One of the most amazing hotels for families! It's just perfection from start to finish. We spent our holiday here with our 1.5yr old daughter and had the best time. The service is impeccable, the hotel is so incredibly beautiful, from rooms to gardens to pools to beach, everything looks stunning, the food at all the restaurants was fantastic, the staff is so friendly... you don't have to take care of anything and can just relax. I would 100% book this again. A special thanks to Lia, the Deluxe Manager, and Pavel, the hotel director - you made our stay unforgettable. The kids club was fantastic and our daughter enjoyed playing there, the sports classes and gym facilities were great, brand new and catered to all timings and tastes, and the tennis coach and sports center were also just perfect. There were mostly families with kids, but it never felt loud or chaotic. We always had dinner just the two of us, my husband and myself, and we never felt like we were in a kids restaurant. The atmosphere everywhere was very relaxed, luxurious and calm. At the same time, there's everything kids love: splash pool, outdoor playing area, indoor playing area, all kinds of bikes, pushbikes etc., a huge beach, ... and so much more. I cannot recommend IKOS Odisia enough!

The stand out of this hotel has to be the staff. Everyone was wonderful and polite from the housekeeping to waiting staff, Lia, Kira, Sesay, Kane and Sara all deserve the credit they get. Our 4 year old loved the kids club, again the staff were amazing. The al et carte breakfast in Elia was our favourite. The hotel is spotless, the food and drink is of another level of quality compared to other all inclusive hotels. Thank you for a wonderful holiday

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars – Exceptional Service from Nicholas Kitazi at Ikos - Odisia What can I say about Nicholas? Simply outstanding! After a rocky start to our holiday, Nicholas went above and beyond to make our stay at Ikos truly special. His professionalism, warmth, attention to detail and genuine passion for looking after guests were second to none. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Nicholas has that rare ability to make you feel like the most important guest in the resort, always greeting us with a smile and ensuring everything was absolutely perfect. It’s people like Nicholas who take a luxury holiday experience to another level. Beautiful surroundings and fantastic facilities are one thing, but it’s the exceptional people who make a holiday truly memorable. Nicholas is an absolute credit to Ikos Resorts and a shining example of what five-star hospitality should look like. Thank you, Nicholas, for making our holiday that extra bit special. Ikos is incredibly lucky to have you! We cannot praise or recommend him highly enough. A true gentleman and an absolute superstar! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Our stay at Ikos Odisia was truly unforgettable. We came for a very special family celebration, with a large group and lots of children, and the whole experience exceeded our expectations. There was something for everyone, whatever their age. The activities and facilities for the children were fantastic, and a very special mention to Vicky at the Heroes Club, who made the kids feel so happy and welcome. The pool and beach bar service was also wonderful — Cecilia and Inés were always smiling, attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The dinners were a key highlight of our stay. The restaurants were excellent, especially the Peruvian restaurant and Sea Grill, which were outstanding. And above all, we would like to thank George, who was incredibly attentive throughout our entire stay and always made sure that nothing was missing and that everything was taken care of. These were holidays for a very special reason, and Ikos Odisia made them even more memorable. Thank you to the whole Ikos Odisia team for making our stay so special. We truly hope to come back one day! ❤️

Overall Rating: 3/5 or 4/5 (7/10 for value for money) The resort and the surroundings are not bad, but the experience remains overall quite basic compared to the prices charged. Here are my thoughts in detail: The rooms: We opted for a Deluxe bungalow, which is supposed to be superior in quality and space compared to standard rooms. Unfortunately, it doesn't live up to the "luxury" label. The bedding is not excellent, and don't even get me started on the finishes: the grout and the shower door leave a lot to be desired, not to mention the numerous marks and strange shapes you can find on the bedroom floor. Dining: The resort has no less than eight restaurants, but let's be honest: when traveling with children, you don't always feel like touring all the different establishments. So, you often end up at the main buffet restaurant... which still managed to serve us duck twice in three days! 😜 It's good, but nothing special and very repetitive. You can definitely tell that the hotel is frequented 85% by English guests, which is reflected in the culinary standards... not exactly for great gastronomes! :-) Location and beach: The place is nice but lacks a bit of character for my taste. The beach is calm and pleasant, but it is certainly not the most beautiful in Corfu. In summary: You will find everything you need for a family holiday here, but in my opinion, the experience is not on par with other resorts of the same category in Greece or elsewhere in Europe given the asking price.
