Unfortunately, I experienced delayed service from the reception on both days of my stay. This is not the first time it has happened. Since I have stayed at this hotel several times, I initially thought the delays were due to busy weekends, but I experienced the same issue during a weekday stay. On a positive note, the housekeeping team is consistently attentive, responsive, and helpful. I also appreciate the hotel's spacious, clean rooms and convenient location. I hope the management will look into improving the efficiency of the reception team, as this is the only area that falls short of an otherwise excellent hotel experience

Thanks to the DARSHAN Hotel team for a pleasant stay. The hotel has a beautiful interior, and I would especially like to thank Danah from the Front Office for promptly sending the amenities I requested. I stayed at the hotel for two nights this week, and the staff were polite, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. Next time I highly recommend choosing a creek-side pool view room, as the view and atmosphere make the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a comfortable and memorable stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Copthorne Hotel in Dubai! The hospitality was truly exceptional, and the hotel itself is outstanding. We enjoyed every moment as a family—the facilities were fantastic, and everything was well-maintained. In particular, we want to highlight the warm welcome we received from Ms.Danah at the reception—she was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. The only minor disappointment was that the sauna and hot tub jacuzzi weren’t working properly—this was a bit of a letdown since we were really looking forward to relaxing there. But aside from that, everything was fantastic. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai—we will definitely be back!

Had breakfast at Copthorne Hotel Dubai during my stay and it was a pleasant experience. The buffet offered a nice variety of fresh options and everything was well prepared. The dining area was clean and comfortable, which made it a relaxing way to start the day. The staff were polite and always ready to help whenever needed. A special mention to Mr. Bitto Abraham for his thoughtful and attentive service. He made sure we were comfortable and checked in from time to time to see if we needed anything. His friendly attitude really stood out and added a personal touch to the whole experience. Service like that definitely leaves a good impression.
