One of the most amazing hotels for families! It's just perfection from start to finish. We spent our holiday here with our 1.5yr old daughter and had the best time. The service is impeccable, the hotel is so incredibly beautiful, from rooms to gardens to pools to beach, everything looks stunning, the food at all the restaurants was fantastic, the staff is so friendly... you don't have to take care of anything and can just relax. I would 100% book this again. A special thanks to Lia, the Deluxe Manager, and Pavel, the hotel director - you made our stay unforgettable. The kids club was fantastic and our daughter enjoyed playing there, the sports classes and gym facilities were great, brand new and catered to all timings and tastes, and the tennis coach and sports center were also just perfect. There were mostly families with kids, but it never felt loud or chaotic. We always had dinner just the two of us, my husband and myself, and we never felt like we were in a kids restaurant. The atmosphere everywhere was very relaxed, luxurious and calm. At the same time, there's everything kids love: splash pool, outdoor playing area, indoor playing area, all kinds of bikes, pushbikes etc., a huge beach, ... and so much more. I cannot recommend IKOS Odisia enough!

An amazing holiday and cannot recommend this hotel enough set on beautiful grounds they think of everything especially if you have kids. The rooms are beautifully furnished and immaculate with the little garden so handy.The food was first class as was the service at every meal. All the staff are so happy and helpful they’re a credit to the hotel. A big shout out goes to Prodromos who greeted us and was so friendly and thoughtful throughout the holiday. Also Kane at the pool bar and Valarie at the Italian restaurant but really all the staff were amazing throughout. We will definitely be coming again and can’t wait.

We had some teething issues in the first few days, but I have to say George Tzapetros the customer relations manager dealt with us in a professional manner and sorted everything out first time and he had a lovely way about himself. You can see he has worked his way up the management ladder. He was a gentleman to deal with. This review would have been a 4star but George went the extra mile and we are extremely grateful. Ikos management team if you are reading this, if you had more staff like George you will be keep getting better than you are now, give him a promotion…. We had such a brilliant stay at Ikos Odisia celebrating our babymoon at 27 weeks pregnant. The resort is everything it promises to be, and the service is unparalleled. No ask is too big. A couple examples of this service - on arrival we asked whether there were any complimentary upgrades available. When they noted I was pregnant, they upgraded us for free to a junior suite in the middle of the resort which made a huge difference as there was much less walking required - I got stung by a wasp on the beach, and the concierge sent someone out to the local pharmacy, picked up pregnancy friendly medication then hand delivered it to the pool bed I was at. And only charged us €4 for the pills themselves. - They were accommodating of any changes to restaurant bookings, tennis courts and excursions. responding on WhatsApp in seconds - We got the free shuttle into town, and because reception had run out of the ‘culture passes’ they offered to refund us on any and all cultural tickets we purchased. At the end of the stay, they just knocked it off the city tax we were due to pay. - All bar staff were happy to make cocktails into mocktails to accommodate my pregnancy - Pool service was incredible. Towels brought out as soon as you reached a sunbed Food was also fantastic throughout and we managed to try every restaurant in our one week stay, only using the buffet for a quick breakfast option. Only feedback would be to have more music in the adult areas of the restaurants as at times it would have helped the atmosphere - Olivia & Elia both had fantastic views and stunning Greek dishes. Loved the dips and the seafood pastas - Anaya (Asian) and Azul (peruvian) were both welcome as different cuisines. Not up to par with the Greek in terms of quality or authenticity but still very good Standout facilities - reformer Pilates classes are new and a great addition, though you can only book 2 per person and they book out very fast. On arrival there were only a couple spots left which we snapped up. Joanna the instructor was brilliant, and coached my husband through his first class - Gym was lovely and well equipped. - Beach beds and pool beds all very comfortable and the QR system for ordering food and drink was seamless. Custom orders and specific requests were also welcome Considerations for anyone booking a babymoon: - if you want a stress free, poolside week, with impeccable service and food then I would not hesitate. That said, at 29 and 30 we were very much not the target demographic. It was all either young families with babies and young kids, or older couples. This was reflected in lack of evening activities or entertainment, but suited us just fine as we headed to bed early Thank you to the IKOS team for an unforgettable stay

I loved this place, Me and my family came in September and made so many memories. We loved Elia for breakfast because (in my opinion) it's the best restaurant. The watersports were so much fun, I learnt how to canoe and more! I went snorkeling around the cliffs on the hunt to see some octopus but sadly didn't find any, but they are definitely there since many people have left reviews saying they found them. Anyways to sum it all up it was so much fun and would definitely visit again!
