Our stay at Conrad Koh Samui was nothing short of exceptional. From the breathtaking ocean views and beautiful villas to the warm hospitality throughout the resort, every moment felt special. However, what truly made this trip unforgettable was the outstanding care and personal attention we received from the team. We were celebrating our anniversary, and after initially feeling disappointed about a room change, Manager Heli went above and beyond to turn our experience around. Her kindness, empathy, and genuine desire to make our celebration memorable were evident in every interaction. The little touches she arranged made us feel truly valued and cared for, not just as guests, but as people celebrating an important day. I've stayed at many wonderful properties, but the level of personalized service we received from Heli and her team stands out. She listened, understood how much this anniversary meant to us, and created an experience that far exceeded our expectations. Thank you, Heli, and everyone at Conrad Koh Samui, for making our anniversary so special. We arrived excited, left with unforgettable memories, and are already looking forward to our next visit. This resort was absolute heaven. During my time on Koh Samui I stayed at four different 5‑star properties, and this one stood out as the best by far. I was in Villa 206, with a king bed and sweeping ocean views. Its location was ideal, close enough to the main pool and breakfast area that I could walk instead of waiting for a buggy. At checkout, the staff asked if there was anything I would change, and I genuinely had no suggestions—my stay was perfect, and I will absolutely return. My only critique relates to pre‑arrival communication. I stayed at two Hilton and two Marriott properties on the island, and the Marriott hotels excelled at reaching out beforehand. They emailed to ask about dining preferences and notified me if upgrades were available, which made it easy to arrange reservations or activities in advance. That small touch of proactive communication was something I missed here. The resort’s location is also worth noting. It sits on the far side of the island, away from shopping areas and the airport. When I transferred from another hotel, it took several attempts to secure a Grab driver willing to make the trip out, though leaving the resort was much easier. Despite the remoteness, the property offers plenty of activities and excellent dining options, so you never feel isolated. In short: flawless stay, breathtaking villa, and a resort I’ll happily return to.

Our stay at Conrad Koh Samui was easily one of the best on our Thailand trip this year. The private pool made it hard to want to leave the villa at all. Dining was a real strength here. Breakfast at Aow Thai every morning was consistently good and we also enjoyed meals at Azure. Dinner at Jahn stood out as a highlight of the whole stay and having an in-villa floating breakfast one morning was such a lovely surprise touch. We also had a wonderful couples spa treatment at Conrad Spa, which was a great way to unwind after days of exploring. The transfers to and from the airport were smooth and the staff throughout our stay were warm and attentive. Highly recommend Conrad Koh Samui for couples looking for a relaxing, well rounded escape.

We had a wonderful experience at Conrad Koh Samui. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with breathtaking views, a peaceful atmosphere, and exceptional service throughout our stay. Every detail was carefully considered, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy Koh Samui. One of our favorite spots was definitely the KO Lounge, where we enjoyed delicious cocktails in a beautiful and welcoming setting. A very special mention goes to Jolie, who made every visit even better. He was always incredibly kind, welcoming, and friendly, greeting us with the biggest smile and making us feel comfortable every single time. And of course, the cocktails were absolutely delicious!

One of the most beautuful hotels weve ever stayed. I would rate 4.5 stars⭐️ Thank you all for an amazing week at Conrad. We really hope we’ll get the chance to come back someday. Here are a few things that might be helpful if you’re thinking about booking this hotel: * The hotel is quite far from everything, but that’s not necessarily a bad thing. It really depends on what you’re looking for. We’ve stayed on the other side of Samui before, where there are plenty of restaurants, shops and nightlife. This time, we actually preferred the quieter side of the island where “nothing” really happens. It feels much more authentic, almost jungle, with stunning scenery, lovely little local restaurants, and beautiful roads to explore by scooter. It feels like paradise. The other side of the island is much more built up and city vibe, in our opinion, nowhere near as beautiful. * The villas have amazing private pools, so we didnt need to use the main pool. The bed was super comfortable and the room itself was excellent. The only thing I missed was a makeup mirror in the bathroom (it looks like the larger villas have one) * Even though the hotel is surrounded by nature, they’ve done an amazing job with pest control. We didn’t see a single mosquito anywhere on the hotel grounds during our stay. * The food at the hotel’s restaurants was delicious, and the service was always warm and friendly. Breakfast was excellent as well. There are also several great local restaurants and a 7 eleven just short scooter or taxi ride away. * The gym is very good, and outside you’ll also find facilities for activities like badminton and table tennis. Cons: * One thing I’d do differently next time is book through the American Express Fine Hotels + Resorts program. That way you would get late check-out if you have an evening flight. We booked directly through the hotel and even if having diamond status, we weren’t able to get a late checkout. * One thing that disappointed us was that the hotel didn’t let us know in advance that there would be a wedding during our stay. We booked only about a week before arriving, so the hotel would have known about the event, and it would have been thoughtful to mention it beforehand. Our villa was right next to the wedding venue, and unfortunately the noise completely ruined one of our vacation days. We had planned to spend a relaxing day at our villa, but instead we ended up leaving the hotel because the music and celebrations were simply too loud. * Housekeeping was sometimes late, around sunset time. After spending the day out, it would have been nice to come back to a cleaned room to shower and get ready for dinner. That said, it may have been due to the extra workload caused by the wedding because it was around those days
