A glorious 8 day stay. Last day today. Beautiful location and all staff very welcoming and friendly. Particular thanks to Chrisa restaurant manager , very helpful and professional, always friendly and helpful. Aliona and Dimitra , fitness trainers were sympathetic to stiff bodies and delivered excellent yoga, Pilates and general fitness programs. Suzanna the housekeeper tidied up and replenished our room meticulously. Food was excellent at breakfast, omelettes excellent. Diner also a buffet. Good choices. The star was the salad offering, fresh and large choice. Probably best salads in the world! Well done Corfu Imperial! We will return.

We stayed in one of the villas with our family and friends early this month. The villa was beautiful and well maintained. The service across the resort was 5 star and so friendly. A special thanks to Mirella for looking after us so well. We loved the Trattoria for lunch and both Yali and Merlins for dinner, great food, atmosphere and service across all three. We had amazing 5 days at this resort. Our room was spacious with stunning views of the sea. The property is so well maintained with glorious gardens. We often stay in great resorts but the stand out here is the hardworking attentive staff. They were so welcoming. A shout out to Fotina and Laura at the front desk and Eniana who was cleaning our room.

While the hotel offers classical architecture, spectacular views, and a magnificent pool area, the overall guest experience falls short of true 5-star luxury standards. ​The staff members are friendly and polite, but there is a clear gap in hospitality training and high-end service execution. Friendly attitudes cannot compensate for an inability to accommodate standard guest requests, such as room preferences and basic family needs during a vacation. ​Outside of a decent, standard breakfast buffet, the culinary offerings were subpar for a resort of this tier. ​One of the most disappointing aspects was a recommended transportation service that felt untrustworthy. Charging €60 for a ride into town is already steep, but the situation turned unprofessional when their card terminal failed and the driver accused us of dodging payment to pressure us into paying cash. A genuine 5-star hotel should not associate with or recommend third-party services that operate this way. ​ A high-end beach resort must deliver seamless comfort, service, and problem-solving. Unfortunately, this stay lacked the polish and ease required at this price point, and I would not return.

This hotel is a gem. It is kept to a very high standard, and the gardens it sits in are exceptional, with views in every direction looking out over the sea. What makes this holiday even better is the staff, they are all amazing and always ensure you want for nothing, but in a genuine way. The food was amazing, with a wide choice of quality, healthy options. The breakfast offerings were the best. We will definitely return in the future. And thank you for making our stay with you memorable.
