I had a very pleasant stay at Copthorne Hotel Dubai Deira from 20 to 24 January 2026. From arrival to departure, the experience was smooth, comfortable, and truly reflective of high hospitality standards. I would like to especially appreciate Ms. Payam Fatima from the Front Office for her courteous attitude, efficiency, and professionalism, as well as Mr. Min from Housekeeping for maintaining excellent room cleanliness and prompt service. Their dedication clearly reflects strong training and guest-focused culture. Being part of the hospitality industry at Karachi Marriott Hotel, I understand the importance of consistency, teamwork, and service excellence. I must commend the General Manager and the entire Copthorne team for their professionalism, competence, and warm hospitality. Every staff member I interacted with was polite, helpful, and service-oriented. Thank you for making my stay comfortable and memorable. We're having a great experience. The services are amazing. The personnel is quite nice, they're friendly and helpful. The cleaning is so amazing too. We were welcomed by a gentleman called Bhabin. He is so friendly too. We loved that and we highly recommend their services.

The hotel’s location is definitely a plus — very accessible and convenient. Soumen deserves special appreciation for his housekeeping standards; the room was spotless, fresh, and extremely well maintained throughout our stay. While Soumen set a high standard, the reception staff were comparatively unhelpful. Breakfast was decent overall, but the cappuccino being cold every morning was a letdown.

Excellent Housekeeping Service! I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, and a big part of that was thanks to the outstanding housekeeping service specially. The room was always spotless, well-stocked, and neatly organized.houkeeping was professional, friendly, and attentive to every detail. It was clear they took great pride in their work. Coming back to such a clean and comfortable room each day made my stay even more enjoyable. Mr. Min and mr. Saroj housekeeping services is best Thank you Mr. Min for the excellent service!

Great hotel, very modern and comfortable, staff is very kind and helpful. Breakfast was good and they were always of good assistance at the restaurant. Housekeeping was perfect. Special shout out to Irfan, who did our rooms and always put everything in place, I really appreciate the way he does his work. They think of everything in this hotel. I highly recommend staying there. I’ve been to Dubai before but so far it’s the best I’ve stayed in
