoughtful throughout. We also absolutely loved the farm tour. We were told it was built before COVID, and it is truly a one-of-a-kind experience. Being able to feed goats, pigs, buffalo, chickens, and even turtles was such a special and memorable part of our stay. The breakfast was consistently delicious, and while the resort is quite secluded, that very remoteness is what makes it so special- quiet, private, and perfect for unwinding. An unforgettable experience, and we would absolutely love to return.

Truly a paradise on earth! The views of the Five Islands are breathtaking, but the legendary service is what will bring us back. A massive thank you to Khun Nina and Khun Fay. They went above and beyond to assist with our room arrangements and prepared wonderful surprises for my birthday and my 2-year-old son. The level of care we received was unmatched. The warmth here starts from the top, it was impressive to see Mr. Marco, personally greeting guests at breakfast. The smiles from every staff member are genuine and heartwarming. If you are looking for the perfect getaway, look no further. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed 5 nights at the Conrad at the end of December. Stunning location and rooms. Probably more steep then we expected so buggies were necessary particularly when going downhill but they were easy to arrange via WhatsApp. We had the odd hiccup during our stay but overall it was a fantastic holiday for our family of five (including three teenage boys). We loved the jet skis, pools, the amazing breakfast buffets and some of the tours we arranged through the Conrad (the elephant sanctuary was fantastic, along with the White Lotus tour which took us privately to lots of the main attractions). A trip to the spa is a must.. and going at sunset was very special. The Conrad has an amazing team who work so hard to ensure a great guest experience. Special mention to Ian, Aye, and Golf who went above and beyond and we shared a few laughs with. And the warm greetings we received each morning from the restaurant staff set the tone for the day so beautifully. A highlight was the New Year’s Eve function… We almost didn’t attend as it was the last night of our trip but so glad we did. A great vibe and an amazing private fire show.

Every detail reflects why this resort has earned its Forbes status. The purpose of this trip was to propose to my now fiancé, and the events team was incredible from start to finish. My stay at Conrad Koh Samui was truly one of the most special and memorable resort experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with a cool towel and a refreshing drink, and Mark made sure I felt cared for right away. He greeted me with such genuine warmth and continued to check in throughout my stay. His hospitality didn’t stop when I left the resort either. When I moved to another property that wasn’t able to help me with the excursions I wanted, I reached back out to Mark. He arranged everything for me and even organized transportation back to the Conrad. When I returned, they welcomed me as if I had never left. That level of care and follow-through is incredibly rare. The villa experience was beyond anything I could have imagined. I was upgraded to a beautiful two-bedroom villa with a private infinity pool and sweeping ocean views that honestly didn’t feel real. I spent most of my time simply enjoying the space, the quiet, and the view. I even chose in-room dining multiple times because I didn’t want to leave my villa. Every time I called for a buggy, it felt like my own private ride, and they always arrived within minutes. The food was the best I had on Koh Samui. Breakfast had an amazing variety, and I loved that you could take fresh coconut water back to your villa. The coffee was excellent, and the latte art was always beautifully done, which made my mornings feel extra special. Every meal, whether at the restaurant or in my villa, felt thoughtful and elevated. One moment that truly touched me was when I accidentally burned a small hole in my dress. I had thrown it away, but the housekeeping team noticed and instead of discarding it, they repaired it with a beautiful stitched detail and returned it to me. It was such an unexpected and heartfelt gesture. That level of attention and kindness says everything about the people who work here. The resort offers complimentary classes and activities as well. I attended a coffee brewing class and a kombucha class, and they also offer tea-making and many other experiences on property. There is so much to do, yet it’s also the perfect place to do absolutely nothing but relax. Turndown service each evening included a thoughtful themed card and small detail that made the stay feel personal and intentional. When I first arrived, there was also a handwritten welcome note paired with a fruit basket in the villa, which was such a warm touch. They provide complimentary bottled water, teas, coffee, milk, mosquito spray, and coils for outdoor comfort. Every detail feels considered. Conrad Koh Samui is the true definition of quiet luxury. It’s peaceful, private, and beautifully designed, but what makes it unforgettable is the people. The service here is genuine, warm, and from the heart. I cannot recommend this resort enough, and I’m so grateful to Mark and the entire team for making my time there so special. 🤍🇹🇭
